Our child has been at Bright Horizons Woking for 9 months now and we are very happy with the experience. Perhaps more importantly, little one loves his time with the team. The nursery is well run, safe, and always friendly. The daily planned activities have really helped develop key skills in a fun
way and the staff always talk them through to help coordinate with what you are doing at home, which has made life much easier. Little one tends to sleeps well after a day with his friends at the nursery. When we started the team said that the garden areas were due a refresh and that has just been completed in time for the warm weather. Full marks!

We are over the moon about the love and attention that the Bright Horizons team have given our son since he joined - after helping make the transition into this nursery as easy and seamless as possible, the staff have gone out of their way to make him feel welcome, included and special, and it is an
absolute joy to see him thrive their everyday. It is wonderful to see how much he has grown & developed over his time here, particularly his writing and drawing, and everyday he is always so excited to tell us all about the activities they have been doing that day. Every day his teachers fill us in on their activities and what they've been up to, and the app is incredibly helpful, as well as giving peace of mind. We love this nursery and can highly recommend.

We have been so happy with Bright Horizons since our child started. Every staff member we have come into contact with at Bright Horizons has been friendly, caring, professional and supportive.


The activities the children take part in every day are inspired, varied and look like such a lot of fun.

There is a great chef, a varied and nutritious menu.


The staff were so supportive with helping our child get settled at the start. Our child clearly enjoys their time at nursery and has a great bond with the staff. They have made new friendships with other children in the class and we've got to know some other parents in the area.


I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Weybridge.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my son has received from his teacher, SEND coordinator, and the whole early years team since starting preschool. All members of staff have been kind, welcoming, and clearly committed to his progress and wellbeing.
My son has SEND and the team have gone above
and beyond making my son feel welcome and taking the time to understand his needs and put thoughtful, tailored support in place, ensuring he can take part in activities and learn safely and comfortably.
Communication from the preschool is excellent, consistent, and honest. They update me regularly and have included me in planning for next targets and goals, working together for his progress.
Thanks to their skill and dedication, my son has had a wonderful and positive start to his early years education. I wholeheartedly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a place for their child with or without SEND.

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons Farnham. The team are absolutely brilliant with my daughter and have made such a positive difference to her confidence and development. From the very beginning, they've created a warm, nurturing environment where she feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.

My daughter started in January 2025 when she was almost 13 months old and we was incredibly nervous as we had never left her with anyone before. It felt like such a big step but from the very beginning the staff made us feel completely at ease. They posted so many photos on the app and didn't care how
many times a day I rang to check in!
The staff are absolutely incredible. They clearly love what they do and it shows in the way they care for the children. My daughter is thriving, she has really grown in confidence and is doing so well.
I've built such lovely relationships with all of the team, including management. Everyone is so kind, approachable and supportive and I really trust them with my daughter.
Honestly could not recommend them enough!!

We couldn't be happier with the nursery. Our little girl absolutely loves going, which says everything. The staff are so welcoming, caring and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. They create such a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.
We're
really impressed with the variety and quality of the food menu. It's healthy, balanced and offers a great range of options.
The team do a fantastic job of following her routine, which has really helped her settle in and feel secure. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed about her day and progress.
There are plenty of creative and messy activities which she absolutely loves. The garden is a great size and gives the children lots of space to explore and burn off energy.

We chose to send our baby to Bright Horizons Woking, not because it was the closest or most convenient for us, but because we were so impressed by the staff, the environment and the homeliness of the baby room when we visited. I was lucky enough to enjoy 6 weeks of weekly themed play sessions (for free)
before commiting to sending our son here - and this helped immensely in getting to know staff and their approach to learning. Our son has been attending for 4 months now and he is absolutely thriving - the range of skills he's developing through play is brilliant, the food made by Ben is excellent, and we especially love the updates and photos recieved via the app. We know our precious little one is in safe hands and is very happy here, and it truly feels like those looking after him really care about him, his development and wellbeing. Thank you to all who have cared for him thus far - you're all wonderful.

