Farnborough Day Nursery and Preschool offers children exciting, stimulating days of fun and discovery in the care of its established team. With high-quality care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 year with longer opening times from 7.30am – 6.30pm.

The nursery has plenty of space for children to learn and explore, with bright and airy age specific rooms and the large garden is equipped with a mud kitchen, wildlife area and a gardening patch.

All-inclusive fees mean that you have less to pack on a busy morning, with everything from healthy lunches and snacks to branded nappies and wipes included. All meals are cooked onsite every day by the nursery chef and are fresh, flavoursome and high in nutritional value.

We couldn't be happier with our choice of nursery for our little one. From the very first visit, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority - the rooms, play areas, and facilities are always spotless and well-maintained, which gave us instant peace of mind.


Security is taken very seriously here.

Drop-off and pick-up are managed through a secure entry system, and staff always verify who is collecting your child. As a parent, knowing your child is safe makes such a difference to your day.


What really sets this nursery apart is how much the children actually learn. The staff plan a wonderful variety of activities - from creative arts and storytelling to outdoor exploration - all designed to support development in a fun and engaging way. Our child comes home excited to tell us what they've been doing!


Finally, the location and access couldn't be more convenient. Parking is sort of easy, drop-off is quick and stress-free, and the staff are always welcoming.

I am speechless to the care and the love my son has been receiving. They are constantly on top of things, communication is excellent, child safety I feel my child is in a safe environment, the kids are well fed as well. They have also proven to be supportive to us as a family when we were going through
a very rough patch with our little one. I have even told myself even if I move 30minutes away I will still drive my child to this nursery because I know they understand his needs and know how to respond to all his needs. Learning my child has shown tremendous growth in a lot of aspects since joining the nursery.

We've been really happy with our experience at this nursery. Both of our children attend and genuinely love going, which says a lot in itself. They are settled, happy and clearly thriving in the environment the staff have created.
What we particularly value is how responsive the nursery is to feedback.
On the occasions we've raised points or suggestions, these have been listened to and actioned thoughtfully, which makes us feel confident and reassured as parents.
Overall, it feels like a caring, well-run nursery where the children are known as individuals and supported to grow, and we're very grateful for the role it plays in our children's development.

I have two children who attend the nursery (an 8 month and a 2.5yr old) 5 days a week. I have had such a positive experience at this nursery. The room staff a management team are professional, enthusiastic, patient, receptive, caring and are all genuinely invested in the development and welfare of the
children in their care. My children are very happy at nursery and we are delighted with it.

Honestly cannot fault this nursery. I'm a first time mum and signing my daughter up to this nursery has been the best! I was anxious the first week of my daughter starting as she had never left my side, I got constant updates and reassurance from her key teacher and others in her class (still do now).
This nursery has brought my daughter on so exceptionally well and everyone there is always happy to talk if I ever have any concerns, they are so supportive of my daughters progression and I really couldn't be more happier with them!

My son has been in Bright Horizons Farnborough since he was just 11 months old, and now he is 3.5 years old in the pre-school room. The staff has always been very loving and caring. He has formed very special bonds with some of his teachers and his learning and development has been excellent. He is
slowly becoming more confident, which is something that has been supported by his teachers. The the nursery is safe, fun, and a lovely place for the children.

Since my son joined the nursery the staff have been nothing but amazing. We came to Farnborough after a bad experience at another nursery. The management team listened to all our worries and put us at ease straight away. I knew from walking through the building that everyone there cared deeply for each
individual child. The nursery has supported us through many difficult situations we had at home such as multiple wakes up in the night. My son is now putting words together to create simple sentences, he has impeccable social skills and eats a wide variety of food since joining. Thank you to everyone at Farnborough for making us feel so welcomed and valued and giving our little one the best start in the educational world.

