Our daughter has attended BH Chineham since she turned one, through to Pre-School, where she is now. Leaving your child for the first time is never easy, but the settling-in days and wonderful staff made the transition much easier for both us and our daughter. They helped us feel confident she was in
a safe, caring and welcoming environment.
The purpose-built building is bright and spacious, and as children move through the nursery they experience new environments and opportunities to learn and grow.
Since those early weeks, our daughter has loved nursery. She now tells us how much she enjoys it and often runs to the door excited to see her many "best friends".
The team at BH have played a huge role in her development, helping her grow in confidence while supporting her communication and learning. We are always kept well informed about her progress.
As she prepares to start school this September, the nursery has been very supportive in helping us prepare her for this next step.

After moving my son from another nursery where he had become very anxious about attending, we decided to try Bright Horizons. From the very first visit, the team was incredibly welcoming, supportive and understanding.
The environment immediately stood out to us - especially the beautiful outdoor garden
and green space where the children can explore and play freely.
During the settling period, the manager quickly noticed that we were struggling and suggested an approach that made a huge difference for my son. Within just a few days of following her advice, he went from being scared of nursery to happily walking in and enjoying his time there, which meant the world to us as parents.
The staff are exceptionally caring, calm and attentive. It's clear they genuinely love and nurture the children, treating them with kindness and patience every day. Thanks to their support, we are also starting our second baby here and I feel so much more relaxed. Wonderful team!

Cannot recommend the team at Bright Horizons more, particularly the baby room. Our daughter was 10 months when she started and has come on so much since then! I know a big part of that is thanks to the support and encouragement that the wonderful team gives her everyday.


The settling in sessions were

fantastic and they tweaked everything for each child individually, rather than a one size fits all approach. She loves going to nursery and it means so much to us knowing she's in such caring hands. The team there show patience and kindness to all of the children in their care and we've found the team really do look after her and treat her like one of their own.


Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery for our little one. From the very first visit, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority - the rooms, play areas, and facilities are always spotless and well-maintained, which gave us instant peace of mind.


Security is taken very seriously here.

Drop-off and pick-up are managed through a secure entry system, and staff always verify who is collecting your child. As a parent, knowing your child is safe makes such a difference to your day.


What really sets this nursery apart is how much the children actually learn. The staff plan a wonderful variety of activities - from creative arts and storytelling to outdoor exploration - all designed to support development in a fun and engaging way. Our child comes home excited to tell us what they've been doing!


Finally, the location and access couldn't be more convenient. Parking is sort of easy, drop-off is quick and stress-free, and the staff are always welcoming.

My daughter has been attending the nursery two days a week for since Sep 2025, joining the baby room.
The team are fantastic and were so kind and caring at helping her settle in. Within just a few months she went from being quite shy to absolutely thriving and such a confident little girl!
Her key
person Annabel has done an amazing job looking after our daughter and supporting her development.
Our daughter is about to transition to the toddler room and the handover experience has been so thorough. We've had a meeting with our daughter's current key person and new key person, which made us feel really involved in the process, whilst hearing some lovely stories about our daughter.
The daily updates on the app are brilliant and there's always a great variety of activities, as well as a nutritious and varied menu, which our daughter thoroughly enjoys.
Our daughter in particular loves going into the garden to play!

Bright horizon church Crookham has been 10/10 for our daughter. The staff and in particular her key worker are amazing with her and she's built a real bond with them. I am speechless to the care and the love my son has been receiving. They are constantly on top of things, communication is excellent, child safety I feel my child is in a safe environment, the kids are well fed as well. They have also proven to be supportive to us as a family when we were going through
a very rough patch with our little one. I have even told myself even if I move 30minutes away I will still drive my child to this nursery because I know they understand his needs and know how to respond to all his needs. Learning my child has shown tremendous growth in a lot of aspects since joining the nursery.

We've been really happy with our experience at this nursery. Both of our children attend and genuinely love going, which says a lot in itself. They are settled, happy and clearly thriving in the environment the staff have created.
What we particularly value is how responsive the nursery is to feedback.
On the occasions we've raised points or suggestions, these have been listened to and actioned thoughtfully, which makes us feel confident and reassured as parents.
Overall, it feels like a caring, well-run nursery where the children are known as individuals and supported to grow, and we're very grateful for the role it plays in our children's development.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better place for our daughter to start her early years. From day one, the staff made her feel safe, loved, and excited to walk through the door every morning. It's such a comfort as a parent to know your child is not just cared for, but genuinely seen and understood.
The
team go above and beyond to create a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment. We've seen our daughter grow in confidence, independence, and happiness since starting here, and that means the world to us. Thank you for treating her like one of your own - we're so grateful for everything you do.

I have two children who attend the nursery (an 8 month and a 2.5yr old) 5 days a week. I have had such a positive experience at this nursery. The room staff a management team are professional, enthusiastic, patient, receptive, caring and are all genuinely invested in the development and welfare of the
children in their care. My children are very happy at nursery and we are delighted with it.

Honestly cannot fault this nursery. I'm a first time mum and signing my daughter up to this nursery has been the best! I was anxious the first week of my daughter starting as she had never left my side, I got constant updates and reassurance from her key teacher and others in her class (still do now).
This nursery has brought my daughter on so exceptionally well and everyone there is always happy to talk if I ever have any concerns, they are so supportive of my daughters progression and I really couldn't be more happier with them!

My son has been in Bright Horizons Farnborough since he was just 11 months old, and now he is 3.5 years old in the pre-school room. The staff has always been very loving and caring. He has formed very special bonds with some of his teachers and his learning and development has been excellent. He is
slowly becoming more confident, which is something that has been supported by his teachers. The the nursery is safe, fun, and a lovely place for the children.

We are so pleased with how our little one has been supported to settle into nursery. Wonderful nursery and staff. Only ever had positive experiences. In the last 6 months since joining Romsey Bright horizons we've created relationships with the staff. Our daughter has thrived and overcome some initial difficulties being away from us. This is all with the help of the nursery lead and
team. We are impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. The staff clearly enjoy what they do and this shows as our daughter enjoys her days there.

Our daughter has had a great time settling in here! The staff are great and she's formed wonderful bonds with everyone in the baby room. We so appreciate all the hard work they do. The nursery itself is a fantastic set-up with a beautiful garden and plenty of space for the kids to enjoy themselves.
We're happy we made the perfect choice for our little one and highly recommend it to anyone else considering nursery, particularly an early starter!

I couldn't be happier with how my baby boy has settled and the support from his key worker, as well as the rest of the baby room team. He has such a lovely time and the weekly observations provide a really lovely insight into all the different activities he's been doing. Everyone is really friendly,
and it's lovely how all the staff greeted my baby boy by his name when we arrive for drop off.

The staff at Bright Horizons Otterbourne are absolutely wonderful. They are always kind, cheery and informative at pick up and drop off, and offer helpful advice when it is needed. They're appreciative and supportive of all children, irrespective of differences. They have thorough systems in place
for when children are ill and/or on medication. Their communication both through the app and through phone calls is appreciated and timely.