The Bright Horizons staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure both of my children's needs have been met, from transitioning to school from pre-school and from baby to toddler. Both of my children have thrived in the setting and have built fantastic relationships with the staff. The team are

My daughter has been at this nursery from age 1 year. She is now 2.5 years. She really enjoys going to nursery and is very fond of the staff team! From the management to the core staff in her room and others. She has a great bond with them and talks about them at home. Her development is coming along
really nicely and we highly recommend this nursery for the strong staff team and care they give! They show such patience and kindness towards O and she loves all the fun, exciting things she gets to do whilst in the care of this nursery! They go on walks to the park and library and I love that she gets to enjoy this with her friends. She eats really well mostly and they even support her in potty training! Definitely can recommend this nursery as one of the best!

Our family absolutely love Bright Horizons Weybridge! The staff are fantastic - caring, warm, and truly committed to ensuring every child thrives. My daughter recently moved up to an older room and the degree of care and attention given to ensuring she settled into her new enviornment smoothly and happily
was really impressive. The management team are also excellent - communication with parents is great, their clear dedictation to the nursery shines through in every interaction, and the strong relationships they build with both children and carers makes us feel very confident in the quality and consistency of support the children receive. My daughter is so happy at this nursery and its been a pleasure to see her grow in confidence, language and social development during her time there. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Both of my kids are/have attending/ed this nursery, and I can't speak highly enough of the care they've received.
From the beginning, the team have been warm, attentive, and invested in my children. They have taken the time to understand their personalities and that shows in how settled and happy my
children have been. Communication has always been clear and thoughtful, and I have felt informed and reassured about their wellbeing and development.
A real strength of this nursery is the low staff turnover. Seeing the same familiar faces day after day makes a huge difference. It builds trust, consistency, and a strong sense of community, which is incredibly reassuring as a parent and so important for young children.
The environment is calm, nurturing, and well run, and it is clear the team takes pride in what they do. Choosing childcare is a big decision, and you won't go wrong with this one. I feel lucky that this is possibly the most consistent and stable one in the area.

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons in Weybridge. Our son loves it there, and we're consistently impressed with the quality of care and education he receives, and the community we've built through his friends and their families.
The staff are fantastic. Every day, they provide engaging activities
like shape matching, painting, and even making 'snow,' which help our son learn and grow. The team has a strong bond with him, and the incredibly low turnover of staff at the nursery has facilitated this.
The food is a major highlight. The chef prepares healthy, high-quality meals that often inspire us to cook similar dishes at home.
Our son has made great friends at nursery, and we've formed friendships with their families. The nursery's proximity to a park is another bonus, as it allows for frequent trips outside and the opportunity for our son to play with his friends after nursery.
Overall, Bright Horizons has been an exceptional find for us!

Knowing that our son is supported, understood and genuinely cared for every day at Bright Horizons gives us complete peace of mind as parents.


Our son has been at Bright Horizons Weybridge since eight months old. Having just turned 3, he's recently left Eagles and moved into pre school.


His

time in Eagles with Lucy in particular was transformative - from a baby just learning to climb stairs to a confident, curious, kind little boy. Lucy's warmth, patience and guidance helped him flourish, and he has grown so much in confidence and independence. We specifically appreciate Lucy's incredible ability to see each child's potential and gently guide them to flourish - our son being testament to that.


Since moving to Pre School with Lauren in January, he has continued to thrive, full of curiosity and energy. We are so grateful to the whole team for encouraging his growth and giving him such a strong, happy foundation.


We cannot recommend Bright Horizons highly enough.

Since starting back in May, my daughter's immediate bond with the team has been such a joy to watch. She feels safe, celebrated and seen. She often role plays at home, being her favourite teachers - every time brining a smile to our faces. Recently I spoke with the team to see about having a 'parents
evening' as our daughter is starting school this year; although this wasn't a meeting that BH currently offered, they were more than happy to implement it. It was engaging, personal and a real objective oversight and into our daughters day to day life. Thank you again to the team for looking after our little lady so well!!
