We've had a really positive experience with the nursery. The staff are friendly, welcoming and genuinely caring, and I feel safe leaving my children in their care.

The facilities are great, with a good rotation of toys and activities, a fantastic outdoor space, plus outings and special activities. They've been very supportive of my children's dietary, allergy and emotional needs, including extra settling sessions, transition booklets & personalised meal plans.

Communication with parents is excellent. When I've raised questions or concerns, they've listened and worked with me to resolve them. They're also very sensitive to parents' emotions, which I really value.

There's a lovely sense of community, with fundraisers, charity events, book/toy swaps and inclusive displays celebrating different languages and family make-ups.

I'm also reassured by their thorough safeguarding procedures. Overall, I feel my children are safe, cared for & genuinely supported.

Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel involved and informed about our child's day and progress. We highly recommend Bright Horizons to any family looking for a caring, supportive, and welcoming nursery where children truly thrive.

Both our children have attended Bright Horizons for years. The staff are genuinely caring, and our boys have learned a lot through the many varied activities. It's been a really solid nursery for us, and we've got to know everyone really well. Great team, great setting, and we will miss them when our youngest gets to school. This has been a fantastic experience. The staff are all very professional, friendly, warm and welcoming. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. Our little boy (now 3) has enjoyed his days at nursery, and even if he has been a little tearful on handing him over in the morning, the staff have cuddled him, sat him down to breakfast, and settled him for the rest of the day.

Everything in Bright Horizons Nursery are very organised and managed very well. So happy with addmition team, key person and all staff.

I was anxious about sending my daughter to nursery as she has complex health conditions however from joining at 13m I cannot fault the care the staff have taken over my child. They followed her care plan carefully for over 3yrs until she graduated from pre school. All the staff of the nursery from the office, to the kitchen to all of the keyworkers have been amazing with her and she has built great bonds with everyone. She enjoyed everyday of her time at bright horizons and I cannot thank them all for making us all feel so comfortable. The activities, the meals, the events held make it a very inclusive environment. It's a shame to not be able to highlight some individuals, as some teachers and managers have been nothing but exceptional in their professionalism and care.

We are very impressed with how our child has been looked after. The staff really get to know and cared about our child. He particularly enjoyed forest school and the range of activities during the day, most we continued at home. I have taught secondary education for a decade and had high standards that nursery met and exceeded in his learning and care will be sending my second child as compared with other provision I have seen locally, the care, cleanliness and support available in terms of hours and for parents is unmatched.

The staff are exceptional, warm, caring, attentive and genuinely invested in the children's growth. It's clear that so much thought goes into the activities. What stands out is how well the team understand Isla as an individual and understand her personality.

Ado will miss his teachers, friends and everyone in this nursery.

Both of my daughters have attended/attend Springfield Lodge. It has been such a fantastic place for them to learn and grow. The staff are friendly, approachable and caring, especially as my youngest took a long time to settle.

They arrange fun family events for parents to attend and are always thinking of exciting and engaging activities for the kids to do during the day. I will be very sad to say goodbye when my youngest does leave.

A heartfelt thanks to all of the staff who have made the last 5 years so enjoyable for my children.

The outside space is quite limited, but staff make reasonable use of it and sometimes take children into the local area, which is a real positive. An area for improvement is that the rooms can become very warm. Air conditioning would make them more comfortable for both children and staff. They also do unfortunately get some screen time but understand the children (and staff) need downtime and some ICT exposure.
