We have had such a wonderful experience with this nursery, my son attended from the age of 9 months to 3 years and now our daughter attends.

She really enjoys going to nursery. It is lovely to see how much she has grown in confidence and how much fun she has there. The staff are so caring, attentive and genuinely seem to know and understand the children so well.

It makes going to work so much easier knowing my daughter is having a lovely time, learning, playing and making memories while she is there.

We couldn't be happier with the care our children have received and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for somewhere their child will feel safe, loved and happy.

We've been really happy with everything since our daughter Robyn started at the nursery. The staff are friendly, caring, and have helped her settle in so well. It's lovely to see how happy and comfortable she is when she attends, and we've noticed a real boost in her confidence and development. Communication has been great, and it's reassuring knowing she is in such a supportive environment. We're really pleased with our experience so far and would definitely recommend the nursery.

Broadgreen Day Nursery has been amazing, reassuring on the app, my little girl has a lot more confidence and is eating foods that she would never try, even having extra. Staff are incredible, caring and compassionate towards the children.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our daughter has received at this nursery for the last 3.5 years. From the very beginning the staff have been warm, attentive and genuinely invested in her happiness and development. It's incredibly reassuring as parents to know she is in such a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. The team through their programs have really helped build her confidence, development and social skills. The communication with us is excellent, and its clear how much love, patience and professionalism goes into everything they do. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make our daughter feel valued and cared for. It's like second family, highly recommend and we cant wait our son to start here in few months.

We drop off early and the rooms is always clean and fresh for the start of another day. Management make themselves visible and available to ask any questions and routinely update the app to let you know what's happening at the nursery.

From the get go we had nothing but a welcoming feeling, the staff are very supportive and keep us up to date. The opening times are even more of a bonus but I honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough, my child has came on so much and comes home that I know she's only learnt from nursery. A fantastic team led by incredible management.

Since Molly has become manager things feel much more stable and well managed! The positive, caring atmosphere has returned and I feel like the concerns I had 6months ago have all been listened to respectfully. It's a great nursery with some excellent staff!

My 3-year-olds have been attending this nursery for just over 7 months and have loved it from the start.

The range of activities is fantastic, and I've seen such a positive change in them, especially with eating. Staff are always warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested. At drop-off and pick-up, key persons share helpful updates, which is so reassuring.

I recently attended a stay-and-play and found it emotional seeing how well the staff know my children and how lovely their environment is, it's clear why they enjoy it so much.

I've now enrolled my baby in the baby room and feel confident she is safe and will thrive just as her siblings have. A special thank you to Dom, Ruby, and Eleanor, who go above and beyond, and to the manager Molly, who is always so helpful and lovely.

It's a huge relief going to work knowing my children are so well cared for.

My daughter has attended Broadgreen for 12 months now and it has gone from strength to strength. When we started the staff were lovely, approachable and helpful however the nursery was basic, the activities repetitive and not much to offer, we would have taken my daughter out but we struggled to find a space elsewhere. However, we are glad we stuck with it as the last 6 months things have got so much better. My daughter can't wait to tell me what she has learnt and how exciting her day was, her confidence has flourished, the whole atmosphere in the nursery is positive from the second you walk through the front door. We've gone from wanting to remove our daughter to telling our friends how amazing it is!

My Grandaughter began to attend bright horizons after much research and visits to several nurseries. We had doubts about putting her in mainly due to guilt !! But needs must so we decided on Broad Green. Well, what can I say? What an amazing place, the atmosphere, the staff just the whole vibe of the place is outstanding and most importantly, my Grandaughter absolutely loves going, she settled better then we ever dreamt she would and all because, not only do the staff care but they genuinely love their jobs and take so much pride in the nursery.

Since our child has been at Bright Horizons she has really grown in confidence by meeting new people and other children. The activities provided for the children to learn are fantastic with regards to learning but also having fun at the same time. Our child lovers her time at Bright Horizons and is full of smiles from when we drop her off to when we collect her.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery! My child has attended for 2 years, the first 6 months were some what challenging however great improvements have taken place and my daughter is flourishing. All of the staff are so warm and welcoming which makes the drop offs so much easier, I always drop my daughter off feeling content and knowing she will be cared and have a great day.

I have sent 3 of my children to Broadgreen nursery over the last 5 years, and currently only 1 is attending as my others are now in school. Firstly the room staff are fantastic, my little one loves running in for hugs, i have noticed and mentioned to management about the number of new staff and changes to key workers etc that was a bit unsettling for myself. But management explained and reassured me. The facilities are great lots of indoor and outdoor play, the app is kept upto date each session. Also the kitchen staff and food available is great as my little 1 has allergies and intolerances this has been catered for with no issues. I have viewed other nurseries closer to home as it's a 50min round trip morning and afternoon to drop off and pick up, but I can't find a nursery I feel as comfortable and safe to look after my children as I do here. So thank you for do such a fantastic job supporting and encouraging our little ones development.

Friendly staff and environment, welcoming and supportive to all children. I would recommend bright horizons for those looking for a trusting and caring nursery. Any nerves or apprehension on day 1 were quickly put to rest.

All the staff are so friendly, kind and attentive and go out of their way to make us feel supported. We are glad we chose this nursery and have seen our daughter develop since she joined.

Molly & her team are all amazing, I can drop my child off and not worry at all knowing she is in safe hands with the team. At first my daughter was nervous going and now she looks forward to going, just shows what kind of team they are, so hard working.
