Day Nurseries Owned by Bright Horizons Family Solutions Ltd in Nottinghamshire

As a first time mum it was very scary to find a nursery for my boy. When I visited Bright Horizons I knew it was perfect. The staff are so warm and welcoming. The babies room staff are exceptional. The love my boy has for those ladies is better than any written review. It shows me he trusts them and feels safe and happy which is what any parent wishes for! No question is big or small. My son has developed so much since joining this nursery. I'm so glad we chose Bright Horizons.

Overall we are very happy with the nursery and feel it offers excellent value for money. The facilities are modern, clean and well organised, creating a welcoming environment for children. We also really appreciate the nursery app, which provides daily updates, including activities, meals, nappy changes, photos & feedback helping us feel connected to our child's day. Our child's key person and several members of the baby room have been fantastic however there is a noticeable difference in the quality of care & communication between staff members. We feel there could be more consistency in changing children into clean clothes after meals.

Bright Horizons (Aspley) is a wonderful nursery, staff are very friendly, communication is great. I feel my son is safe, happy and learning so much at the nursery. Bright Horizons app makes me feel reassured when Im at work, I can see everything my child is doing in the day what he's eating e.t.c. I would recommend this nursery to family & friends.

When our daughter first started the nursery, she was very shy, tearful after each drop off but quickly after all the care, attention and commitment from the staff, our daughter loves going to the baby room. Week after week we are noticing something new she is learning with the help of her key workers. Having the daily updates puts our minds at ease knowing she's in an environment where she is being cared for, like she would be at home. Can not recommend Bright Horizons enough, especially the team in the baby room!

Its been great to see my son settle into the baby room within a couple of full days. He likes it there and is happy to go in each day. He gets exposed to various activities each day which makes a significant improvement to his motor skills. He is also very excited to see kids anywhere and wants to talk to them. The caregivers in the baby room are wonderful and accommodate specific requests as much as they can. Seeing all the regular updates and photos on the app makes this a very reassuring experience for a working parent.

Your child is your most priced possetion - a care & love that you can not describe - however I feel confidant leaving my child at Bright Horizons. The staff are so kind & supportive. They ensure my child feels physically & phycologically safe. She is absolutly florashing this is due to the support she is resiving at BH. We have so much change occoring - new baby & moving house. Nursery have supported my daughter & myself through this - forever greatfull... & yes the new addition will deffinaty be apart of the BH family!

Bright Horizons is an excellent nursery. They offer an excellent level of activities and resources tailored to the children's needs. The staff are very personable, friendly, caring and positive. Our daughter is really enjoying her time at nursery and we can see so many positive developmental changes. I would recommend Bright Horizons to any parent.

thank you

(We would appreciate if the photography company used for Christmas and Summer allows parents to only choose the photos prior to printing those out.)

My daughter started nursery 5 months ago, and the staff have been nothing but great, helpful and welcoming. She loves going to nursery and has come on loads with her development in the 5 months of starting.

Great staff, all friendly and welcoming. The progress my little boy has made since starting is amazing. He seems so happy every time he gets picked up and enjoys playing and making new friends. Very caring team.

We have found our experience with Bright Horizons to be super smooth and all the staff have been great at supporting our child's transition to starting nursery. Communication via the app is really helpful and informative. We feel safe & happy knowing our son is in their care.

are great, clean and planned around the children's interests and needs.

My 14-month-old son started at this nursery in September after having weekly settling-in sessions throughout August, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From day one, the staff have been incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It's clear that they truly enjoy spending time with the children and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

Every time I pick my son up, he is well looked after fed, clean, and always smiling. The level of care they provide really puts my mind at ease, and I can see how much he enjoys being there. He absolutely loves attending nursery, and that in itself speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere and the wonderful team.

The management team are always helpful and approachable. As a first time parent and getting my head around fees and processes they have been brilliant

I'm truly grateful for the effort and love the staff put into their work. I couldn't ask for a better place for my little one.

My son has grown to be so confident and smart, and I truly believe this nursery and its amazing team have played a big part in that. I'm very grateful for everything they do. Highly recommended!

I am so happy that I signed my daughter up to go to Bright Horizons, the staff made me feel so much at ease as it is a big milestone for you & your Baby. They made me feel so reassured & confident I made the right decision. The App is an amazing idea & that you can communicate at any time & they reply straight away. Can't wait for my daughter's journey at Bright Horizons.

My daughter loves the nursery she's recently has a smooth transition into the toddler room. The nursery supported with visits, routines and activities. My daughter gets fully involved, built great relationships and I see regular achievement in her development.

Thank you for everything x

Members of staff go above and beyond for my son! They go out there way to make sure he's alright and having the most amazing experience and feels secure and comfortable in his surroundings! He is wary of new people and places but took no time to settle in here with the employees and there amazing energy towards everyone! Now my son can't wait to come home and tell me about his day and what they've all done and learnt together!

Excellent nursery. When my daughter was unwell, the teachers monitored her temperature every hour and recorded the information in the app. They also gave her emergency Calpol. When I visited the GP, the doctor was surprised at how well they had been monitoring my daughter's temperature. The doctor even said this is the best nursery they've come across, as they had never seen such thorough care from any other nursery.
