Our two year old toddler is very happy at this nursery and has built strong relationship with a number of staff. He goes there every morning without a fuss and enjoys all the activities laid out throughout the day. Parent communication is excellent and all the staff are always attentive and caring. We would highly recommend it!

All the staff are so friendly and couldn't do enough to support families. I have seen such positive changes in my child since they have gone to this nursery and I feel the small intimate setting makes it feel very homely and family oriented

They have a lot of older experienced members of staff with years of experience which means a lot to me! I'd visited several top leading nurseries and none of them had the love and warmth to someone who isn't your child.

I've never had any issues here or worried about anything!

I'd recommend this nursery to any family.

They also regularly run activities such as beach school and park outings which the children love. We couldn't be happier with this nursery!

We're really happy with our experience at this nursery. The staff are kind, friendly and caring, and communication is great. Our baby feels happy, comfortable and safe there, which gives us real peace of mind. We also love how much time they spend outdoors, enjoying lots of fresh air and play. It's such a lovely, nurturing environment and we're very grateful to the whole team.

Writing feedbacks is not my best skill , but I'll do my best. Because for us Bright horizons wish park is the best nursery we could had chosen for our girls.

We are extremely grateful with the whole team and the nursery for all the love and care they all had/have with them. We love how they have the beautiful garden to expend the time outside when the weather allows it, the updates we get when pick up, love the updates and sometimes pics and videos on the app with a bit of what she has done on the day, her development.

The whole team are very friendly and so kind! Makes it much easier for us parents, knowing they are in good hands.

Lovely nursery with great staff. My daughter loves her time there. Brilliant communication always. All the childrem seem very happy and build good connections with staff. Zamira is an angel and a credit to Bright Horizons! Thanks for everything.

Our son seems to have a great time here. All the staff are lovely and we love the photos sent via the app to show us his day. He eats very well and sleeps well which is great for his wellbeing overall. He is learning loads from attending nursery and having a great time. I'd like to see more activities outside the nursery but I appreciate these are challenging to organise.

They do great outings, update the app regularly and really engage her in activities.

Couldn't have more positive things to say about this nursery. I was so nervous about putting my baby into nursery so young and returning to work, but they have been absolutely fantastic from day one.

They've made the whole experience such a positive one for our family. The level of care, support and reassurance they provide is everything you could hope for and more. We genuinely couldn't be happier with the care our little one receives, and we feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful nursery!

The staff are really good with my child, I feel he is well looked after and all his needs met. He's alway coming home happy and well fed he has learnt so much already from being there, I personally love the nursery

The team at wish park have been amazing with my daughter who joined earlier in the year, it took her weeks to settle into the nursery but the team were flexible with having additional settling sessions, worked closely alongside me to do everything we could to make the transition as smooth as possible. Kept me informed on how she was doing. I had full faith that she would end up loving nursery which she does! My daughter also has severe allergies, the team have made me feel totally confident that her care is tailored to keep her safe. They have been so thorough with every aspect, communicate with me regularly. Any allergy parent will know how it feels to relieve the responsibility to someone else but I have no concerns with Wish Park they have been nothing but amazing!

We've had a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons. My son has been attending since he was 18 months old and is now 3, and he genuinely loves going to nursery. The staff are warm, friendly and professional, and his key workers have been fantastic. I've always felt confident that he's well cared for, supported and encouraged in his development. It's a lovely, nurturing environment, and I'd highly recommend Bright Horizons to other parents.

My daughter has attend this setting for over a year and a half now and I've had nothing but the best experiences, the staff are lovely and I feel so at ease knowing she's being well cared for! The photos and videos I receive are a great way to see what she gets up to!
