My daughter Hazel has attended the nursery since September 2025 and she is so happy there. She loves going in and doesn't ever turn around to say goodbye sometimes! The staff are always friendly and attentive. I love the app and the regular updates are really useful. I would 100% recommend the nursery.

We have just completed our first year of our Bright Horizons Didsbury journey with my son. The transitions from baby one, baby two and now into toddler one. All the staff have been amazing and fantastic and really pesonlized it to my son and specific needs. I cant wait to continue to see how well he develops with thanks to nursery Amazing :)

Both of my daughters attend Bright Horizons, and I honestly can't speak highly enough of the team. The staff go above and beyond to really get to know each child, building warm and meaningful relationships with them. I have complete confidence in everyone at Bright Horizons Trafford and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Cannot fault the staff in the nursery especially the baby room. When my son started nursery at 10 months he really struggled with attachment to his dad and I. Since starting the nursery the staff have been amazing settling him in and now he loves going in and runs in each morning. The support we received has been amazing!

Our child & preschooler have been at Bright Horizons Didsbury for about a year now, and it has been a really good experience. The staff are always warm and loving, and they participate in so many fun activities! Highly recommend.

We are very satisfied with the care and experience our child has recieved at Bright Horizons. We really like the daily updates and photos on the app. We have found the staff very friendly and they haved formed a great relationship with our child.

In just two weeks, the difference has been remarkable. Our daughter settled quickly and is clearly happy at drop-off and pick-up. The staff are professional, caring, and friendly. They follow a detailed care plan for her condition, which gives us real peace of mind. She hasn't had any flare-ups or allergic reactions-something we struggled with at our previous nursery. We also love the app, which is easy to use and keeps us updated with activities, routines, and photos. Our only regret is not moving her sooner-we couldn't be happier.

Both of my daughters have attended Bright Horizons Timperley and I cannot recommend the nursery enough. I chose this nursery because from my very first visit the team were professional and knowledgeable but also warm and welcoming. The team have a nurturing approach that helped my daughters settle quickly as babies. Our key workers across the rooms have been committed to getting to know them as individuals, helping them to build strong bonds and grow in confidence. They are very child-centred in their approach and enable smooth transitions between the different rooms. The team do a fantastic job at communicating with our family and are always on hand to help. The nursery is well equipped with a homely feel and the staff put lots of time and effort into activities for the children, with a clear focus on learning and development. Every member of staff has been truly wonderful and it has been a huge comfort to us knowing we are leaving our children in such caring and capable hands.

The nursery as a whole is excellent. The staff handle everything with professionalism, care, and positivity, and they provide amazing support to parents at every stage. My son has been in every room (from baby to toddler to preschool) and each step of the way he has felt happy, safe, and encouraged to explore. We'll be absolutely devastated when he leaves and the fact he even asks to come on a Saturday says it all! Fantastic nursery! We were very worried about our child attending nursery, however, the staff have put our minds at ease and our child is thriving thanks to everybody's help and kindness! We are so happy we chose Bright Horizons! Highly recommended.

Both my little ones attend here. Eldest started in Feb 2024. Never had any issues very attentive to detail and love how multi cultural they are. They cater to all dietary needs and super careful with allergens. Would recommend this nursery to all parents.
