I can't recommend this nursery enough. After a difficult experience with another local nursery, my daughter joined bright horizons kings hill almost a year ago and has absolutely thrived. She settled in quickly, has made lovely friends, grown in confidence, and genuinely loves coming to nursery. A special thank you to Sam, the amazing manager. To Maria, Hailey, and Amanda, who care for my daughter. Their kindness, patience, support, and genuine care have made such a positive difference to her happiness and development.They have also always made me feel welcome and reassured as a parent.What really stands out is how caring everyone is, including the lovely chef, kitchen team and office staff, who all know the children so well. As a mum of multiple children who has experienced several nurseries and educational settings over the years, through to university, I can honestly say this has been my best experience by far. Another incident happened where a nonverbal child bit my child and staff member made it sound like it was ok as the other child couldn't communicate. All I got was sorry every time. My child is now at another and not had one problem since January.

Since then we have also sent our 1 year old daughter early this year, who settled in amazingly from day one and has progressed massively since being there, she always comes out with a huge smile. Would recommend Bright Horizons Swanscombe to anyone that wants a nursery that goes above and beyond.

Choosing a nursery for your first child is incredibly daunting, but from the very first day, bright horizon swanscombe has been absolutely wonderful. As a first-time mum, I was anxious about settling, but the team supported us both so well. They made the transition seamless, offering me reassurance and keeping me updated, which really helped put my mind at ease.They truly could not do enough for my son. The staff took the time to understand his personality, his likes, and his interests, using them to encourage his learning and development. It is wonderful to see him so engaged, knowing they tailor activities to what he loves.The bond that him and his key person have formed is beautiful. It is clear she truly cares for him, and this has created a brilliant, trusting partnership between us. Communication is excellent, and I always feel fully involved in his development. They have been fantastic in supporting his transition into his new room, ensuring he felt safe and prepared. Thank you.

Also practically the pram storage is really helpful for drop off and pick up, and I like that we collect from the room as it means we can see our son in the environment and what he is enjoying and how he interacts with his key workers and other children which makes us feel more comfortable and happy aa he is genuinely very happy.

My daughter has been at this nursery for 3 years now and I have nothing but glowing reviews for each member of staff and the management team. I feel safe and happy dropping off my daughter and she runs in with arms open which as a parent helps minimise the guilt! I highly recommend this nursery 10/10

I could not recommend this nursery higher. If you want the absolute best quality for your young child then Bright Horizons Dartford is the place to send them!

My son started Bright Horizon in Jan 26, he transitioned from childminder to a busier classroom setting. I was a bit reluctant at first with the transition if he would cope but the staff at Craylands put all my fears at ease. He had settling sessions which really helped so by the time he actually started the faces were already familiar. He loves it there the staff are all so welcoming and wonderful, im always kept informed and knows hes in safe hands. my son even wants to go in on a saturday and Sunday so I know he enjoys going. September he will be off to school and I know he will miss them all very much. I can not thank everyone there enough, your all truly amazing.

The management team have also been very supportive and communicate well, which I really appreciate.

Everyone is so kind and caring, and we always really appreciated the personal feedback we received after each day without fail. Based on her progress it is evident that attention was directed at play and learning through play.We're so grateful for everything you've done for her and for us.

She has a number of health conditions and so we were very anxious about leaving her in someone's care but from the beginning all the staff have been incredible. They have taken great care of her, following her care plan throughout and we have always been made to feel heard. She has loved going to nursery every day and formed great relationships with a key workers and other children. I can't recommend bright horizons in Swanscombe enough

My son has thrived at this nursery, the staff are engaging and passionate about their work. They encourage and support his development and share our excitement when he meets new milestones whether this be potty training or learning something new. The nursery always feels like a welcoming environment because the staff are so open and friendly, the toys are a little worn and tired but the nursery work hard to create new engaging areas such as the forest school.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 10 months old. The staff here have helped him grow and learn and have formed strong bonds with him. He is going to school in September and will miss his keyworker especially. The children are offered varied meals and get to spend a lot of time outside. I love to see the different arts and crafts projects he brings home and appreciate detailed handovers. It's hard leaving him with someone else all day but reassuring to know he is happy and well cared for.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Turkey Mill for 7 months. All the staff in Baby Room 1 have made me feel really comfortable and my daughter has formed a close connection with her key person, Phoebe. I couldn't recommend this nursery more, all the staff have been amazing and I truly feel confident when leaving my daughter in their capable hands.

The staff are brilliant very informative and work well with me and my wife in the ways we see us bringing up our child everything seems to align really well. And our son has taken so well to his key worker in the short space of time he has been there (Debbie in baby room 1 turkey mill branch Maidstone) and all the other staff too.

Aside from these small points, the nursery has been a perfect environment for him, and we're very happy overall

Wonderful staff who have been so helpful and supportive whilst my child has been settling in. Wonderful environment and so much variety for the kids.

Our little one started nursery in January 2026. Bright Horizons set up really good induction days so that we could all get used to this big development in LO's life. They are friendly and helpful all the time. We've been so impressed with how LO has developed since starting. Every day there are new sensory experiences and things for them to try. We get updates on the app, with pictures every day of activities and lovely detailed personal updates on how LO is developing. As soon as the weather settled down the babies were exploring outside, getting more new experiences. Every baby is assigned a primary adult, and ours (Phoebe) is so lovely. Our LO clearly enjoys spending time with her. Food is amazing and the nursery even arranged to send us pics of portion sizes so we could match them at home! Bright Horizons is now a part of our LO's life and we all couldn't be happier.
