Excellent experience since July 2025. My child who is now 2 years old has learnt so much. As a doctor working stressful shifts, this nursery has calmed my mind and I felt that I can leave my child in a safe place with very nice staff and great learning opportunities. My son is bi-lingual and he has learnt so much since he joined. Thank you :))

Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and a management team that is always approachable and responsive. Knowing our children are so well cared for gives us great peace of mind. We would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

We moved to this nursery after having an unsatisfactory experience at another site. The staff here were so brilliant in helping my child settle in, and helped to make sure my husband and I were happy with our new choice in nursery. Now our child is thriving! They are constantly learning new things and socialising more with their peers. The staff is caring to the children and considerate to the parents. I could not recommend this nursery more!

I am very grateful for all staff from baby room especially from Maria which is my baby's key person. My baby is thriving here, learning so much and I feel that this nursery has all the tools needed for child development. I am happy overall from this past 7 months. All staff hear us as parents, our concerns , they are very helpful in every change and new step. My baby/toddler now is very happy so we are very happy as well.

We will always be grateful for the care, patience, and support they gave him during such an important stage of his life. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a truly caring and inspiring place for their child.

Staff welcome her with a smile every day. Sometimes she doesn't want to come home after being all day at the nursery! Manda the manager is a very dedicated professional, we can see that she loves what she does and is always very calm.

Great nursery. Great staff. We were so pleased we could get a spot here a year and a half ago when our daughter was 1 year old. The onboarding process was smooth and our daughter felt very welcomed and safe from the first day. She has grown so much in so many ways since she joined the nursery. She has really good fun, made good friends, learned how to behave socially. Staff is always helpful, honest and transparent and that is something we really appreciate and helped building trust. They are flexible and always willing to adapt to offer the child and the parent a good experience and a positive outcome. Thank you very much Bunybrooks.

This is a brilliant nursery with kind, caring staff. My daughter has loved going there, starting in the Baby 1 room and now in Baby 2. She is thriving in the fun, clean and engaging environment. The garden is a particularly fantastic space and I can't wait for her to try out the forest school. Management are engaged, friendly and supportive. Highly recommended.

The staff are warm, attentive and genuinely child centred. Communication is clear, safeguarding feels strong and the learning environment is calm, engaging and purposeful. Our daughter has flourished here, and we feel completely confident every day we drop her off. I recommend this nursery wholeheartedly.

Our child was bitten over 10 times whilst at this setting, and it felt like nothing was done about it. The space is not set up for sleeping and he often had very short very late naps. In the new setting he goes down at 12:30 every day. It often felt like the children were left to their own devices with little structure. The app was not updated regularly, and we received on average one or two images a month. Our child had accidents around once to twice a week requiring accident forms etc and has had none in the new nursery in a month.

When comparing this nursery to where we are now, it also felt overpriced given the number of issues we encountered. Ultimately, we had to withdraw our son due to their unwillingness to address our concerns, and even after we moved, they did not fully refund us. The entire experience was filled with frustration and unnecessary stress from start to finish !

The nursery is brilliant, and we feel that it has contributed significantly to our child's development and confidence, while supporting secure attachments. Our son started nursery at 24 months after a year with a private nanny. After a settling in period (which the staff were brilliant at, even offering us two weeks of settling in sessions free of charge to ensure he had a smooth transition), he quickly bonded with the caregivers and made his first friends. He has now gone from the toddlers room to early pre-school and finally the pre-school room.

We are amazed at the positive self-speak, manners, and conflict resolution that nursery has taught him. He is confident in meeting a new group of friends. It has also helped him largely move past picky eating or wanting e.g. screens as a distraction. We initiated potty training at home when we saw signs of readiness, and the nursery have been very supportive in getting him now fully independent.

They have boosted his school readiness.

The manager and the team at Bright Horizons are absolutely brilliant at making sure the Nursery is safe, fun and exciting. Our daughter loves going there every day, learning and socialising, all the staff are amazing and the food is great. The manager and the team are all super professional and friendly. I can't recommend them enough.

Management were very helpful, communicative and quick to respond to requests and resolve any issues.

I cannot thank all the staff enough... Bright Horizons CSP has been such a nurturing, safe and supportive environment for both of our children. I have always appreciated how attentive all the staff are, so communicative, warm and loving, we have really enjoyed hearing about what our daughter got up to every day. I love that staff are always coming up with new ways to inspire the children by designing new learning activities, fun games and even environments for calm and rest (I remember arriving at pick up and the entire nursery was softly lit by fairy lights and calm music - a personal favourite!) I can't express how reassuring it has been, for a family with two busy working parents, to know your children are in such good hands... Now our youngest is starting school and we will miss everyone at nursery so much! It really has felt like a family.

It really is a special place, and we're so grateful for the amazing start both of our kids have had here!

My daughter spent 1.5 years at Bright Horizons Cambridge science park, she has been happy and engaged at all stages of the setting. Management are really good at communicating via email and the app, and very responsive when we've had questions. Feedback on her progress is personal and thoughtful and always lovely to read. The only thing we would've liked to see more regularly is photos of what she gets up to, but she only attends 2 days a week so that might go some way to explain it.

Bright Horizons at Cambridge Science Park has been an exceptional nursery for our child. The staff are warm, passionate, and genuinely committed to every child's wellbeing and development. It's clear they form strong, caring bonds with the children, creating a safe and stimulating environment. There's a wonderful balance of play and learning, with engaging, age-appropriate activities each day. Our child especially enjoyed the nursery library, where children can borrow books - a brilliant way to encourage reading at home. The daily handovers are always detailed and thoughtful, helping us feel involved and informed. The food is nutritious and of excellent quality, and care is tailored to each child's needs. A special thank you to the nursery manager, has been incredibly kind, supportive, and approachable throughout. She always made things easier for us and handled everything with patience and understanding. We're truly grateful for the care and support our child received.
