We're grateful for the great work the whole team is doing, but especially our daughter's key person, she's trustworthy, pays attention to details and all our daughter's needs, really helping her to have a good experience.

Our daughter started at BH Leeds Kirkstall 6 months ago. We have been pleased with the setting especially the staff and management. Our daughters key worker, along with other staff have been amazing and have really helped to settle our daughter into nursery. She has developed so much since starting
here! We are also really pleased with the weekly menu and food that is provided, a really good mix of food which our daughter seems to love!
A good first 6 months has been had and this can be seen in how happy and sociable our daughter is when we pick her up!

The staff at the nursery are amazing and genuinely love working with children. This shows in how they get to know the children in their care and offer tailored support for kids who might need the extra help.
We've received great support where needed and my son really looks forward to attending every
weekday. I would totally recommend the nursery.

I'd like to say a massive thank you to a few members of staff for all the wonderful support and encouragement you give both myself and my son each and every week! Without fail each week you all ensure that he is happy and well cared for and I could never thank you enough for the support you have given.
His
journey has been a rocky one but bright horizons have taken him in like he is their own and ensured that he is happy in all aspects I could never have got a better nursery!

I am so happy that I picked Bright Horizons nursery at Kirkstall for my daughter who started here at 7 and a half months old. One staff member in particular was amazing on the open day making sure all our questions were answered and thoroughly talked through the nurserys ways of working. Followed on
with all the staff at under 2s just making our daughter feel so loved and welcome. You can tell she really enjoys it and has a great bond with the staff there. Our daughter has picked up so well on her development and comes home with new words and dances all the time. It's not often you get a whole group of people who you can trust with your baby and feel like family.
From managers to the staff members, everyone is very friendly and always happy to help. Really happy I picked this nursery for her and would definitely recommend it to other parents looking for a fun loving environment for their baby

We had our daughter attend this nursery from 6 months old and I honestly cannot fault them. They are caring and passionate about what they do and will go above and beyond for you and your child. They update you often and their are lots of pictures and information about what your child has done during

Outstanding!
My son has been at Bright Horizons Leeds since he was 9 months old, he is now 4 and will be leaving to go to school.
The care, the staff, the activities, the attention to detail, the passion, the love, the support, the friendships, the hours of fun my little boy has had in his years
at nursery, the nurturing. The reasons I would recommend sending your child to this nursery, the list is endless.
Throughout all the rooms at the nursery he has loved all his key workers and equally all the staff, the bonds have been amazing to see. My son was under speech and language due to delays, and the support he received from his key worker was great, he had intervention times where they could help him one-to-one and now he doesn't stop talking.
I cannot praise and recommend this nursery enough! It's clear to see the management of the nursery is amazing and all the staff are so welcoming and friendly.

If you’re looking for the perfect nursery, don’t look elsewhere. Our son had a fantastic experience there. He’s my first child and as a mum, I wanted him to be safe, in good hands, in a nursery that will care about him and his needs. The team is so great with kids, they are caring, attentive and very
supportive. My son learnt so much there, I can see him growing so fast. He’s always happy to go, with a nice smile on his face. He was only 3 months when he started and as I’m not British, I was very scared of choosing a nursery. But the team reassured me and provided the best support ever. We needed to leave because we moved far away from there but I would recommend this nursery without a doubt!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since September 2023. She has settled in so well and I can tell she enjoys going as when we get out of the car she gets giddy. The staff are brilliant and communication from the nursery is top-notch. I was going to take her out of the nursery due to being offered
a new job but I just couldn’t bear the thought of taking my baby out. Me, being her mum, I love how confident I feel knowing she is in safe hands and with amazing staff.

For the past 1.5 years, our two daughters have been attending Bright Horizons in Kirkstall, and we are thrilled to share our experience. Every aspect of this nursery, from the dedicated staff to the exceptional facilities, has exceeded our expectations.
We cannot overstate our gratitude to the wonderful
team at Bright Horizons in Kirkstall for the exceptional care they've provided to our daughters. If it weren't for our recent relocation, we would have undoubtedly continued with this nursery until both girls reached school age. Having explored 10 other nurseries in our area, we can confidently say that none even come close to matching the quality and excellence offered by Bright Horizons.
If you prioritize your children's education and well-being above all else, we wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons in Kirkstall as the premier nursery in Leeds.

My child has been with the nursery for just sort of a year now. Within this time he has had two key workers both of whom made such great efforts to ensure my child is happy, settled and genuinely cared for. With this being my first child, sending him to nursery straight after maternity at 9 months old
was a difficult transition for myself but the staff in the under 2s unit couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable and confident that my little boy would be genuinely cared for by them.
My child absolutely loves nursery and has made amazing progress in his development over the year. We can really see how he is developing into a sweet, clever, caring little boy with the help from nursery.
The nursery has an on-site chef so meals are prepared fresh, my little boy loves the food served and always eats well, he has also made a friend in the chef and often speaks of him and other staff at home.
We couldn’t thank the staff enough for all they have done for us and our little boy!

My daughter has been going here for the past two years. The teachers and nursery staff have been outstanding and I have seen so many positive changes in my daughter. The teachers really care for the children and they put in a lot of effort to engage children and teach them important skills and preparing
for “big” school. They also keep parents up to date regarding child’s meals and activities throughout the day which has been great as a first time anxious mum. Highly recommended nursery.

All staff are very friendly and attentive and always keep us updated about our child’s development that they have observed closely.
Foods are nice and yummy and my child develops so much and gets to try new nice cuisines which helps him to be less picky when it comes to foods at home.
They also
incorporate our cultural background into activities at the nursery which is very impressive.
Overall, we feel safe for our child to be here and happy to know that he is well looked after and got all the support he needs to develop his growing skills.

Bright Horizons is the perfect setting for our boys. The management team and nursery staff are brilliant and always on hand to help with any queries we might have. Recently we attended a presentation regarding the transition from nursery to school, covering all the items we needed to be thinking about
in the lead-up to September and advise on how to prepare our son, which as young first-time parents that really helped us and we're grateful for that. It was amazing to hear of the lengths that the nursery are willing to go to for the children that are going to be transitioning.
Overall, we're extremely happy with the care and compassion that is shown to our boys daily when they attend. They always come out of nursery so happy and excited to go back, which puts our minds at ease knowing they're being so well looked after!

I have been extremely pleased with the nursery since my son started there in August 2022. The team work hard to create a caring and educational environment for young people. My son adores his nursery days and sometimes doesn’t want to leave when I go to pick him up.
Unfortunately due to changes in
staffing my son has had several key workers since August, however, this has been well managed to make the transitions as smooth as possible.
My son has dietary requirements and I am extremely pleased with the measures in place to support and manage this and trust that all staff are aware of these requirements and adhere to them.

This is a great setting! My little one has been going there for over a year and a half now, and she is flourishing. Katy is the Nursery Manager at Bright Horizons. Childcare has always been her passion, and she has been dedicated to the field since leaving school. Joining Bright Horizons in 2010, she has grown from a Room Supervisor to her current leadership role as Nursery Manager.

In 2020, Katy embraced motherhood for the first time, with her child now attending the nursery. Watching him thrive and settle seamlessly into nursery life, supported by the caring and attentive staff, has deepened her understanding of the importance of individualised care.
