We started sending our daughter here when she was about 11 months old(she is now 19 months) we are so pleased we sent her here! She is always so excited to see her key worker every morning, she has a fantastic time there and clearly feels so safe and relaxed. Our daughter enjoys the food, has a good nap every day and always comes home lovely and clean - we don't know how they do it!

Bright Horizons are absolutely wonderful. We put our daughter (who was 10 weeks premature) into nursery just before she was 1 year old, and they have always been absolutely brilliant not only when she is in their care but also with advice and support for home life. We were apprehensive about how our daughter would handle the transition, particularly as she was smaller and less developed than other babies her age but BH have been perfect and we have always felt so at ease and like she is in the best hands. The activities they do are well thought out, and our daughter absolutely loves going and seeing all of the wonderful staff and other babies.

Choosing Bright Horizons in Sale remains one of the best decisions we've made as parents. The nurturing environment, engaging activities, excellent communication, strong curriculum, and genuinely caring staff continue to exceed our expectations. As our daughter has grown, we've seen firsthand how well the Preschool team supports children's development, confidence, independence, and readiness for school. The staff consistently go above and beyond to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Speaking with friends about their childcare experiences has only reinforced how fortunate we are. We trust the team completely and have always felt confident that our daughter is happy, safe, supported, and receiving. That peace of mind is invaluable.

My son has attended this nursery for almost 1 year. I was really anxious finding him a nursery after 12months of maternity at home with him. I did lots of research in to local nurseries, and I wasn't comfortable with any. After visiting many, and then bright horizons I knew straight away I wasn't going to get a better local nursery. Honestly after a couple of weeks I was at ease leaving my son in there care, all the staff are very professional and my son absolutely loves attending. I have had zero complaints or issues, and I have no doubt if I did raise an issue it would be addressed professionally. 10/10.

The staff consistently demonstrated a genuine passion for supporting every child as an individual. We are incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and kindness shown to Dylan throughout his time here.

Most importantly, V is happy, settled and excited to attend nursery. Seeing her confidence, independence and social skills grow has been wonderful. We are incredibly grateful for the warmth, professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team and would highly recommend Bright Horizons to other families.

My daughter Hazel has attended the nursery since September 2025 and she is so happy there. She loves going in and doesn't ever turn around to say goodbye sometimes! The staff are always friendly and attentive. I love the app and the regular updates are really useful. I would 100% recommend the nursery.

Nora absolutely loves nursery and is thriving in Baby 2. We know she is in the best hands every day!

We have just completed our first year of our Bright Horizons Didsbury journey with my son. The transitions from baby one, baby two and now into toddler one. All the staff have been amazing and fantastic and really pesonlized it to my son and specific needs. I cant wait to continue to see how well he develops with thanks to nursery Amazing :)

Both of my daughters attend Bright Horizons, and I honestly can't speak highly enough of the team. The staff go above and beyond to really get to know each child, building warm and meaningful relationships with them. I have complete confidence in everyone at Bright Horizons Trafford and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Cannot fault the staff in the nursery especially the baby room. When my son started nursery at 10 months he really struggled with attachment to his dad and I. Since starting the nursery the staff have been amazing settling him in and now he loves going in and runs in each morning. The support we received has been amazing!

Our child & preschooler have been at Bright Horizons Didsbury for about a year now, and it has been a really good experience. The staff are always warm and loving, and they participate in so many fun activities! Highly recommend.
