The staff at Bright Horizons Chigwell have been absolutely superb in helping my son settle in to the nursery after moving from a previous nursery setting. They provided lots of support, fun and knowledge to make the transition very smooth! The key workers have gone above and beyond to reassure us as
parents that our son will be well looked after and encouraged to continue to develop his full potential. The nursery manager and deputy manager are very approachable, the office has a complete open door policy to say "hello!" or ask 101 questions! Cannot recommend this nursery enough!

Lovely nursery, all the staff are really friendly, supportive and caring
My son settled in well and really enjoys his days here and all the activities they provide for him, especially the amount of time spent outdoors including the opportunity for forest school.

The nursery has been like a second home to our son. Not just day care but a place where he has found best friends, caring and attentive staff and a safe environment for him to learn and play. We couldn't recommend it enough.

Great nursery and great staff, always keeps us updated with any information needed. My daughter has come on a long way since being there and she really enjoys going. It's a struggle to get her home some days.

Fabulous nursery. The staff are all so lovely and I'm so impressed by the food menu. My now 6 year old who graduated over a year ago still talks about how good the food was! I think they strike a good balance with stretching the development and nurturing the children.

10/10 experience. The staff are absolutely lovely-friendly, supportive, and genuinely caring. My child is thriving here, which says everything. It's a safe, nurturing environment with excellent, balanced meals and loads of fun, themed activities celebrating different events. The forest school is a huge
bonus.
Overall, an outstanding nursery that I'd highly recommend to any parent.

Both of my daughters have attended this nursery since they were 1 y/o, and we've had a truly fantastic experience. My eldest started in 2022, and my youngest joined in 2024. As we now say goodbye, I want to express how grateful we are for the care and support our girls received. The staff are warm,
attentive and genuinely nuturing. We always felt informed with open and friendly communication. If you're looking for a nursery where your child will be truly seen, supported and loved, this is the place.

My children have been at this nursery for a year and a half now and I'm very satisfied with the nursery. The staff are caring and supportive, and my children are very happy there. The activities they do are amazing and different every day, which keeps things fun and engaging. The rooms and outdoor space
are also adorable and well set up for the children. On the rare occasion when I've had a concern, the manager, has always been very approachable and quick to find a solution. It really gives me peace of mind knowing that any issues are dealt with efficiently and thoughtfully.

My son loves going to Teddies. He runs in and hardly ever looks back. He has been thriving, which as parents makes us so happy. He has some medical issues and the staff have been fantastic with him and always learning about his condition.
We always recommend the nursery whenever anyone asks on local

I feel incredibly lucky to have had my children attend this nursery. From day one the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Every one of the ladies who looked after my children were kind and nurturing. They really got to know my children and developed incredibly special bonds with them both. The
energy of this nursery is warm and welcoming. Both children never had any issues going in, even during settles, they settled in very quickly. It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were happy there. Communication was always honest and open and you can tell they genuinely care for the children in their setting. They would encourage parents to tell them what the children were enjoying at home so they could tailor the activities to what the children enjoyed! I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for somewhere lovely to have their children properly looked after!

What can I say the team over at Loughton are just great! My son has completely flourished into a confident little boy thanks to all the staff at bright horizons Loughton. They have been a great help to support my son in certain areas and the outcome is remarkable to say the least. They even make me
feel at ease when I worry about how his day has been always given me insights of what he has done and got up to. They have definitely helped massively and given me confidence so I would definitely recommend this nursery.
The nursery is super clean, lovely outdoor space which my son adores! Friendly and helpful staff that always go the extra mile for my son.

Bright Horizons Poppetts Day Nursery

We have a daughter in the pre-school room (Jumping Beans) and a son in the baby room (Peapods) at Poppetts and are very happy with the level of care that they receive. Our daughter has been at the nursery since December 2021 and although there has been a change of management in that time, the high standards
that we've come to expect from the nursery haven't changed. She has developed into an adventurous, enthusiastic and happy girl and that is down, in a large part, to the fantastic staff and facilities at Poppetts. She enjoys going to nursery and has made strong friendships with other children in her class. The outside space is great, as is the nature time that the nursery provides. In every room the staff are dedicated, supportive and caring and our daughter's allergies are well considered by the kitchen team. Our son started in January this year, and the transition has been smooth. We know that he is well looked after and supported by the attentive staff in the Peapods room.

Bright Horizons Epping Day Nursery and Preschool

I couldn't recommend Bright Horizons in Epping more highly. The team at the nursery make it the happiest, kindest and most joyful and relaxed place for little ones to develop. My son joined at 10 months and has had a wonderful experience. The team take the time to do amazing sensory, educational and
craft activities every day, as well as taking them to the garden and even into the forest. My son has developed so well during his time there, especially his verbal and social skills. The environment is always light, bright and clean, and he especially loves all the meals and snacks. The app is brilliant for seeing what he's up to each day. I can't thank the whole fantastic team enough - especially two staff members who my son adores!
