Bright Horizons Fleet Day Nursery and Preschool

We couldn't ask for a better place for them to grow, learn, and feel truly cared for.

Having previously enrolled my son at the nursery before he started school, there was no question in our minds as to where we would enrol our daughter. She started in the baby room last September and has loved every minute. She settled very quickly, which I feel is due to the bond she has with her keyperson Emilie. Emilie is fantastic and we will all miss her massively when my daughter moves out of the baby room soon. The staff, from those in the rooms to the managers, are all so warm and approachable, both towards the children but also to us as parents. The effort they put into organising activities for the children to help them learn and grow is fantastic. I have every confidence that my daughter will continue to love nursery and thrive as a result.

My daughter has settled into the nursery really well and absolutely loves it! Her key workers Anna & Claire have been so supportive and made time to understand her needs making the transition seamless. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed and reassured throughout the day. It gives us real peace of mind knowing our son is in such caring and capable hands. We're incredibly grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a supportive and happy childcare setting.

We are first-time parents, so the thought of leaving our child to return to work was incredibly challenging. From the very beginning, the team at Hedgehogs have been so welcoming, kind, and understanding, which made such a difference to us as a family. They have supported us throughout the whole transition and always made us feel reassured that our child is in safe and caring hands. It's clear how much they genuinely care about the children and their families. We are so grateful for all their patience, support, and warmth, and we would highly recommend Hedgehogs to any parent looking for a nurturing nursery.

Our son has recently started at Bright Horizons in Fleet and they have been great. The staff are so friendly and have made sure our son has settled in ok. They made the whole joining process really straight forward and they were always on hand if I had a question. My son does lots of activities whilst he's there & gets to try a variety of different food. The facilities are great - the rooms always seem clean and tidy and are inviting for the babies. We are kept updated throughout the day on the app with info and photos, which is lovely to see.

The staff here are the absolute best. They always come up with fun activities for the children and write detailed daily reports with photos and lovely observations. It is obvious just how much they care about each child. They supported my child through a time of big change and he is flourishing with their care and attention. I'm so so happy we picked this nursery for him, and thrilled with the members of staff that look after him.

My daughter is so happy at Bright Horizons Fleet. She's developed so much in the 18 months she has been attending, thanks to the support of the wonderful team and the SENCO. The nursery facilities are excellent - to the point my daughter often asks if she can go to nursery at the weekend!

Our daughter really enjoys her time at Bright Horizons. She has built strong relationships with her key worker and other staff and I feel everyone has a good grasp of her needs and personality. She has varied days where she is offered different activities and events. She is always happy when picked up and often talks about the staff and her friends.

A wonderful nursery who take amazing care of my 3yr old. He comes home happy everyday and loves to speak about all the different activities of the day. The staff know him so well and really care about the children. Lots of space to run around and lots of extra activities planned, like the recent Grandparents day, which he and they loved.

The updates I receive from the nursery are very good, and the app that we have is useful to see how my son is doing during the day.

All the staff are so lovely and caring and the management team always so approachable. Highly recommend.

Best nursery focussing on an electic mix of learning based activities and play. The food provided is nutritious and often so my child never goes hungry. The curriculum is so varied that each day is different.

I've been extremely happy with the care provided by Fleet Bright Horizons. My son has been with them since he was 11 months and he's now 2.5 years. All of the staff are patient and caring. The food is varied and good quality and there is a different mix of activities every day.

Our little boy (17 months) loves his days at Bright Horizons. He is doing different activities each day, eating a varied diet and sleeping well. He is very happy to see his familiar workers (it's a real comfort that no external staff are used) and he enjoys his time there.

This nursery has always provided a warm, nurturing, supporting and kind environment to my three children. We have been using them for 7 years, and our journey with them in just about to come to an end as our youngest is due to start school. From baby room, all the way through to preschool, they have been given the best care. Every one of the staff members are friendly, welcoming and always ready to answer any questions. They really have put so much thought and effort into preparing them ready for school. Meals have always been nutritious and nourishing, and care always to the highest standard.

I have two daughters' at the nursery. One that moved to the nursery when she was two years (as we moved here from Guildford) and one who started in the baby room. I was nervous about moving my eldest here as we loved our old nursery but I shouldn't have worried. The nursery is full of kind, caring, professional and dedicated people! i viewed a few nurseries when we moved here but Bright Horizons ticked the boxes for us - the facilities are amazing, indoors and outdoors, and I could tell that the staff truly cared about the kids and their job. Staff across all rooms know my children and know us. I love walking into nursery in the morning and seeing the team - they are an important part of our lives, especially our children and now when my eldest graduates, I will miss the pre-school team (who are outstanding!) but I am happy to know my youngest will be properly supported as she transitions up into Otters and then pre-school at a later date. I can't thank the nursery enough.

I'm endlessly grateful we found this nursery. I thank the educators, directors, and amazing management from the bottom of my heart for their care, love, and dedication. We feel incredibly lucky to be part of the Bright Horizon Fleet family.
