Our daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 9 months old, and we have no complaints. The nursery is well led and managed effectively. The food options are excellent, and the staff are knowledgeable about allergies, which is very important to us. Whenever we have concerns, their manager always listens and offers support. It is one of the best nurseries in Basingstoke.

My daughter has attended bright horizons Church Crookham since she was 2 and has loved it. She has grown so much in her confident and independence she has thrived in their caring and nurturing setting and loved the access to the garden which is her favourite place. She has learnt all the skills there that I am confident she will easily transition into school this September.

We came here from another nursery and have been so wow'd with every single person here, my son settled in straight away, and runs in every morning! We love the regular updates and pictures on the app, highly recommend!

We couldn't have asked for a better place for our twins to start day care. From registration until present, Team Chineham have been very supportive and accommodating especially for a particular health need of our son. They took on the challenge & were pro active in getting every member of staff trained in a timely manner so they can safely address this. Communicating with them is always prompt & seamless. The facilities are great with each room having a garden of their own & pets! The kids activities are so well thought of and structured imbibing self care skills & values such as nurturing and kindness which is foundational to raising emotionally stable & resilient kids. Our twins are always excited going to nursery and we are reassured that they are thriving and happy. All praises to Team Chineham for their kindness, care & professionalism. We could not be happier with this nursery. The care is second to none, there are new thoughtful activities every day and our child is just thriving in this space. Being apart from your baby can feel so unnatural but trusting that they are not only safe and supported but having a fantastic time is second to none. We feel so lucky to have found you!

Our son has been attending Romsey Bright Horizons for a number of months now and has settled in so well. The staff have all been fantastic and are brilliant with him. He has been thriving since he started attending and comes home happy after his day there!

Our youngest is currently in the baby room and he adores it. Runs in, loves all the workers in the baby room, he feels safe and is really looked after there. They go on walks and have a lovely safe garden upstairs. He is developing well and does some lovely activities.

From the moment I stepped foot into the nursery, I felt at ease. Everyone is so friendly and caring. My child is thriving each day and loves attending the nursery. They have become so confident, which is lovely to see. I feel comfortable knowing my child is in safe hands, and I couldn't think of a better nursery.

Having previously enrolled my son at the nursery before he started school, there was no question in our minds as to where we would enrol our daughter. She started in the baby room last September and has loved every minute. She settled very quickly, which I feel is due to the bond she has with her keyperson Emilie. Emilie is fantastic and we will all miss her massively when my daughter moves out of the baby room soon. The staff, from those in the rooms to the managers, are all so warm and approachable, both towards the children but also to us as parents. The effort they put into organising activities for the children to help them learn and grow is fantastic. I have every confidence that my daughter will continue to love nursery and thrive as a result.

We absolutely love this nursery. The staff are so attentive and friendly and I love being able to have a chat with the staff at pick up to hear about their day. The food is very good and the nursery is very clean. Having so much outside space come rain or shine is fantastic. They are always doing lots of fun activities.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for the last year and she is thriving here. We are kept regularly updated on daily schedule and progress on activities. She's engaged in a variety of activities that are developmentally well-rounded. She's built strong friendships with her peers and with her carers as well. I personally love the abundance of outside space for the children, and how this is sectioned per age groups. The leadership is also very open to feedback and making appropriate adjustments where necessitated.
