My daughter has attended this nursery since she was one years old and seeing how she has grown in confidence and developed has been outstanding. I receive regular updates on her progress and what she's learnt that day. The curriculum also has a focus on life skills and environmental impact which is so important in helping them develop their independence and consciousness of their actions. My 1 year old son has recently started bright horizons. He struggled with settling in at first which really concerned me as a first time mum, I was worried that I may have to explore other options for him. After 2 weeks I can say that he has settled in just fine. I'm over the moon with the progress he has made with settling in and I have generally noticed such a positive change in his behaviour, he's more self sufficient and independent which amazes me. This is down to the wonderful support of all the staff but mainly Louise. I can't thank you enough for your patience and support you have given me and my son. Nothing is ever a problem even when I called multiple times a day to check in. Putting trust in a nursery to look after your child while you go to work can seem like such a hard thing but I'm so glad I chose Bright Horizons they have exceeded my expectations. Because of them I can go to work with less anxiety and know he is happy and content. Thank you again.
