We've been with Teddies for more than 3 years and the service they've provided has been outstanding. The very high rating is a true reflection of how well the nursary does to look after the little people that come through the door.

Our children love going to Bright Horizons. They are cared for and provided with so many activities and opportunities to learn through play and well crafted activities. The staff are fantastic and I know my children are in safe hands.

All the staff have made us as parents feel so at ease with leaving our baby at nursery. They are completely honest with how the day has been for them. They always set out a range of different activities each day which allows our child to explore and develop. Would highly recommend the nursery to others.

The only wish we'd love to change - more food!! We were told upon starting that fruit was always available between meals for if the children were hungry but this isn't the case. And the evening meal is served early and is really small often something like soup so my child always comes home starving and unhappy from this even though they've had a great day.

We have a great experience with Bright Horizons Teddies! All the staff is absolutely amazing with our son, Noah, and he loves going to nursery. He's also learning so much, and they are keeping us informed of all his progresses and communicating with us very well.

Overall we really like the nursery the only issue is sometimes the car park can be a bit of a nightmare at pick up time.

As a family we've had a great experience of Teddies since our little boy started when he was 11 months old. The settling in process mant that we felt engaged and reassured from the beginning, and this has continued throughout. All the staff make it a warm, fun and friendly environment. It's been great to see our little boy grow in confidence as a result of the stimulating and nurturing activities.

All the rooms have plenty of areas for the children to explore.

We have two children at this nursery, in different rooms, and we are very happy with the care they receive and we would recommend Bright Horizons to other parents. It is reassuring to know that our children are safe and looked after when at nursery. The staff are caring and nurturing and the nursery as a whole feels like a supportive environment. Our children have really positive relationships with their key workers and also the wider nursery staff, all of whom are enthusiastic and kind and help the children to enjoy nursery. There is excellent communication between staff and parents, we feel we are kept in the loop regarding our childrens progress and what they get up to at nursery, we feel like we receive a personalised approach.

Larissa and the pre school team are always very welcoming, friendly, kind and caring. Noah loves nursery and we always trust that he is having a great day. No complaints only positive feedback to give.

Our daughter has been attending toddlers for around 9 months. I cannot fault the care, attention and expertise of the staff.

Our daughter loves the nursery and quickly settled in. All staff take a real interest in the children from their wellbeing, to development and ensuring they personalise the experience. Communication with parents ins excellent and we feel confident to contact the nursery with any concerns. Key workers are so supportive and work in partnership with parents. The nursery has far exceeded my expectations.

Our first child died as an infant and so we were really worried about sending our daughter to nursery but they have been so compassionate and caring. We quickly felt confident with our daughter in their care which we didn't expect. I can't fault them

We're incredibly grateful that our son has been attending Teddies since he was just three months old. At first, we felt that this might be too young to start nursery, and we were naturally quite hesitant. In our settling-in sessions, we saw the level of care, attention, and warmth the carers provide. We felt reassured and at ease. We are especially thankful to our son's primary carer, Tanya, as well as Anne and Vicki. They know him so well and encourage him to explore and try new things. Their support has made a huge difference in his confidence and development. We couldn't be more appreciative.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons since he was one and we really love the nursery and preschool. We know he's well looked after and that all the staff keep him engaged in all sorts of different activities - he's learning so much there!

There are some really enthusiastic and kind staff at Teddies, and my little girl loves going in every morning. She has grown in confidence and made lovely friendships fostered by the team. The staff give very enthusiastic updates about her day every evening.

They've really taken the time to understand her needs and preferences which has made such a difference. It's so reassuring to see how happy and comfortable she is there. We're truly grateful to this wonderful team!

We have been so happy with our daughter's care in the baby room. Staff have been attentive, kind and empathetic with Rosie and us as first time parents leaving our daughter for the first time. I feel confident and happy leaving her in their capable hands.

My daughter has attended Teddies since she was 11 months old. I was initially very anxious about being apart from her but the introduction days really helped with this. My main worry was about sleep as I had always nursed my daughter to sleep for naps. However, staff there really listened to my worries and I was assured to know that my daughter was cuddled to sleep by workers until she was ready to settle herself. I couldn't believe she could nap on her own but miracles happen in nursery. I was able to observe staff offering this to other children when I collected my daughter and I was so pleased to know they offered such a nurturing approach to children's sleep needs. My daughter is now 3 and loves nursery. I have seen her development come on fast, with her starting to walk only 2 weeks after starting, trying to keep up with the others. The staff are all so warm and friendly and I have always felt happy leaving my daughter in their care. The home cooked meals are an added bonus!

I've recommended it to my friends and family and my niece and nephew attend with my kids.

I was so anxious about my son starting nursery however have felt so supported by teddies through the process. The baby room staff, managers and his key worker have been great from the moment we started settling in sessions. I've also noticed over the last few months how he has thrived with his speech, fine motor skills and understanding and I think so much of this is due to the work the staff put in with the children.
