I have been extremely happy with Bright Horizons Leeds, especially the Under 2s and Babies Unit. My baby started attending when she was just 6 months old, which was a very difficult transition, but I was reassured that the staff and caregivers would provide the very best care - and they truly have not disappointed. Every day, the team updates me on how she has been, what she has been doing, and shares photos and stories. This means so much when you are away from a baby so young and really helps you feel connected and reassured. She has now been attending for 5 months and absolutely loves nursery. She has made friends, looks forward to her days there, and enjoys the variety, activities and adventures each day brings. I feel nursery has really supported her development and helped her become a more confident and outgoing little girl. I have complete confidence that she is safe, cared for and supported. The team genuinely takes an interest in her and shows such warmth and care.

We are absolutely delighted with the care and support provided by Bright Horizons. From the very beginning, the team have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. It's clear how much the staff genuinely care about each child and their individual development.

The nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment, with a fantastic range of activities that encourage learning through play. Our child has grown so much in confidence and social skills since attending, which is a real testament to the dedicated staff.

Communication with parents is excellent - we're regularly updated with detailed observations, photos, and feedback, which really helps us feel connected and reassured.

The setting is always clean, safe, and well-organised, with plenty of resources to support all areas of development. The team go above and beyond to ensure every child feels happy, secure and engaged.

Great nursery which is friendly, has caring staff, a welcoming setting, and a strong focus on children's development, including healthy food and nutrition.

As a parent of a child with an intolerance, I was kept well informed and communicated with throughout, and felt confident that my child's dietary needs were fully understood and met.

The staff are friendly and welcoming and I can feel the genuine care for my child. I feel confident and ressured to leave my child in their care. A great environment for children to make friends in.

Management is organised, approachable, and ensures smooth communication. Overall, the nursery offers outstanding value for money, providing a nurturing environment where children thrive.

My daughter has been at bright horizons since sept 2023 she was 7months old. The staff in every room have been amazing from the get go. The communication from the app is fantastic. My daughter loves going and has made really strong bonds with most of the staff and fellow children. Would recommend Bright Horizons Leeds to any parent.

Very satisfied with Bright Horizons nursery, my little boy started nursery when he was 11 months old and has settled in so well as a personalised approach was created by his key worker - Michelle. Rachel is absolutely brilliant- always on hand to help with any invoice queries and child progress reports. Each nursery worker is always helpful and very knowledgeable.I receive daily updates in the nursery app, my child is fed breakfast, snack, lunch, dinner at nursery and is getting changed every few hours. Each day I pick my baby up from nursery he is seen happy playing and thriving. Would absolutely recommend!

My daughter absolutely loves it here, she never wants to leave! The staff are great and always make sure the kids are having loads of fun. You get loads of pictures on the app of what they've been doing and the kids seem to really enjoy all the activities. You can see the confidence coming here has given my daughter and you can tell the staff all really care about the kids.

Our son started 3 months ago and the whole settling in process has been nothing but positive, for us as parents & our child.

Our son sometimes struggles with drop off but he has created a lovely bond with his key worker and the other staff too, they always make a big deal to make him feel comfortable and loved.

We've noticed such a positive change in his confidence and development since starting, and it's so reassuring knowing he is in a safe, caring and nurturing environment. The communication from the team is fantastic and we love receiving the pictures & updates about his day.

I was very nervous when my son was starting Nursery but he has settled in so well and has developed so much in speech and overall behaviour he loves coming to nursery and expresses his excitement. At first he would cry when I use to leave him or pick him up but now he runs in and doesn't want to leave. Thank you to everyone for all your help!!!

Our little boy has been with Bright Horizons Kirkstall since he was 9 months old. All the members of staff and his key persons have been amazing. He is growing up into a confident, independent, knowledgeable boy who enjoys learning about his environment and socialising with his peers. We would not have chosen a better nursery for our boy. We're grateful for the great work the whole team is doing, but especially our daughter's key person, she's trustworthy, pays attention to details and all our daughter's needs, really helping her to have a good experience.

A good first 6 months has been had and this can be seen in how happy and sociable our daughter is when we pick her up!

We've received great support where needed and my son really looks forward to attending every weekday. I would totally recommend the nursery.

His journey has been a rocky one but bright horizons have taken him in like he is their own and ensured that he is happy in all aspects I could never have got a better nursery!

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for the last 6 months and is in the Under 2s room and she loves it. Her development over the last few months has been amazing and I've no doubt that this has helped by being at BH. The staff are very supportive of not just my daughter but of myself and my husband and they clearly care about the children. The variety of meals they get served is also amazing - she eats better than I do! I would definitely recommend BH to all anyone.

We had our daughter attend this nursery from 6 months old and I honestly cannot fault them. They are caring and passionate about what they do and will go above and beyond for you and your child. They update you often and their are lots of pictures and information about what your child has done during the day.
