Our son has been attending Romsey Bright Horizons for a number of months now and has settled in so well. The staff have all been fantastic and are brilliant with him. He has been thriving since he started attending and comes home happy after his day there!

Our youngest is currently in the baby room and he adores it. Runs in, loves all the workers in the baby room, he feels safe and is really looked after there. They go on walks and have a lovely safe garden upstairs. He is developing well and does some lovely activities.

Having previously enrolled my son at the nursery before he started school, there was no question in our minds as to where we would enrol our daughter. She started in the baby room last September and has loved every minute. She settled very quickly, which I feel is due to the bond she has with her keyperson Emilie. Emilie is fantastic and we will all miss her massively when my daughter moves out of the baby room soon. The staff, from those in the rooms to the managers, are all so warm and approachable, both towards the children but also to us as parents. The effort they put into organising activities for the children to help them learn and grow is fantastic. I have every confidence that my daughter will continue to love nursery and thrive as a result.

My daughter has settled into the nursery really well and absolutely loves it! Her key workers Anna & Claire have been so supportive and made time to understand her needs making the transition seamless. From the moment I stepped foot into the nursery, I felt at ease. Everyone is so friendly and caring. My child is thriving each day and loves attending the nursery. They have become so confident, which is lovely to see. I feel comfortable knowing my child is in safe hands, and I couldn't think of a better nursery.

We absolutely love this nursery. The staff are so attentive and friendly and I love being able to have a chat with the staff at pick up to hear about their day. The food is very good and the nursery is very clean. Having so much outside space come rain or shine is fantastic. They are always doing lots of fun activities.

Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured throughout the day. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our son is in such caring and capable hands. We're incredibly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and happy childcare setting.

We are first-time parents, so the thought of leaving our child to return to work was incredibly challenging. From the very beginning, the team at Hedgehogs have been so welcoming, kind, and understanding, which made such a difference to us as a family. They have supported us throughout the whole transition and always made us feel reassured that our child is in safe and caring hands. It's clear how much they genuinely care about the children and their families. We are so grateful for all their patience, support, and warmth, and we would highly recommend Hedgehogs to any parent looking for a nurturing nursery.

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons for the last year and she is thriving here. We are kept regularly updated on daily schedule and progress on activities. She's engaged in a variety of activities that are developmentally well-rounded. She's built strong friendships with her peers and with her carers as well. I personally love the abundance of outside space for the children, and how this is sectioned per age groups. The leadership is also very open to feedback and making appropriate adjustments where necessitated.

Our son has recently started at Bright Horizons in Fleet and they have been great. The staff are so friendly and have made sure our son has settled in ok. They made the whole joining process really straight forward and they were always on hand if I had a question. My son does lots of activities whilst he's there & gets to try a variety of different food. The facilities are great - the rooms always seem clean and tidy and are inviting for the babies. We are kept updated throughout the day on the app with info and photos, which is lovely to see.

As both a mum and someone who works in education, I truly value the care, professionalism, and dedication that the team brings every day. It has been so reassuring to see our son happy, settled, and growing in confidence during his time at the nursery.

The warmth of the team, the quality of interactions, and the genuine care shown to the children have not gone unnoticed. We feel very grateful to have been part of your nursery community, and I know this has been an important and positive chapter in his early development.

Great job!

My child attends full time, and I always feel comfortable leaving my child with the staff. My child has special dietary needs as well. The nursery staff are knowledgeable, and I can tell they genuinely care about the children they look after. My child comes home happy, narrating what they did during the day. The management is always responsive to concerns, and we feel well supported as parents. I cannot think of anything negative to say. They have a great team.

Bright Horizons has been the best nursery for my son. All the staff are amazing from under 2 years old up to preschool. My son confident has gone up amazingly, he has lots of friends and he enjoys coming to the nursery all the time. I'm confident we make the best decision. Highly recommend

Everyone at the Nursery is lovely and helpful and makes our little boy feel at ease when dropped off, the menu and food choices are diverse and gives the children lots of options and helps them try lots of different food. Couldn't have picked a better Nursery for him.

As she prepares to start school this September, the nursery has been very supportive in helping us prepare her for this next step.

The staff are exceptionally caring, calm and attentive. It's clear they genuinely love and nurture the children, treating them with kindness and patience every day. Thanks to their support, we are also starting our second baby here and I feel so much more relaxed. Wonderful team!
