Our son attended Teddies Woking for 9 months, and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff is incredibly nice, professional, and excellent at providing daily updates on activities, food, and milestones. We've seen such wonderful development in his language and social skills during his time here. We are so thankful to the whole team for making his preschool experience so positive!

Our son has been at this nursery for one year now. He loves it. The staff are friendly and everyone knows each other. We chose this nursery because of the amazing outdoor space! We also love the chickens and guinea pigs. Our son loves the bike track as well. Very satisfied!

Teddies Woking has been brilliant for our Son, who has attended from baby care, through to little learners and now preschool. The staff really care about the children in their care and want the best for them. They are also very approachable if you have any questions or concerns, or need any support. We always get a handover at the end of each day our son attends. The garden space is brilliant and well used by all age groups. They also have plenty of other activities to do such as water play, sand, drawing, a book corner and lots more! Our son mostly enjoys the food provided, he certainly tries more new foods than he would at home which is great. The app is regularly updated with our son's progress and Teddies are always quick to communicate important messages, and reply to any queries you might have. I would thoroughly recommend Teddies to any prospective parent!

Our daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Leatherhead from a young age and our eldest son joined when it first opened. The management is fantastic and has completely transformed the nursery from when my son first started. They provide strong leadership, consistency and nurture the children. The staff who care for my daughter are kind, considerate and funny and a significant part of her life. I leave her in their care without a second thought as she's always happy stimulated and wants to stay until close. Not only do they care for my daughter but they also take the time to get to know us as a family. She is being supported to prepare for school this year but it is a sad thought that she and us will be leaving such a fun loving stable environment.

My husband and I would definitely recommend to other families looking for a supportive and professional nursery.

My son used to go to this nursery before he started big school and he loved it! Our 2 year daughter just joined recently and she has settled very well. The staff are always patient and caring with her.She now looks forwards to attending and I have seen a massive change in her development thanks to the interactions from the nursery :)

I have sent my 3 children to this nursery, starting at 10 months until reception and would recommend. The nursery grows brilliantly with the children at every stage and the transition between rooms is handled thoughtfully. The nursery itself is bright, clean and full of engaging activities and resources. They recently revamped the garden space which has become a real highlight for the children's exploration and creativity. We are also very impressed with how the nursery prepares the children for the next stage, as our eldest gets ready for Reception we can really see the focus on independence, confidence, friendship and school readiness. The nursery has a wonderful community feel, my children have made friends for life but so have I. A lot of the children go to the same primary which helps with the transition for both kids and parents. This nursery lives up to it's great expectation at the school and in the community. I would definitely recommend.

Our son has absolutely thrived at the Bright Horizons Leatherhead nursery - we couldn't be happier. The staff are attentive and caring, and they always give a thorough handover and they've even taken on board the preferences we have communicated. We have also been happy with the clarity of policies and announcements from the management team, and their genuine care for our whole family not only the child who is in their nursery! This has been a wonderfully engaging and supportive setting for our son, who loves the staff, the activities and the food. He has made great friends there and we are so pleased to see that the staff are happy to help the children to use the garden and the forest school and not be put off by the weather! Our son has definitely benefited from being around the adults and children in this setting - he has grown in confidence. We have also benefited from the empathy of staff, the great advice when we have asked questions, and the Bright Horizons webinars too.

All 3 of my children have & currently do attend bright horizons Leatherhead and I could not be happier. From the nurturing settling in sessions they receive, to preparing them for school, BH is amazing! Staff go above & beyond for the children and I particularly love how a day can take any direction depending on the children's interests. The daily pictures & app updates are very informative & lovely to receive. We are always greeted with a smile and welcomed as a whole family..the free coffee service station is a brilliant & thoughtful addition too! We have attended many lovely BH events including the Christmas fair and a wonderful Mother's Day afternoon tea. My children talk so fondly about their friends & teachers here; they feel safe, settled, secure, happy & content, as well as being given the confidence to thrive. The leadership is fantastic, which filters to all staff - overall BH is just a wonderful community to be a part of!

We feel great about our child attending Bright Horizons Dorking and are very satisfied with the staff and team. Our child seems very happy and the nursery did a great job helping settle our family into the nursery setting.

As grandmother of two children at nursery - a four year old and a two year old - I only pick up/drop off intermittently but have always found all the staff to be very helpful, caring, friendly and efficient. The nursery is bright, cheerful and clean - a lovely environment for the children to spend their days. Both children run in happily which is great. A lovely nursery!

Honestly, it's a good wholesome nursery. Great team. Lots of other lovely kids.

Our son has been at Bright Horizons Haslemere since March 2025 (he just turned 2) when we moved house. Our son struggled with settling for quite a while post house move and injury leave but the staff have been so supportive and helpful throughout with amazing communication and updates on the app. They have been so supportive throughout our son's time there, encouraging him to get involved and emotionally supporting him and us. The play facilities and activities are always varied and engaging (especially for a 3yo boy with a short attention span!). The food menu is always varied seasonally and our son eats more foods at nursery than he does at home! The outdoor spaces are amazing and they are used as much as possible throughout the year. The transition from Toddler room to Pre-school room was seamless, we were worried about re-settling, but because the rooms merge in the garden and some play he didn't notice the change! The hours are also great for working parents! Definitely recommend!

We have been using his nursery for 18 months now and cannot praise the staff enough. They are caring and attentive and have help ensure my son has grown and developed during his time there. The outside space means he gets lots time to explore as well as more structured learning. He also particularly enjoys the daily dance sessions!

My little girl has been at Bright Horizons for 3years and honestly she still loves it there. The staff are great with supporting her and preparing for reception and I couldn't thank them enough for keeping my girl Happy.

The only difference to nurseries around my home is the food options, this being said I would rather pay a little less and ensure my daughter is cared for highly over a variety of food.
