Overall Experience

This is a wonderful nursery! My son has been with the nursery since he was 10 months and is now nearing 3. In that time the leadership of the nursery has shone through with creative, nurturing and child-centric care, activities and learning opportunities. He is greeted each day by welcoming staff who know him and who he is excited to see. It is always tough leaving your child but it is made so much easier knowing that he is getting so much from the care and has made such progress with the team there as well as making little friends. I am really grateful.

Overall Experience
Both our children go to Bright Horizons Clairmont and we couldn't recommend it enough. The staff have been exceptional; very caring and nurturing towards the children and you can see that they genuinely love helping them grow and develop. The staff plan a wide range of fun learning activities and follow a thoughtful curriculum so that the children can thrive; ours have made great progress whilst attending Clairmont and our son loves coming home and telling us about his day. Communication with parents is also excellent. Management are very quick to respond to queries, staff update the app with regular photos and key information about your child's day (toilet use, food intake, nap times) and will provide a verbal summary at pick up!
We have also been incredibly grateful to the staff for their support with our baby who requires some further adjustments.

Our children love Clairmont, I'm sure yours will too!

We had a lovely experience at Bright horizons Beaufort park where our daughter started in 2-3s , staff was very welcoming and genuinely contributed towards her journey. She learnt, explored and achieved wrt her developmental milestones. nursery has brilliant facility and we loved her happiness going in there every day. We had lovely over all experience . Overall Experience

We couldn't be happier with this setting, after transferring from a setting further away nearly a year ago our boys settled so quickly and that is down to the incredible team in the baby room and rising 3's. They are all so kind, caring and supportive with their development. The updates on the app are so consistent and thorough. The meals, activities, spaces are all of such a high standard. The boys are absolutely thriving now and their development has come on massively from language to motor skills. They are always so happy to be dropped off in the morning. Highly recommend, this is a very special nursery!

Overall Experience

All three of our children have attended Clairmount. The activities are meaniful and well organised. The staff are person centred and give us in depth reports about our child. They have adapted activities to meet my child's interests. The nursery has excellent facilities and is clean and well maintained. The management are helpful, friendly and approachable.

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizon. From day one the teachers made our daughter feel safe and welcomed. She genuinely enjoys her time there, she talks about her classmates, the activities, and her teachers all the time. All three of our daughters (now 4, 6 and 9) have attended Harwell Bright Horizons so we've been going there since 2021! The staff are highly professional and warm. The communication is excellent. They work hard to make lots of effort with activities and our girls all really enjoyed the garden.

The team at wish park have been amazing with my daughter who joined earlier in the year, it took her weeks to settle into the nursery but the team were flexible with having additional settling sessions, worked closely alongside me to do everything we could to make the transition as smooth as possible. Kept me informed on how she was doing. I had full faith that she would end up loving nursery which she does! My daughter also has severe allergies, the team have made me feel totally confident that her care is tailored to keep her safe. They have been so thorough with every aspect, communicate with me regularly. Any allergy parent will know how it feels to relieve the responsibility to someone else but I have no concerns with Wish Park they have been nothing but amazing!

We've had a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons. My son has been attending since he was 18 months old and is now 3, and he genuinely loves going to nursery. The staff are warm, friendly and professional, and his key workers have been fantastic. I've always felt confident that he's well cared for, supported and encouraged in his development. It's a lovely, nurturing environment, and I'd highly recommend Bright Horizons to other parents.

Very good nursery overall. Friendly staff, kids have a lot of place to play and spend quite a lot time outside. And the main indicator for me is that kid likes going to the nursery, loves spending time there and enjoying it as well as likes everyone who he interact with. Also stuff was very understanding and supportive during adaptation period.

My daughter has attend this setting for over a year and a half now and I've had nothing but the best experiences, the staff are lovely and I feel so at ease knowing she's being well cared for! The photos and videos I receive are a great way to see what she gets up to!

I have had a wonderful experience with Bright Horizons nursery Dulwich. The staff are incredibly caring, friendly, and dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for every child. They take the time to understand each child's individual needs and support their development with engaging, fun, and educational activities.
Their communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel well informed about our child's day and progress. It's reassuring to know our child is happy, well cared for, and excited to go to nursery each day.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and have built lovely relationships with my kids.

This nursery is amazing. I had my daughter attending for 2years and she has been so happy there. The staff is so helpful,kind and supportive(wonderful ladies),meals are freshly made and the garden is in full sunlight.

My 2 little ones have attended the Cheshunt BH from 12ms and we hold the nursery in very high regard. The facilities have always been excellent, with thoughtfully designed spaces that are perfectly suited to each age group. What has really stood out is that, even though the nursery never seems to need updating, they are constantly making small improvements / enhancements. It's clear that a great deal of care and thought goes into continually providing the best possible environment for the kids. One of the most reassuring things has been the continuity of the staff. Some of the team members who cared for our eldest, who is now nearly 6, are still there today. It says so much about the nursery, you can genuinely feel that it's a place filled with happy, caring & dedicated people. We're going to miss everyone dearly and would never have left if we weren't moving to another area. Thx to every single member of the team for the care and support you have given our kids. We're very grateful x

Fabulous nursery and staff! Honestly I can't praise them enough! Most helpful, kind, caring, considerate and understanding. I've sent both my kids here from the age of one and couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else and I know they've been well looked after and attended too!