We are very happy with our experience at Bright Horizons. The staff are caring, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's development. Both of my children settled in quickly, thanks to the staff, environment and activities on offer.
The rooms are bright, and filled with age-appropriate toys and
learning resources. Outdoor play is encouraged daily, and the activities are well thought-out to balance fun, creativity, and skill-building. (I also love they get to do so much messy play, as I'm not a fan at home!)
I love the nursery app, which keeps us updated with daily notes and photos, so we can see what our little one has been doing. It shows naps, nappy changes and what food they have eaten. It gives us such peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy, and learning in such a positive environment.
Their school ready programme has also been fantastic at preparing them and us for school
I would highly recommend Bright Horizons

I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and support my neurodivergent child received at Bright Horizons from ages 1-4. I just had to write a review on this nursery!
I was so worried about my baby starting nursery so young but I can honestly say my journey at Bright Horizon Farnborough has been so lovely. The management team are so understanding and supportive. They take their time, they get stuck in also and get to
know your children. Every single member of staff are polite and fantastic with children. I feel like all my worries were for nothing as they look after my son so well and he is so happy.

Such a wonderful place for my son's learning. Excellent management with an open-door policy and they have some really fantastic nursery teachers. The whole Bright Horizons team and setting have been outstanding. My son settled in well with the help of his key worker and with the other lovely staff too. He's well-fed, spends lots of active time outside, and is making great connections with other children and adults. It's well run, and the facilities
are excellent and provide a range of different activities to keep him entertained and to aid the development of lots of skills. He loves the soft playroom! We are very happy to send our little one here.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. Not that I have had any other experience of any other nursery - I don’t need to as this is perfect. Bright Horizons has been very beneficial to the development of our son whilst providing us with childcare.
Every member of staff I have encountered at the nursery has so
much enthusiasm and energy for the children they look after and from my understanding know all the children independently and what personality they have even if that member of staff isn’t their key worker.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons and have only good things to say about it.

The management team is always open to helping you and your child, particularly during the settle-in period. They know your child by name and you have direct communication through the nursery app. They are kind and very professional. The nurses are selected carefully and have long experience and studies
in childcare. After a long day of activities, children come back home happy and with a smile. I feel every day reassured that I made the best decision with this nursery, of all there are in Farnborough, even though this is not the closest to my home.

Both of my daughters attend Bright Horizons Farnborough - my oldest has been there since July 2021 - and I’ve continuously been impressed by them. Both girls thoroughly enjoy their time there - they get so much out of their interactions with both the other children and the staff. The team of staff have
always been great too - attentive, and friendly, and I have great confidence in their abilities to look after my girls both safely and in a way to support their learning too. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

We are so pleased with this nursery. Having moved from another large chain nursery, we were worried that similar big chain attributes would be here too but we have been so surprised. Our little boy is so happy here. He is always excited to go in and tells us he loves nursery. The room staff are attentive
and caring. Yesterday my son was upset as we were attending his big brother's school nativity without him. So the pre-school staff quickly arranged a small Christmas sing-along concert for my son and his preschool friends. He was so happy! We couldn't believe they did that just for him to feel happier. The management is also brilliant at this nursery. Both young mums who genuinely care for all the children's wellbeing and often pop into the rooms too. There have been instances when my son is extra clingy at drop off and they have helped comfort him, get down to his level and talk to him, allowing me to feel extra reassured as I leave. The food choices are also excellent!

We really love the team and the care the provide to our son. He comes home happy and full of chat everyday about the activities they do. He talks very highly of his carers and friends. Both our children have been to the nursery and we have always felt happy and safe with them being there.

I have always had a passion for child development and securing the foundations for children to succeed to the best of their abilities. Following completion of my childcare qualifications, I then went on to complete my level 5 leadership and management.


In 2009 I started my career as an apprentice and progressed along the way resulting in me being able to support and guide staff in the direction of success and fulfilling their goals in their careers.


I’ve worked for a nursery group in Brighton and Hove for 13 years which was then brought by Bright Horizons in December 2021.

Hi! I'm Holly, the deputy manager at Farnborough Bright Horizons.


I started my career as a bank staff at our Church Crookham branch back in 2014 and absolutely loved it. I moved away from the area to Devon for a couple of years before I came back and re-entered my career at Farnborough. I love making a difference in the lives of our families and strive to make everyone feel welcome and at home within my setting.


I have my little boy Harvey, who also attends the nursery and he loves it! Especially the soft play area and indoor slide. We look forward to welcoming you to the nursery.
