A great nursery! Both of my children are well cared for, with opportunities to get involved in activities throughout the day. The food choices always appear well balanced and often introduce foods that I am surprised my children will eat. Without doubt, the care is the best element of this nursery; the staff are kind, patient and caring, and it is clear to see from the interactions they have with my children.

Just under three and half years ago we were looking for a nursery for our daughter and decided to choose Bright Horizons in Lichfield and were not disappointed. The care and support has been outstanding from day one with regular updates on her progression. The curriculum for each stage of her journey has helped develop her into the confident child she is today and she has developed in many different ways and experiences that you just don't have the ability with work to do at home. We would strongly recommend this nursery.

My daughter had attended since December 2023 and we have had such wonderful experiences throughout. The staff are warm, kind and get to know the children and their parents so well which means it feels like a community not just a nursery. My youngest daughter started last year and again has had wonderful experiences and continues to do so. Beyond grateful for the staff, the management , their care and nothing ever being 'too much'! They really do go above and beyond.

My little boy has been at Springfields now for a year and what an amazing year it has been! All the staff made my transition back to work after maternity leave so much easier, with their kindness, patience & smiley faces. My little boy is now thriving in the toddler class, excited to go to nursery every day. All the staff go above and beyond, they really are an amazing bunch of people! I'm so glad we chose Springfields, it has given my little boy the best start we could have wished for.

The staff are helpful & our son has settled in comfortably. His development is coming along really well since starting, including walking & saying words. He eats well at nursery & spends a lot of time outdoors, which im personally very happy about as it's good for his wellbeing & development. We feel content whilst our son is at nursery & our little boy seems very happy & content going to nursery too. Thank you to all the staff at Bright Horizons, we appreciate you.

I feel very happy and impressed by the care, love and attention my child receives from the staff at Bright Horizons. The activity posts that are shown on the app are incredible, very child and age-appropriate. I have really noticed a big jump in my child's development since starting. I can't fault our nursery at all and can't wait to continue the journey together.

The staff at Bright Horizons are the best, they genuinely care about each and every child in their care, as well as being incredibly supportive for parents, too. Our daughter has a wonderful time at nursery, and seeing her confidence and skills grow each day alongside her friends is priceless.

The nursery is brilliants, both our boys really look forward to going and are thriving there. Bright Horizons nursery in Milford is truly exceptional. Every single member of staff is highly professional and friendly. We are provided with regular detailed development assessments and my daughter has bonded well with a number of keyworkers. All the activities are carefully planned and interesting. My daughter is encouraged to develop her skills. The overall atmosphere is joyful and calm, and all staff are attentive and helpful. We have previously sent my daughter to other childcare settings but none compare to this, I can't fault it. Thank you for your dedication and hard work. It makes such a difference for parents needing to return to work knowing their children are being well cared for by true professionals.

My child has been attending this nursery since she was 9 months old. She is now 2+ and is absolutely thriving here. She adores the staff and looks forward to going to nursery every day. The quality of the different daily indoor and outdoor development activities is outstanding, as well as the communication with parents so I can see what she's been getting up to everyday. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

The nursery has not only given exceptional care to their emotional, social and physical health, they have also taken the time to know them as individuals and grow strong bonds with them. The nursery is always a huge support to the parent as well, I've always been made to feel comfortable to approach staff for advice or reassurance.

After three years at Bright Horizons Springfields Day Nursery and Preschool, we are really happy with the care provided. Staff dedication is second to none and they are very friendly and caring. Our little one had an allergy and the nursery did everything they could to support us, taking it very seriously and providing the meal adaptation needed. Our only perk would be the exclusive cost of this care and the impact in many families' decisions to have more children!

Bright Horizons Milford Day Nursery and Preschool has been great with both of my children, they look forward to coming every session and have a lovely relationship with all of the staff. I feel I couldn't have chosen a better nursery to nurture my child. Overall, I am very happy.

We have had a great experience at Bright Horizons Milford Day Nursery and Preschool over the past few years. The feedback we get on the app, especially is really great. The activities completed throughout the day are often loaded on so we can see the progress that is being made.
