We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizon. From day one the teachers made our daughter feel safe and welcomed. She genuinely enjoys her time there, she talks about her classmates, the activities, and her teachers all the time. The team does a great job creating a nurturing environment where kids can learn, play, and make friends. Thank you for all the care and effort you put in every day!

Staffing regularly changes which can be difficult for both parents and the child attending to keep getting used to new people. My child always seems happy and content when being picked up and always has a great day.

My little boy has been with Bright Horizons Haslemere since I returned to work in June 2025, he had a tough start not settling easily and his key workers were amazing at reassuring him and giving lots of cuddles which was the only way to calm him. Since then he has slowly transitioned into being more confident and I truly believe this is because of the care and attention his key workers show him. Alongside this he has some medical issues and the nursery are always ready to make adaptations where requested and will ensure he is well looked after in this respect.

We have been so happy with Bright Horizons Reigate since our little one joined in January. The staff have shown such kindness and have been amazing at making sure our son feels comfortable and happy. The management team and teaching staff are all dedicated to their roles and ensure that the children are all cared for and loved. It's the ultimate blessing when you can have peace of mind that your child will be safe and cared for when you drop them off.

My son really enjoys coming to pre-school. The environment is welcoming & outdoor facilities are amazing for them to explore. The staff display genuine care & interest in him. Thanks to everyone involved. It's a great comfort leaving our son here.

My daughter is always so happy to go into the nursery setting and always talks about who she is going to see on the way to nursery mentioning Lorraine, Suzi, Louise and Lauren by name. She also always talks about all her friends at the nursery when she gets there. All the staff there are always so happy to see her and she's greeted with a smile every morning. When she gets home from nursery she is always talking about the activities she has taken part in as well as the forest garden area and the garden which she loves visiting.

My daughter has a wonderful experience on the days she attends nursery at Bright Horizons nursery. It is a nurturing, caring environment with well planned activities as well as free flow activities too. We have been more than happy with her development and she looks forwards to going in always with a big smile on her face.

Our son has been here for nearly two years and we've always been happy with the nursery. He enjoys it and the staff are helpful. Management is also very good and have been flexible at various times with our changing nursery needs, which has been much appreciated. We'd like if they'd be more consistent uploading photos/details of the day into the app each day, but we know they've got a lot going on! The meals are wonderful and our son always eats everything.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons Dorking for over 2 years and it has been a brilliant nursery for her. The rooms and resources are well maintained and regularly updated, the staff are exceptional, with low turnover, and you can see how they are given lots of progression opportunities as a number of the staff we've known have had promotions in the last 2 years. My daughter has formed affectionate relationships with a number of the staff and I've always been impressed by how they genuinely care for her and the wider family (e.g. asking about other life events etc). Really responsive to any feedback, very professional, good communication systems in place, great food menu for the kids, and constant drive to improve too! I would recommend without reservation!

My daughter started the nursery in April and everyone has been so lovely and making her feel settled and confident in the new environment. It's fantastic how all the staff get familiar with all the kids names and they are always very upbeat and positive. My daughter's key worker is absolutely fantastic and we are so pleased with how she is getting on.

My son has been at Bright Horizons Dorking since January 2026 and I could not recommend any better nursery. I feel comfortable leaving him there and knowing he is going to be well looked after. I can tell he had a great time and comes home tired after a fun day. I also love how he's really bonded with his key person.

The professional management team and longevity of staff give us reassurance and confidence. Our son is happy and confident and is developing fast due to the highly experienced and caring staff, and the excellent facilities.

Our son attended Teddies Woking for 9 months, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff is incredibly nice, professional, and excellent at providing daily updates on activities, food, and milestones. We've seen such wonderful development in his language and social skills during his time here. We are so thankful to the whole team for making his preschool experience so positive!

Our son has been at this nursery for one year now. He loves it. The staff are friendly and everyone knows each other. We chose this nursery because of the amazing outdoor space! We also love the chickens and guinea pigs. Our son loves the bike track as well. Very satisfied!
