Overall Experience

As a family we've had a great experience of Teddies since our little boy started when he was 11 months old. The settling in process mant that we felt engaged and reassured from the beginning, and this has continued throughout. All the staff make it a warm, fun and friendly environment. It's been great to see our little boy grow in confidence as a result of the stimulating and nurturing activities.

Overall Experience
Our son started nursery at 9mo when I returned to work. The team are absolutely wonderful, and he loves being there. They are all so kind and thoughtful and we feel lucky that we have a great nursery nearby.
He seems to eat well and we really enjoy the daily updates and photos.
Being in central London there isn't loads of outdoor space, but they do a good job of taking the children outside as much as possible so they get fresh air.

We also qualify for the 30 free hours which the nursery accept, so it works well for us.

Overall Experience

We have had an exceptional experience with Didcot Day Nursery, especially during our daughter's recent spica cast journey. From the moment she returned to nursery, the staff went above and beyond to ensure she felt comfortable, included, and supported. They took the time to understand her needs, adapted activities where necessary, and showed incredible patience, care, and compassion every day. Their positive attitude and encouragement helped build her confidence and made what could have been a challenging time much easier for both our daughter and our family. Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear that her wellbeing was always their top priority. The dedication, kindness, and professionalism shown by the entire team have been outstanding. Overall Experience

When our daughter first started the nursery, she was very shy, tearful after each drop off but quickly after all the care, attention and commitment from the staff, our daughter loves going to the baby room. Week after week we are noticing something new she is learning with the help of her key workers. Having the daily updates puts our minds at ease knowing she's in an environment where she is being cared for, like she would be at home. Can not recommend Bright Horizons enough, especially the team in the baby room!

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons for 2 years now. From baby room to preschool its been so reassuring as to how cared for she has been. She has developed so much and loves all of her key workers - Dolly & Jane specifically!

I would like more updates on the app ref photos/development but I also understand the days are busy!

Our son attended Teddies Woking for 9 months, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. When we were viewing nurseries for our daughter, Bright Horizons stood out to us because of the homely feel of the space and the warm friendly nature of the staff.
Our daughter has been at the nursery for almost a year now and she is very happy there. The communication with the staff has always been excellent and the nursery were very flexible at the beginning when my daughter was settling in. My daughter regularly talks about her key workers at home, which shows that she has developed a lovely bond with them.

Overall, our experience with the nursery has been great and I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Chingford to any prospective parents.

Overall Experience

I have had my baby in the babycare room for the past 5 months. We love this nursary and specifically the baby room team which has our keyworkers Manisha and Hannah. She had a really good settling in schedule, the workers were very attentive towards her including the temp staff. She has really enjoyed the outdoor space and learning with other babies and continues to explore as she is moving over to toddler space. I find the mangement very helpful and always available. Wish we could continue our journey with the same staff.

Our son has been at this nursery for one year now. He loves it. The staff are friendly and everyone knows each other. We chose this nursery because of the amazing outdoor space! We also love the chickens and guinea pigs. Our son loves the bike track as well. Very satisfied!

I started sending my son here in October last year, and he has been very happy ever since. He enjoys a wide range of activities, and the staff are lovely and always take great care of the children.
What I really appreciate is how thoughtful they are towards parents as well. If you're feeling worried or emotional when dropping off your child, they will often send an update to reassure you that your baby is happy and settled.

The team is always energetic and welcoming in the mornings, and whenever you speak with them, you feel confident that everything is going well. It's reassuring to know that your child is in such caring and capable hands.

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our daughter V receives at Bright Horizons. She was born extremely prematurely and has a visual impairment, so starting nursery felt daunting. From day one, the team have been kind, understanding and genuinely invested in helping her thrive.
The staff have taken time to understand her individual needs, work closely with us and other professionals, and ensure she can participate confidently in nursery life. They have been especially supportive with her feeding challenges and have celebrated every achievement, no matter how small.

Most importantly, V is happy, settled and excited to attend nursery. Seeing her confidence, independence and social skills grow has been wonderful. We are incredibly grateful for the warmth, professionalism and dedication shown by the entire team and would highly recommend Bright Horizons to other families.

Overall Experience

Teddies Woking has been brilliant for our Son, who has attended from baby care, through to little learners and now preschool. The staff really care about the children in their care and want the best for them. They are also very approachable if you have any questions or concerns, or need any support. We always get a handover at the end of each day our son attends. The garden space is brilliant and well used by all age groups. They also have plenty of other activities to do such as water play, sand, drawing, a book corner and lots more! Our son mostly enjoys the food provided, he certainly tries more new foods than he would at home which is great. The app is regularly updated with our son's progress and Teddies are always quick to communicate important messages, and reply to any queries you might have. I would thoroughly recommend Teddies to any prospective parent!
