We started our son at the nursery when he was just 4 and a half months old, part-time, and I was naturally very anxious about him being so young. From the very beginning, the staff were incredible. They kept me regularly updated and reassured, which made such a difference in those early days.


He settled

so well in the baby room and was always happy and excited to see the girls there. Moving up into the next room, he had the exact same positive experience. Now, he loves seeing all the staff and his little friends, which is so reassuring as a parent because I know he feels safe and comfortable.


Since increasing his days, he has absolutely flourished. It's so clear how much he enjoys being there, and that makes me feel really happy and confident in our choice. The staff are always warm, caring, and genuinely seem to love every child they look after.


We couldn't ask for a better environment for him.

Really impressed with how welcoming the team has been towards my son. My son has additional needs and I feel well supported from everyone in settling him in and getting to know him and making adaptations for him. He is really coming on and so proud of how he has settled.

We joined the nursery in February and had a great introduction from both management and staff. They were happy to answer all the questions we had and also took the time to learn as much as they could about our daughter, her routine, and her preferences. It immediately felt welcoming and reassuring,
which made the transition much easier for us.


The staff are friendly and you can really tell they care about nurturing the children and helping them develop. We particularly love that each child has a plan for further development, which shows a thoughtful and personalised approach. The location is lovely, with plenty of toys and activities, and there's also a nice outdoor space for the children to enjoy. The nursery also has great security measures, which gives us real comfort knowing our daughter is safe while she's there.


The mobile app is fantastic too, with regular updates on meals, naps, and photos from activities.

Our time at Bright Horizons Leatherhead has been incredible.


From day one, it's felt like joining a family, not just a nursery. Suzi, Lorraine, Harry, Chloe and the whole team go above and beyond, creating a safe, happy environment where children truly thrive.


What stood out most is their patience

and support during key stages like potty training and tricky toddler phases. Suzi and Harry & the nursery team supported us so thoughtfully, using sticker charts, aligning approaches between nursery and home, and helping our son feel secure and understood.


They've played such an important role in his emotional development, helping him regulate feelings and express himself with confidence.


Lorraine & Suzi always brings so much warmth and care. We feel incredibly lucky to have found them and couldn't recommend this nursery more highly, so much so that we are also sending our daughter to the nursery too!

Our little girl absolutely loves going to nursery at Woking Bright Horizons. All the staff are so caring, the staff in her room are consistent and have developed strong relationships with our daughter, she runs to them each morning now. The management team are really involved and know every child in
the nursery on a personal level. The nursery is friendly, calm, and clean. Our daughter's language, social skills and physical ability have all noticeably improved and been supported by the nursery as she reaches each milestone. We could not recommend the nursery more!

Finding a nursery that feels like home isn't easy, but we found it here. The members of staff are so caring and attentive-it truly feels like having our 'village' supporting us. Our experience with the nursery has been absolutely wonderful. Our eldest started in January 2024, and seeing how happy, confident, and excited she became about going each day made the decision to enrol our youngest in January 2025 an easy one.
From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly
warm, caring, and attentive. They truly take the time to get to know each child as an individual, supporting their personalities, interests, and development. It's so reassuring as a parent to know your children are in an environment where they feel safe, valued, and genuinely cared for.
We've loved seeing how much our eldest has grown since starting - socially, emotionally, and in her learning. They've helped and supported us with her fussy eating and now she's trying a huge variety of food which is incredible.
Communication with us has also been excellent. We're always kept informed about what the children are doing, how they're progressing, and any little moments from their day.

Our child has been at Bright Horizons Woking for 9 months now and we are very happy with the experience. Perhaps more importantly, little one loves his time with the team. The nursery is well run, safe, and always friendly. The daily planned activities have really helped develop key skills in a fun
way and the staff always talk them through to help coordinate with what you are doing at home, which has made life much easier. Little one tends to sleeps well after a day with his friends at the nursery. When we started the team said that the garden areas were due a refresh and that has just been completed in time for the warm weather. Full marks!

We are very impressed with Bright Horizons Guildford Egerton Road. The staff are all so friendly, caring and work hard to understand the needs of each child. Our daughter loves going in, eager to chat to everyone and spend time with her friends. The staff have helped her find her interests and play

We are over the moon about the love and attention that the Bright Horizons team have given our son since he joined - after helping make the transition into this nursery as easy and seamless as possible, the staff have gone out of their way to make him feel welcome, included and special, and it is an
absolute joy to see him thrive their everyday. It is wonderful to see how much he has grown & developed over his time here, particularly his writing and drawing, and everyday he is always so excited to tell us all about the activities they have been doing that day. Every day his teachers fill us in on their activities and what they've been up to, and the app is incredibly helpful, as well as giving peace of mind. We love this nursery and can highly recommend.

We have been so happy with Bright Horizons since our child started. Every staff member we have come into contact with at Bright Horizons has been friendly, caring, professional and supportive.


The activities the children take part in every day are inspired, varied and look like such a lot of fun.

There is a great chef, a varied and nutritious menu.


The staff were so supportive with helping our child get settled at the start. Our child clearly enjoys their time at nursery and has a great bond with the staff. They have made new friendships with other children in the class and we've got to know some other parents in the area.


I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Weybridge.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my son has received from his teacher, SEND coordinator, and the whole early years team since starting preschool. All members of staff have been kind, welcoming, and clearly committed to his progress and wellbeing.
My son has SEND and the team have gone above
and beyond making my son feel welcome and taking the time to understand his needs and put thoughtful, tailored support in place, ensuring he can take part in activities and learn safely and comfortably.
Communication from the preschool is excellent, consistent, and honest. They update me regularly and have included me in planning for next targets and goals, working together for his progress.
Thanks to their skill and dedication, my son has had a wonderful and positive start to his early years education. I wholeheartedly recommend this preschool to any family looking for a place for their child with or without SEND.

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons Farnham. The team are absolutely brilliant with my daughter and have made such a positive difference to her confidence and development. From the very beginning, they've created a warm, nurturing environment where she feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.
The
staff are kind, patient, and genuinely caring - they really take the time to understand her as an individual and support her interests. Communication with parents is excellent, and it's so reassuring to receive regular updates and see how much fun she's having each day.
