The nursery is brilliant, and we feel that it has contributed significantly to our child's development and confidence, while supporting secure attachments. Our son started nursery at 24 months after a year with a private nanny. After a settling in period (which the staff were brilliant at, even offering
us two weeks of settling in sessions free of charge to ensure he had a smooth transition), he quickly bonded with the caregivers and made his first friends. He has now gone from the toddlers room to early pre-school and finally the pre-school room.
We are amazed at the positive self-speak, manners, and conflict resolution that nursery has taught him. He is confident in meeting a new group of friends. It has also helped him largely move past picky eating or wanting e.g. screens as a distraction. We initiated potty training at home when we saw signs of readiness, and the nursery have been very supportive in getting him now fully independent.
They have boosted his school readiness.

The manager and the team at Bright Horizons are absolutely brilliant at making sure the Nursery is safe, fun and exciting. Our daughter loves going there every day, learning and socialising, all the staff are amazing and the food is great. The manager and the team are all super professional and friendly.

I cannot thank all the staff enough... Bright Horizons CSP has been such a nurturing, safe and supportive environment for both of our children. I have always appreciated how attentive all the staff are, so communicative, warm and loving, we have really enjoyed hearing about what our daughter got up
to every day. I love that staff are always coming up with new ways to inspire the children by designing new learning activities, fun games and even environments for calm and rest (I remember arriving at pick up and the entire nursery was softly lit by fairy lights and calm music - a personal favourite!) I can't express how reassuring it has been, for a family with two busy working parents, to know your children are in such good hands... Now our youngest is starting school and we will miss everyone at nursery so much! It really has felt like a family.

all these years, our oldest still remembers and talks about the people there, which says a lot about the strong bonds they create.
The nursery is always clean and well looked after. Meals are cooked on-site, and the food is healthy and varied. Each of the five rooms has its own garden, which gives the kids great space to play and explore.
The team is very responsible and caring, and the managers are always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They even organise some lovely weekend activities and trips from time to time.
It really is a special place, and we're so grateful for the amazing start both of our kids have had here!

Our son has flourished since starting at BH CSP. He runs in smiling each morning, and it's a joy to see how safe, happy, and confident he feels. The staff are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about each child. His keyworker in particular has built a strong, trusting bond with him, and we're so grateful
for their kindness and energy.
The food is another standout - varied, nutritious, and freshly prepared. Our son eats really well and has even become more adventurous with food at home thanks to the meals he enjoys at nursery.
The management team are incredibly supportive, compassionate, and always willing to help when we need it. Their professionalism and flexibility make such a difference.

My daughter spent 1.5 years at Bright Horizons Cambridge science park, she has been happy and engaged at all stages of the setting. Management are really good at communicating via email and the app, and very responsive when we've had questions. Feedback on her progress is personal and thoughtful and
always lovely to read. The only thing we would've liked to see more regularly is photos of what she gets up to, but she only attends 2 days a week so that might go some way to explain it.

Bright Horizons at Cambridge Science Park has been an exceptional nursery for our child. The staff are warm, passionate, and genuinely committed to every child's wellbeing and development. Our child especially enjoyed the nursery library, where children can borrow books - a brilliant way to encourage reading at home. Bright Horizons in Cambridge Science Park is a phenomenal nursery. A healthy mixture of play and learning which is stimulated by passionate staff working with the children. It is great to see that the teachers form bonds with the children and in turn the children feel safe and nurtured by the adults

The whole nursery experience is great with high quality food, age-appropriate activities, and catering to each child's specific needs.
One specific thing that our child has thoroughly enjoyed is the nursery library where children are allowed to borrow books at the end of the day.
At pickup a detailed handover is performed where the parent learns about the child's day and the activities performed. This allows further conversation and reflection about the child's experience.

All 3 of my daughters have attended bunny Brooke's nursery over several years. I have always been happy with the nursery. Staff are great. They are all very pleasant and kind to talk to, especially management staff. All rooms from baby to preschool are well equipped and always clean. The staff are
very good with distractions when the girls started at 9 months old and were upset to start with. They made it easy for me to pop over in my break times to breast feed. I will be very sad that my last daughter will graduate this year to start reception school. The nursery has been a big part of my life and I will miss coming in to drop a child off that I know will be looked after safely and have lots of fun for the day. The hrs are excellent. It really works well with my job hrs and love how they are open during school holiday weeks. I will always recommend Bunny Brooke's to anyone who needs nursery care.

We are so happy with our experience at Bunnybrookes Nursery. Our child absolutely loves attending and has built a special bond with the staff, especially her key persons, whom she talks about with so much joy at home. It's been amazing to see how much she has grown in confidence and independence since
starting.
The team were incredibly supportive and patient. Now, she looks forward to going every time and comes home excited to share everything she's done and learned.
We've noticed such a big improvement in her communication, social skills, and even her ability to follow routines and instructions. It's lovely to hear her talk about her friends, the songs she's learned, and all the fun she has during the day.

It is the third year my daughter attending the nursery and I cannot describe how happy we are with everything. The personnel is amazing and very stable, the food menus are always through through, and there are many learning and fun activities organised all the time. I would definitely recommend this

What I love about the nursery is the family, community feeling and how warm and welcoming everyone is. Our children have thrived under their care and I feel very confident in sending
my daughter to school in September based on the confidence and education she has received while at the nursery.

My son attended Bright Horizons Eddington from October 2023 to October 2024. When my son joined, I had a newborn and he was abruptly uprooted from his old nursery (which closed unexpectedly). The staff, especially the manager, made sure my son felt safe and supported. Even at short notice, management
was willing to answer my questions. Their communication is nothing short of exemplary. My son's speech therapist also visited Eddington to observe his social interactions. The staff incorporated her suggestions and kept a record of his progress. My son's paediatric dietitian also gave specific meal plans which Eddington was able to follow. His key worker implemented the Occupational Therapist's strategies to overcome potty training resistance. Eddington has truly been my village to raise my child! In November 2024, he attended the Perse School assessment process. The fact he could attend an 1.5 hours assessment and succeeded in getting a spot is testament to this amazing place.

My daughter began attending nursery at 9 months after I accepted a role at a local hospital. While she did cry a few times during my initial departures, she quickly adapted and now seems to happily ignore my goodbyes. It's clear that she is really enjoying her time there! The staff are wonderful, always
greeting the children with positivity, and I have found the other parents to be just as lovely. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and love it!

Exceptional Nursery with Outstanding Staff
Both my daughter and son attend Bright Horizons Long Road Nursery, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and professional, always creating a warm and welcoming environment for both children and parents.

of the biggest advantages is the nursery's convenient location next to my workplace, making drop-offs and pick-ups much easier. I have experience with other nurseries, but none compare to the care and quality at Long Road Nursery. The team truly treats us like family, and I can see how much my children are progressing and thriving under their guidance.
The only challenge is that many parents work in nearby hospitals, which increases the likelihood of illnesses spreading among children. However, the management and staff handle this situation as best as possible, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
Overall, I highly recommend Bright Horizons Long Road Nursery!
