Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons since she was one, she is due to leave for school this year and attends 5 days a week.
She has a number of health conditions and so we were very anxious about leaving her in someone's care but from the beginning all the staff have been incredible. They have
taken great care of her, following her care plan throughout and we have always been made to feel heard. She has loved going to nursery every day and formed great relationships with a key workers and other children. I can't recommend bright horizons in Swanscombe enough

My son has thrived at this nursery, the staff are engaging and passionate about their work. They encourage and support his development and share our excitement when he meets new milestones whether this be potty training or learning something new. The nursery always feels like a welcoming environment
because the staff are so open and friendly, the toys are a little worn and tired but the nursery work hard to create new engaging areas such as the forest school.

My son has attended this nursery since he was 10 months old. The staff here have helped him grow and learn and have formed strong bonds with him. He is going to school in September and will miss his keyworker especially. The children are offered varied meals and get to spend a lot of time outside. I
love to see the different arts and crafts projects he brings home and appreciate detailed handovers. It's hard leaving him with someone else all day but reassuring to know he is happy and well cared for.

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Turkey Mill for 7 months. All the staff in Baby Room 1 have made me feel really comfortable and my daughter has formed a close connection with her key person, Phoebe. I couldn't recommend this nursery more, all the staff have been amazing and I truly feel
confident when leaving my daughter in their capable hands.

The staff are brilliant very informative and work well with me and my wife in the ways we see us bringing up our child everything seems to align really well. And our son has taken so well to his key worker in the short space of time he has been there (Debbie in baby room 1 turkey mill branch Maidstone)
and all the other staff too.

My little one has been attending this nursery for nearly three years now and has absolutely loved the experience. The teachers and carers are truly wonderful, supportive and nurturing-and the range of activities is fantastic. They're very well-rounded and really help the children come out of their shells.
As
he's now in his final year before starting primary school, it would be great to see a bit more focus on early literacy, particularly with recognising and writing the alphabet, to help prepare him for the transition. I do support this at home with around 10 minutes of practice each day, but a little more reinforcement at nursery would be really beneficial.
It would also be really helpful to see how preschool overall is preparing for primary
I've also noticed that the food options seem to have become more vegetable-focused recently, which may be worth reviewing for balance.
Aside from these small points, the nursery has been a perfect environment for him, and we're very happy overall

Our little one started nursery in January 2026. Bright Horizons set up really good induction days so that we could all get used to this big development in LO's life. They are friendly and helpful all the time. We've been so impressed with how LO has developed since starting. Every day there are new
sensory experiences and things for them to try. We get updates on the app, with pictures every day of activities and lovely detailed personal updates on how LO is developing. As soon as the weather settled down the babies were exploring outside, getting more new experiences. Every baby is assigned a primary adult, and ours (Phoebe) is so lovely. Our LO clearly enjoys spending time with her. Food is amazing and the nursery even arranged to send us pics of portion sizes so we could match them at home! Bright Horizons is now a part of our LO's life and we all couldn't be happier.

My daughter joined the nursery in January after a few great weeks of settling-in sessions. The team in Baby Room 2 instantly put me at ease and made both my daughter and me feel comfortable from the very beginning.
Her transition to nursery has been much easier than I ever expected. In such a short
space of time, she has built strong relationships with her key staff members and absolutely loves her time there.
Since starting nursery, her confidence has grown massively and she is much happier in group settings.
The meals provided are great and are always enjoyed by my daughter, which has helped her experience and try a wider range of foods.
A special mention to the Baby Room 2 team and Megan from management, who is always on hand to help and support.

My experience in the nursery has been great. All 3 of my children attended the nursery and loved it there.
I love that there is ample outdoor and free flow areas where the children play.
The staff are friendly and approachable.
If there is an issue, the staff and key person of the child are available
to deal with the query.

Amazing staff who care for our kids. Very flexible and very good communication. Really good for additional nursery days and keeping me updated on how my baby is doing throughout with photos, videos, daily updates and development achievements. There's always something special going on and opportunities

My son has been coming since he was 1 and is now 2 and a half. We are really happy with how he's settled and how well he is looked after.
All the staff are lovely. He can get a little upset at drop off when I leave, but I've been told he settles quickly with his keyworkers and the other staff, which
is really reassuring. The keyworkers in both rooms have been great, and management are always welcoming and helpful. They are also also very mindful with allergies & intolerances.
It's so nice to see his confidence growing, hearing him talk about what he has been up to at nursery, & looking at the pictures that have been uploaded,
We are really grateful for the care he receives and We would definitely recommend the nursery to others

We are so happy with the level of care our little boy has received during his time in the baby room and more recently as he has transitioned to the toddler room.
All the staff are always so happy, friendly and genuinely care about our little ones, understanding their likes, dislikes and celebrating

My daughter is in the nursery room and she absolutely loves it. She grown and developed so much in her time at woodlands and the staff are all so friendly and cooperative and always keep us informed of what she's doing and what she's achieved.

Bright Horizons are absolutely fantastic! Of course top of the list is that my child always enjoys attending but the interactions from the staff, the continued quality of communicating of the experience, development and progress of my child is what makes Boughton Lane Nursery extra special!

We couldn't be happier with the care our son receives at this nursery. From the moment he started, the team have made him feel safe, settled, and genuinely cared for. The staff are warm, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do, and it's evident that every child is known as an individual.
We've
been really impressed by the range of activities on offer, which are both engaging and thoughtfully planned to support development and learning through play. He comes home each day excited to share with us what he has done that day and what he has eaten - the menu on offer is varied and has encouraged him to try new foods.
Communication has also been excellent - we're always kept informed about his day, and progress, which gives us peace of mind.
Most importantly, our son is happy and confident there, and he looks forward to going. It's reassuring to know he's in such a nurturing, supportive environment, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to other families.

The staff are incredible at Bright
horizons. From the moment my son started almost a year ago they have been nothing but caring, understanding, patient and supportive. My son had been solely at home with me for 2 years so going to nursery was a massive step for him and was a difficult challenge for
him, myself and the staff. However we all persevered and watching him now settled, growing and thriving and so happy when he is there it's purely down to all the staff and their hard work and dedication. Many nurseries would have said it wasn't the right fit but they never let us down or gave up. They check in with me as my little one has appointments for certain things and are always encouraging and wanting to know if there is anything more they can do. Truly couldn't have placed my son in a better nursery and can't thank them enough for
All their hard work. They are great at keeping you updated with all their activities and many photos which is so lovely and always a great handover.

I cannot fault this nursery at all. They have been accommodating and ensured my son settled well when he joined at 9 months. The staff in the baby room are extremely kind and caring. They provide healthy, nutritional food and plenty of it! I receive constant updates about my son's basic needs being
met as well as pictures of the activities he is experiencing. He is now very settled and happy at this nursery and I would recommend it to anyone!

My daughter has attended this nursery since she was one years old and seeing how she has grown in confidence and developed has been outstanding. I receive regular updates on her progress and what she's learnt that day. The curriculum also has a focus on life skills and environmental impact which is
so important in helping them develop their independence and consciousness of their actions. I couldn't recommend the staff more, everyone there is a delight to talk to and they make you welcome from day one. Thank you again!
