Day Nurseries Owned by Bright Horizons Family Solutions Ltd in Kent

My son started this year and has settled in very fast due to the great staff! He has made new friends and loves to talk about them. Sometimes he gets unsettled at drop off but the staff always make sure he has a fun day doing activities that he loves and they always make sure to update the app to reassure me that he's okay!

Took off my 2.5 years from the nursery after only 6 weeks. I escalated to OFSTED. I found out when decided to go to the nursery before 2 pm as I felt something wrong. I then realised that they forced my child to have a nap, they put a diaper on when she is fully trained and they lied to me. Never apologised. All kids having loong nap in this nursery.

We are so pleased with this nursery. Our son is new to the setting, yet he has settled in wonderfully because the staff seem engaged and interested in him as a person. He comes home very clean and happy. I love the photos throughout the day seeing what activities he's doing, real time up dates help me feel reassured that he's ok. We plan to send him here till he starts school.

My boy is happy there which reflects on the care and nurturing effort they put.

My daughter started in baby room in April 2026 and I have been nothing but consistently impressed with the nursery as a whole. She's in toddler room now and is learning new things, is very happy, eats amazingly and I know she enjoys every day she goes. She doesn't like to leave me in the morning but each member of the staff know how to distract her and let her play with toys she enjoys to make the drop off a smooth experience. She has developed incredibly over the past few months, they helped me with nap transitions, teaching her to drink from an open cup, using cutlery at meal times. Very happy overall with the nursery!

This nursery is nothing short of amazing. Our son has been in baby room with two remarkable key people who have made us feel so looked after, and care so deeply for the wellbeing and development of our son. A small detail but one that is important is that everyone in the building seems to know all the children's names - a detail that really shows how engaged the staff all are. We feel incredibly safe with this team. Ruby & Charlotte are a credit to the business - as are every single member of the team there.

Most importantly, I feel completely happy and confident leaving my baby in the nursery's care each day. It is clear that the staff genuinely care about the children, and I'm very grateful for the warmth and care they provide. Thank you!

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for 2 years now and she's very happy there. She's made lots of friends who she also meets outside of nursery and she has a great relationship with her teachers. The teachers are fantastic; they're professional but make a warm, friendly environment for my daughter and the other children to learn and build confidence in. Everyday she's doing something different and she always comes home happy and excited about her day.

Thank you so much, team, for taking such wonderful care of our little ones.

My daughter attended Boughton Lane since she was 1 years old, following her previous nursery closing down. The level of care offered by staff has been exceptional. My daughter often leaves the nursery full of stories around all the things she has learnt, people who have paid special attention to her and a clear sense of feeling cared for. Any concerns in her development I have discussed with staff and they have offered evidence based suggestions and embedded within their class curriculum. The attention to detail and care from this team is exceptional.

Our daughter has absolutely thrived in the Under 2s room over the past 9 months. Her confidence, independence, curiosity and speech have progressed significantly. The staff in the room, wider nursery setting & management are all extremely caring & create the feeling of being part of one big family. It's lovely to see that the nursery has a big focus on the children getting to know their peers & staff in the room, fostering friendships from a very early age through photos, song & activities. The large outdoor play area is a really great space loved by our daughter. There is a varied & nutritious menu served, & allergies are treated seriously with the relevant safeguards put in place so that your mind can be at rest. Our daughter enjoys certain meals on the menu so much that I've requested copies of the recipes to try recreating them at home! Periodically the nursery welcomes parents/grandparents in for stay & play sessions - a lovely idea. Overall we can highly recommend the setting.

I couldn't be happier with our experience and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and nurturing place for their child!

Our daughter has been at nursery from 7 months old, she has developed into a kind, caring and confident child. Management especially Mandy has been so good when we had concerns, questions and everything else. Our daughter formed great bonds with her key person too. Thanks again for everything!

Our experience has been wonderful. Bright Horizons has really helped our son to grow and develop. The staff are excellent and encourage the kids to explore and learn in a fun and collaborative environment. We're thrilled wtih how things have been since joining.

Our daughter has been with you since she was 7 months. Outstanding care, support & development. She does full days and every day for 4 years - she wakes up so excited to attend. The teaching is outstanding - it was you all at BH who have shaped my little girl into the intelligent, caring and loving girl she has become. As a working mum you gave me the peace of mind that my daughter was loved everyday - so I could pursue my career. We truly appreciate everything.

Our twins have blossomed into confident, happy and independent little people and have taken that confidence with them to 'big school'. We feel incredibly grateful to the whole team for giving all three of our children such a wonderful start. We would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent.

We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring, and I feel safe leaving my children in their care.

The facilities are great, with a good rotation of toys and activities, a fantastic outdoor space, plus outings and special activities. They've been very supportive of my children's dietary, allergy and emotional needs, including extra settling sessions, transition booklets & personalised meal plans.

Communication with parents is excellent. When I've raised questions or concerns, they've listened and worked with me to resolve them. They're also very sensitive to parents' emotions, which I really value.

There's a lovely sense of community, with fundraisers, charity events, book/toy swaps and inclusive displays celebrating different languages and family make-ups.

I'm also reassured by their thorough safeguarding procedures. Overall, I feel my children are safe, cared for & genuinely supported.

Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel involved and informed about our child's day and progress. We highly recommend Bright Horizons to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and welcoming nursery where children truly thrive.

Both our children have attended Bright Horizons for years. The staff are genuinely caring, and our boys have learned a lot through the many varied activities. It's been a really solid nursery for us, and we've got to know everyone really well. Great team, great setting, and we will miss them when our youngest gets to school. Thank you BH Canterbury for everything!

This has been a fantastic experience. The staff are all very professional, friendly, warm and welcoming. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. Our little boy (now 3) has enjoyed his days at nursery, and even if he has been a little tearful on handing him over in the morning, the staff have cuddled him, sat him down to breakfast, and settled him for the rest of the day.
