In their preschool room, the little explorers are encouraged to be independent while still being guided, and when the time comes for them to join the ready-for-school room, the children will be taught the skills to further support them and their parents with the important transition to school.
The nursery’s garden is a beautiful expansive outdoor area designed for all ages to play in a safe environment with a sheltered sandpit and a climbing frame. The nursery also boasts a cornered off area for their four chickens. The children love patting the friendly chickens and learning how to look after them.
At Bright Horizons they understand the importance of community enrichment and take the children on regular walks to enjoy and become familiar with their local surroundings. We needn't have worried, however, as she settled in almost immediately and is now delighted to go each day. The staff are all wonderful and the activities that they lay on for the children are brilliant - our daughter is always coming back home full of stories about what she has done during the day. She also loves the food and the outside space is exceptional. It seems to me to be an overall very happy place with extremely caring and attentive staff.

We absolutely adore this nursery. Management and the entire team are wonderful. Our youngest son is a live wire and the Bright Horizons Farnham team have been so patient, warm and kind with him. We've been with them since August 2024, 5 days a week, 8am- 5pm, which is a lot for anyone to handle, let alone being 2/3 years old, and they have been really great in making sure he has enough variety and stimulation to keep him engaged. He gets lots of outdoor time and lots of cuddles. He's come on leaps and bounds since we arrived and loves going to pre-school. They really feel like part of our extended family. I can't recommend them enough.
