My son has been attending Court Oak for 16 months and he absolutely loves it. The staff are so friendly and comforting. Singing songs and playing games all day. He has recently moved up rooms which I was concerned about but they are managing his move at his pace with regular settles and stories and
cuddles to make him feel welcome in his new space.
Each group has their own garden space that is suitable for the age range within that group so no group has to stay inside on a nice day allowing for fresh air most days.
They have a chef on site making fresh food every day. He prepares a variety of healthy meals and snacks which is my son eats majority, quite often going for seconds!
I've spoken with management on more than one occasion and they are always kind, understanding and happy to help in any way we need.
Cannot recommend enough!

The management are terrible. A number of times there is no staff on the front desk. So you are waiting a long time. The front door is left open as when parents are leaving they are not closing the door properly. I bought this to the attention of the deputy manager and her reply is to pull the handle
up. This clearly is a safe guarding issue. They are also giving the code of the door to parents again another safe guarding issue. That number is then known by anyone.
I addressed all this to the deputy and she wasn't concerned. She was upstairs and said it's quite normal not to man the front desk as 3.15 is not deemed a busy time. I'm absolutely horrified as her attitude was awful.
I would think twice about even considering putting your child here as they don't seem to care about the safety of the children
I'll be making a complaint to the head office as their behaviour of management is unacceptable and putting children at risk.

My child started in September and has loved being in pre school. He settled in well and had many settling In sessions that never felt rushed. The pre school room is big and welcoming. He loves the gardens and outdoor spaces. This was a winner for us as he's very outdoorsy. The staff and management are

I attend an Easter event for the pre school group all the children and their families were fully entertained the staff took time to make sure everyone was included paying special attention to the children that did not have family at the event.
The whole thing was well thought out with plenty of things
for the children and adults to enjoy together.
Overall my experience with courtoak nursery has been very positive they go above and beyond to make all children feel welcome and I have a child with SEND needs that has made fantastic progress in the nursery i could not be happier
So thanks for all the support.
I have already encouraged others to enrol.

My son joined Bright Horizons in October and, like many parents leaving their baby in childcare for the first time, I initially felt unsure after our first settling session. However, as the following sessions went on, I quickly began to feel more reassured.


The first few weeks of going back to work

and leaving him were tough, but the team have been incredibly caring and supportive. My son is in the Baby 2 room and the staff are attentive & warm. He's built lovely bonds with them, especially his key worker, and it's reassuring to see him happily taking part in activities when I collect him.


I've also seen a big improvement in his confidence with food since starting.


Every staff member I've encountered, from reception to the baby rooms, has been friendly and welcoming. On one occasion when he was unwell & distressed, I arrived to one of the nursery managers comforting him which was very comforting for me.
Overall, we're really happy with the care & I'm glad we chose Bright Horizions!

My daughter has been here since October 2023, first in the baby room and now in the toddler room. Our daughter is flourishing here. She's well supported and looked after by all staff and seems to really enjoy her days. The staff have also been really supportive on potty training.

We loved this nursery when we first visited because of how warm and welcoming the staff was. We were also very impressed with the focus on nutrition with the menu. The inclusion of all races/ religions was also very impressive. We were told all dietary restrictions were catered for including religious.
Unfortunately when we first joined, we had trouble organising settle sessions. I had to chase rather than being contacted. There were quite a few cancelled settle sessions too. When we formally joined, the dietary requirement we were impressed with was no longer the case which was very disappointing.
We still love all the staff and appreciate their hard work. The only thing that bothers me as a parent is lack of any cctv but also not enough information is updated on the app. The photos are not uploaded on a daily basis.
It would be nice to have a picture of the meals as well to see what my child enjoys eating and to try and do that at home as well.

My Daughter has attended bright horizons for two years now and has thrived in the care of the practitioners at their Solihull branch. The management make it their business to know all of the children within the nursery and are often seen involved in the rooms. The days are always structured with lots
of learning included into the activities. Everyone within bright horizons seems very happy and like they want to be there. I am always reassured and well informed about my daughter's day. The nursery itself is beautifully maintained and the cleaning staff work hard to ensure the nursery is nothing less than perfect for the following day. I will be sad for my daughter to start school because there is a real sense of family at bright horizons. I would whole heartedly recommend this nursery above all others (I've seen them all!)

My 2nd child is now attending Bright Horizons Solihull. We like the very family orientated feel of the nursery and environment, and the staff who are especially warming and welcoming.
However we have been disappointed with the lack of feedback of our childs development and integration into the classes.
Only once in over 2 years have we had a parents evening, and although the app is updated, we have not have any evidence recently of what our child learns or plays with, other than a quick chat at pick up time.
More feedback from staff regarding the day to day activities that children have been doing would be good, especially as out son struggles to settle into new environments.

My daughter has been attending the nursery for almost a year now and we are really happy with the service. The staff are super friendly and caring, the children are offered a good range of activities including time outdoors, and there is a balanced menu. Communication is great with updates on the app
throughout the day and staff providing a verbal review of the day at pick up. My daughter has only been sent home a handful of times (for a temperature), which is great as I know some nurseries are very quick to send children home for the smallest thing. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

My child absolutely loves the nursery and has thrived with each stage of her early years. She loves all the staff and has a real connection with them, she has no problem being dropped off and the nursery has been supported at every stage including with potty training which took a while to get through.

My son has been at the nursery for over a year now and he absolutely loves it. The staff are friendly, caring and supportive. My son always speaks highly of all the staff in preschool and staff from other classes that he meets during his day.
The staff are always happy to update us at the end of the
day during pick-up. The app is brilliant and is regularly updated during the day and we love receiving pictures of what he has been up to.

The deputy manager and all the staff are simply outstanding. My daughter is very happy to attend the nursery. The work done by all the staff is excellent. There are many activities, my daughter is learning many new things and socialising with other children.

My little one started here back in June.
I have to say, the team have been great.
Good communication and updates which is great when you are so worried about how your little one will react to new people and environments after being with Mum for a year.
My little one has thrived and loves his nursery.
