Bright Horizons Guildford Day Nursery and Preschool

Our little one joined Bright Horizons Guildford in 2023. We were so worried about how she would settle in but the reassurance we had from the management team, who showed so much determination to make it a positive and successful transition was incredible. They pulled out all the stops to help support with nap times and getting those first few weeks right. The leadership team look after their colleagues and it's obvious what a close, kind community they have built. The range of activities the children get to participate in, the way the utilise the spaces is incredible. Every time we have gone through a more challenging phase they have been there. They have celebrated milestones with us. Been available to talk through anything we needed and generally provided the absolute best possible early years education for our child. It is the most warm, welcoming environment, every child is cared for and loved. It's so much more than child care. It's been a second family for our daughter

The only difference to nurseries around my home is the food options, this being said I would rather pay a little less and ensure my daughter is cared for highly over a variety of food.

I cannot recommend highly enough Bright Horizons Guildford they are one in a million

My son joined Bright Horizons Day Nursery in September 2025, and it has been amazing for his learning and development. Since starting, his communication and emotional skills have improved significantly and he loves going in each day. The staff are so kind, caring and approachable and they always go the extra mile for both the children and their families. They always keep me updated on how his day has been, his progress and also take the time to follow his routines from home. There are always amazing activities for the children that are both great for their learning and enjoyment, as well as calm and relaxing areas. The indoor and outdoor spaces are both brilliant. My son has attended other nurseries before, but this one truly stands out. It gives me real peace of mind knowing he is happy, safe and cared for. I feel very lucky to have found this nursery and been able to secure him a space here. I would highly recommend it to any family looking for a nursery for their children.

The staff and set up at Bright Horizons are exemplary. We have both our children with them and are massively grateful for all they do for us. We would absolutely do the same again with a 3rd if we ever lost our heads to go down that route. Thank you very much Becka, Elly & crew!

A very courteous and efficient establishment. They are very tending to my child. Meticulously catering for allergies and any other individual and specific needs. Definitely one of the best choices for your little ones!

My daughter has now been with Bright Horizons Guildford since she was 13 months and she's about to move up to the preschool room. All the staff have been excellent and she seems to be thriving in the environment they provide. I get regular updates and reviews so I can see her progress and she always seems happy when I collect her.

BH Guildford really do care for all the children there, get to know them, get to know you and do everything they can to ensure they are happy. Its a special place. I'll be crying buckets when my son leaves at the end of summer!

The nursery is excellent, we couldn't ask for more. All the staff are incredibly loving and hard working, and really care for our daughter, who has formed strong bonds with many of them. They always go above and beyond to make sure she is well looked after, but also learning and developing. They are very individualised with their approach and our daughter has really thrived at bright horizons. There is clear leadership and direction, and they are very accessible. I highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

We are so delighted we found this nursery. Our daughter started in October 2025 and she has thrived at Bright Horizons. The staff genuinely care about her and she often talks about how much she likes them. Care feels highly personalised and I'm impressed by the variety of educational activities they do each day. Our daughter was happy at her previous nursery, but she has really blossomed at Bright Horizons. Management is hands-on and accessible, and all the staff are warm and engaged. We'd recommend it without hesitation.

Their day-to-day is packed with an encouraging Programme for all kids, it the team still doesn't miss any individual development. I would absolutely recommend this nursery to friends and family!

Friendly and caring staff, always a smile and a giggle to cheer you up. Range of activity encouraging development and social interaction. Meals are well balanced and varied. Nursery is clean and well maintained, though a fresh paint would brighten it up. Outdoor space is lovely and encourages independent play. Nursery would benefit from more ipads to help assist with updates, reviews, observations and logging of events - but this is a larger management issue, not the Nursery itself. The staff truly are wonderful

We absolutely love this nursery. The staff are wonderful - caring, patient and always welcoming. My daughter has settled in so well and it is lovely to see how happy and confident she has become.

The nursery provides a safe, nurturing and fun environment, with lots of lovely activities to help the children learn and develop. Communication with parents is also great, and we really appreciate the updates.

We are very impressed with Bright Horizons Guildford Egerton Road. The staff are all so friendly, caring and work hard to understand the needs of each child. Our daughter loves going in, eager to chat to everyone and spend time with her friends. The staff have helped her find her interests and play well with others. We're very impressed with the facilities and the variety of activities both inside and outdoors that the team go the extra mile to create.

I am so impressed with Bright Horizons Guildford's staff. Everyone is so cheerful, caring and professional. Our daughter has been with the nursery for almost a year since she was 10 months old. She is so happy and so keen to go to the nursery. She remembers her friends' and staff's names, and often repeats them at home. She enjoys all the creative activities offered at the nursery, and her development is remarkable. She interacts well with other kids and happily plays independently. The managers pay close attention to detail and respond really fast to any concerns. Communication between staff and parents at drop-off and pick-up is excellent. I have made the best decision in choosing this nursery. Thank you!
