This nursery is absolutely amazing, from the moment my son started his settling in's he's been nothing but happy and content. He loves going in and seeing his key worker who he has such an incredible bond with.
I love getting regular updates thoughout the day from the app, it makes me feel reassured.
My son has really flourished in the little time he has started, he comes home most days and has learnt something new, which is amazing.
I can't thank them enough

We are excited to be moving to Reception stage in September but we are also going to miss the Bright Horizon family. The ladies in toddler room have been amazing towards my son. They all give him love and support and he has learnt so much from them. My son isn't a good eater, but the ladies have supported this and have encouraged him to eat and try 'new' food. My husband and I have seen progress.

My granddaughter loves going to Bright Horizons and has made huge leaps in her personal development since starting there. The staff are all very welcoming and friendly and she has formed strong relationships with them all and made friends with her peers. The wide range of activities, both indoors and
outdoors provided to stimulate and entertain the children, combined with the interactions of the staff have instilled in her a love of learning. The fantastic staff know the children really will and are keen to follow up the children's interests at home in the activities provided in the caring and nurturing environment I would thoroughly recommend Bright Horizons - it is well-managed and all staff throughout the nursery are so enthusiastic and dedicated in their care and support of the children especially at difficult times such as transitioning between rooms.

Since joining the nursery, I have felt nothing but unwavering support for my daughter. We've had such a positive experience at Bright Horizons Rugby. When my daughter first started, she was very scared & hesitant about being away from home. It was a tough transition, but the incredible staff were so patient, supportive & genuinely caring. Thanks to their dedication, she has come out of

Bright Horizons have been fantastic! We unexpectedly lost our previous childcare setting at very short notice. Working full time meant a lot of stress and worry was created, however Bright Horizons came to our rescue. They originally agreed to take our son on a temporary basis until his usual setting
was able to reopen. He was enrolled promptly and he loved his settling in sessions. Our son settled into the todder room so well that when the time came for our son to return to his other setting I asked whether he could remain at Bright Horizons permanently, to which he was! The whole team made a very stressful time so much easier, for which I cannot thank them enough. My son loves all the staff in the toddler room and I can leave him each day knowing he is happy, settled and receiving the very best care.

The staff and whole nursery are overall amazing. My son who is very confident, initially struggled with me leaving him at drop off, but the staff make you feel so at ease and I know he is being well looked after. They never mind when I call up plenty of times. He comes home so happy and tells me about
how much fun he has had. He also eats the food he would never eat at home! I also love the updates and pictures through the day.

My little one started in January this year and has never really left me before. With the help of the staff he’s settled really well and loves his time there, always comes home talking about what he’s done and who he has seen. He hasn’t just built a relationship with his keyworker but has with all the
staff in his room. I couldn’t fault the nursery at all, all the staff welcomed you with a smile and talked to you. The manager is amazing and welcomes the children by their name and my little one always has to say bye to her when leaving nursery. The updates on the app are amazing, love getting photos sent through of little ones playing and learning. The staff are always helpful with the next steps to help my child’s development and know his interests and set activities alongside these. Would definitely recommend this nursery to friends and family with little ones.

Our child started at Bright Horizons when he was 9 months old and from day one he loved it. The staff have been fantastic with him and it's great to see how happy he is when he's there. We love the updates that they provide on the app so we can see what activities they will be getting up to during the
day and we love that each day is different. His development since starting nursery has been amazing and his motor skills and understanding when communicating is improving on a daily basis.
We love that the staff ask us to make observations on our child at home so they know what they enjoy doing and what they are becoming curious about so they can incorporate this in the activities they do and to help him learn more.
Our child is so happy to go to nursery and smiles whenever he sees his key worker as he knows he's going to have a great day and the photos that are sent to us on the app show this. We can see just how happy he is.
Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

Our little boy started at Bright Horizons last summer when 9 months old and he loves it. He had a dairy intolerance when he started and they were so accommodating to his dietary needs. His key worker keeps us regularly updated through the app or calls us if needed. He happily goes to his key worker
on drop off and is always smiling and playing when we collect him. We also receive photos a couple of times a week which we love. They also run events such as Makaton which my husband attends and recommends.
The daily activities are always so varied and we love hearing about what he has been learning and playing with. It's a good two-way communication with the nursery as they are also interested in what we are doing at home.
It is so nice knowing that whilst we are at work he is happy. Highly recommend it to anyone.

My son joined Bright Horizons in March. My son is non-verbal and has additional needs. His keyworker has been amazing, settling my boy into the point he’s really excited to come to preschool. I am seeing my boy flourish, being nurtured and looked after by all the staff right down to the kitchen staff
ensuring my boy is fed as he only eats beige foods. Everything has been perfect. I'm kept informed of everything that my child has done in the session. Staff keep me updated on any health professional visits.

I have over 10 years of experience working within the childcare sector, starting from being a childminder assistant to working in an array of nurseries in and around the Rugby area. I have been working at Bright Horizons Rugby since 2014 starting out as Toddler room leader and deputy manager, to working my way up to nursery manager in 2017. I have a degree in early years care & education and also hold my Early Years Teaching Status. I also have both my emergency first aid at work and Paediatric first aid.
