Both of my daughters have attended this nursery since they were 1 y/o, and we've had a truly fantastic experience. My eldest started in 2022, and my youngest joined in 2024. As we now say goodbye, I want to express how grateful we are for the care and support our girls received. The staff are warm,
attentive and genuinely nuturing. We always felt informed with open and friendly communication. If you're looking for a nursery where your child will be truly seen, supported and loved, this is the place.

My children have been at this nursery for a year and a half now and I'm very satisfied with the nursery. The staff are caring and supportive, and my children are very happy there. The activities they do are amazing and different every day, which keeps things fun and engaging. The rooms and outdoor space
are also adorable and well set up for the children. On the rare occasion when I've had a concern, the manager, has always been very approachable and quick to find a solution. It really gives me peace of mind knowing that any issues are dealt with efficiently and thoughtfully.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had my children attend this nursery. From day one the staff have been nothing short of amazing. Every one of the ladies who looked after my children were kind and nurturing. They really got to know my children and developed incredibly special bonds with them both. The
energy of this nursery is warm and welcoming. Both children never had any issues going in, even during settles, they settled in very quickly. It gave me such peace of mind knowing they were happy there. Communication was always honest and open and you can tell they genuinely care for the children in their setting. They would encourage parents to tell them what the children were enjoying at home so they could tailor the activities to what the children enjoyed! I would absolutely recommend this nursery to anyone who is looking for somewhere lovely to have their children properly looked after!

Fab nursery; set my eldest up brilliantly for primary school and am now seeing my youngest growing into another confident, happy child having started as a baby. What can I say the team over at Loughton are just great! My son has completely flourished into a confident little boy thanks to all the staff at bright horizons Loughton. They have been a great help to support my son in certain areas and the outcome is remarkable to say the least. They even make me
feel at ease when I worry about how his day has been always given me insights of what he has done and got up to. They have definitely helped massively and given me confidence so I would definitely recommend this nursery.

We have a daughter in the pre-school room (Jumping Beans) and a son in the baby room (Peapods) at Poppetts and are very happy with the level of care that they receive. Our daughter has been at the nursery since December 2021 and although there has been a change of management in that time, the high standards
that we've come to expect from the nursery haven't changed. She has developed into an adventurous, enthusiastic and happy girl and that is down, in a large part, to the fantastic staff and facilities at Poppetts. She enjoys going to nursery and has made strong friendships with other children in her class. The outside space is great, as is the nature time that the nursery provides. In every room the staff are dedicated, supportive and caring and our daughter's allergies are well considered by the kitchen team. Our son started in January this year, and the transition has been smooth. We know that he is well looked after and supported by the attentive staff in the Peapods room.

I couldn't recommend Bright Horizons in Epping more highly. The team at the nursery make it the happiest, kindest and most joyful and relaxed place for little ones to develop. My son joined at 10 months and has had a wonderful experience. The team take the time to do amazing sensory, educational and
craft activities every day, as well as taking them to the garden and even into the forest. My son has developed so well during his time there, especially his verbal and social skills. The environment is always light, bright and clean, and he especially loves all the meals and snacks. The app is brilliant for seeing what he's up to each day. My child started Bright Horizons in January 2025 and has settled in so well. The staff are always so lovely and friendly, and I am comfortable dropping them off in the morning knowing they are in safe hands. They seem to have fun and enjoy their time there everyday, and has built a really good bond
with their key worker and buddy which is always comforting and lovely to know.
The food is healthy and varied, the activities seem varied everyday and I've always been kept in the loop with they have had an accident, not feeling well or something else.
I would have no hesitations in sending my child there and being looked after by the team at Bright Horizons.

Our child is in the baby room at Poppetts (Pea Pods) and I can honestly say the girls working in there are fantastic. Our son loves coming to nursery, gets excited, and will happily go to the girls working in there. He also loves seeing all members of staff, and everyone makes the effort to interact
with him!

I am pleased with the nursery and the care my son receives there. I have been very happy with the progress he has made, and it's wonderful to see that he has formed friendships with other children.
I would especially like to express my appreciation for the teachers, particularly two members of staff,

who have been fantastic in supporting and nurturing him. Their dedication and kindness have made a significant difference in his experience.
However, I have noticed that my son falls ill quite frequently, and I am concerned that certain environmental factors might be contributing to this. I have observed that the external door is often left open, even when children are inside without their jackets. This could be making them more susceptible to illness. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed to ensure a more comfortable and healthy environment.

Our experience with Bright Horizons Chelmsford Nursery has been nothing short of amazing! From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we felt welcomed and reassured by the warm and attentive staff. The team is incredibly caring, always ensuring that each child feels safe, happy, and engaged in a nurturing
environment.
The activities are well thought out, encouraging both learning and creativity, and we have noticed so much progress in our daughter's confidence and social skills since she started attending. The communication from the nursery is excellent, keeping us informed about her daily experiences and any updates.
It's truly a relief knowing that she is in such capable hands, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. I highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a loving and supportive setting for their little ones!
