Day Nurseries Owned by Bright Horizons Family Solutions Ltd in Hertfordshire

The management team have always been so helpful, approachable and organised. Whenever a situation arose, they were incredibly well equipped to deal with it in a calm, professional and reassuring way. We always felt listened to and supported, which gave us so much confidence in the nursery.

My daughter started in April 2025 and took some time to settle - the staff were Absoluetly brilliant with going at her pace and ensuring she settled well. She absolutely loves the nursery and I feel very happy when leaving her knowing she's so happy there! Highly recommend x

My 2 little ones have attended the Cheshunt BH from 12ms and we hold the nursery in very high regard. The facilities have always been excellent, with thoughtfully designed spaces that are perfectly suited to each age group. What has really stood out is that, even though the nursery never seems to need updating, they are constantly making small improvements / enhancements. It's clear that a great deal of care and thought goes into continually providing the best possible environment for the kids. One of the most reassuring things has been the continuity of the staff. Some of the team members who cared for our eldest, who is now nearly 6, are still there today. It says so much about the nursery, you can genuinely feel that it's a place filled with happy, caring & dedicated people. We're going to miss everyone dearly and would never have left if we weren't moving to another area. Thx to every single member of the team for the care and support you have given our kids. We're very grateful x

Both my children have attended Bright Horizons in Cheshunt and I cannot rate them highly enough. My new baby, who has recently joined has had an amazing settle and is already at home with the staff and his environment. The managers efficiently got me set up and were very supportive, and the staff welcomed my child with so much kindness and warmth - he's always happy when I pick him up and is calm and relaxed. I also find the staff really approachable and work well as a team. I would recommend this nursery for anyone who lives locally.

We are very lucky to have got places for both our children at this wonderful nursery. They have flourished and grown in confidence since starting. We have always felt that the staff are supportive and that they really care about the children. They are responsive to emails and we feel listened to as parents. We will be forever grateful to them and would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to other parents.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making Bright Horizons such a special place!

Our child has made wonderful progress at this nursery thanks to the team's consistent care, guidance and genuine warmth. They supported potty training with patience, helped build strong social confidence, and encouraged important values such as kindness, respect and taking turns. The staff have also played a big role in developing early literacy skills, nurturing a love of books and reading. Our child has grown into a bright, curious and capable person, and we're both truly grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had.

I'd have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to anyone.

I have two children at Norfolk Lodge in separate classes and they are absolutely thriving there! The staff, environment and the effort put into daily activities for the children are all exceptional. There is a good variety of healthy meals and snacks. Forest school and a wonderful outside space. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a friendly nurturing environment for their children!

My daughter attends nursery here and her speech has come a long way. She is very happy here and im comfortable with the staff ensuring they are doing the best for my child. I highly reccommend Bright horizons Cheshunt!

We've been really happy with the care and support our son has received at the nursery. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's development and wellbeing. Our son has grown in confidence, social skills, and independence since starting here, and he looks forward to going each day.

I cannot recommend Cheshunt Bright Horizons enough. My daughter has been with Bright Horizons for a full year now. Her settling in sessions were so helpful, and she is now at a place where she loves going in. The staff are all so kind, and even staff who don't work in my daughter's nursery room know her by name and have built a bond with her. They have helped develop her speech, appetite, social skills and we cannot be more grateful for the care and love they show her. My daughter previously had severe dairy allergies when she first started, and they are so diligent with this and were so supportive when she was working through the milk ladder. We were never concerned about her allergies there as we were sure she was in safe hands. Thank you to all the staff at Cheshunt Bright Horizons, you really are heroes!

Well done guys and keep it up!

We could not be happier with Bright Horizons on Luton Road. Our elder daughter was here for two years, and our younger daughter started here last year. Both have loved their time here. Excellent all round.

We would definitely recommend Bright Horizons Luton Road - having had our first child at the nursery, we moved away and returned to find that a number of the staff were still there and even had their own children at the nursery (which personally fills me with confidence). I feel confident in the leadership of the nursery and our son loves the team members in his room and comes back buzzing after a day at nursery. We would recommend this nursery to others.

Nursery has been a truly fantastic experience for the whole family so far, and I'm so grateful to the team at Luton Road for making it happen!

The staff have taken the time to get to know and understand our child, finding the best ways to support his learning and wellbeing. We have been extremely happy with the provision.

The staff have been so welcoming and really have helped my daughter settle into nursery so well.

The team in the office are very approachable, organised and answer any questions we have promptly.

The app is a great way of keeping us in the loop throughout the day and is updated regularly.

As a parent I know she is in safe caring hands. Thank you to all the team!

Great team of staff. So friendly and really make my daughter feel at home!

We are new to the area and it's so nice to feel welcomed by new people.

Would highly recommended this nursery for early years.

They have a very good app where very useful information is shared such as naps, meals, nappy changes, etc.
