My daughter has recently potty trained, and the support from nursery has been superb. This has been a big change and challenge for her, but the staff have shown nothing but kindness and encouragement. She has been treated with dignity and respect, and given so much encouragement.

We had a great time at our daughters 'spring time' stay and play in the two's room. It was wonderful to see how excited she was to show us around the room, running from station to station. The staff were amazing as always and it is clear to see our daughter has built up a genuine relationship with all of her care givers. It's wonderful to see how much she enjoys her nursery days with her peers and the staff at Firs Class Nursery.

We couldn't be happier with the decision to send our son to this nursery. The staff are amazing! Such a knowledgeable, kind team who make it stress and worry free leaving your child for the day.

Both our boys attend 44 St Swithin Street, one in babies and one in pre-school. All the staff are fantastic, extremely professional and great with all the children. The staff are constantly coming up with new and engaging activities and our boys both thoroughly enjoy their days at nursery.

Our daughter has attended the Baby Room at 44 St Swithin St for the past 8 months and she has absolutely thrived there. The staff are fantastic and our daughter has a brilliant bond with her keyworker and the rest of the team. The daily activities for the children are varied, with lots of time outside, in the community and doing themed play-based activities that are targeted for the stages of their development. The app is a great source of updates, with lots of photos every day, regular updates on naps, meals and play. They also regularly offer parents the chance to attend "stay and play" sessions and do virtual parent partnership updates. The staff are extremely approachable and always keen to discuss our daughter's interests - we also regularly receive detailed updates on our daughter's learning journey through her key worker's updates on the app. We really appreciate the time and effort it must take to provide such personalised updates. We are so happy with our experience overall.

Treehouse nursery has been the most perfect setting for our 2 boys. Both have been since 9 months old and instantly settled into the babies room. The warm & nurturing nature of all the staff helped them to have no problem attending. Our older boy has progressed up the rooms and created a great bond with both staff & kids. Would highly recommend Treehouse nursery to anyone. The outside areas are so fab our boys love exploring all the areas & activities put on. A big thank you to all!

Archie has had a wonderful start to Treehouse nursery the staff have been very welcoming and helped make settling easy. Staff give very thorough updates at pick up and on the app. Any concerns I have had are always answered and mind put at ease. This is my second child to come to Treehouse and both experiences have been amazing! Staff in all rooms & management are very approachable & caring.

From day 1 we have felt such a positive atmosphere at this nursery. The team are always welcoming and friendly. Our daughter is excited to see everybody and is always happy to go in. The app updates are nice to get throughout the day and we love the photo updates. Thank you to the whole team!

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our two boys get at Treehouse. All of the staff are kind, approachable, nurturing and fun! Our boys love coming to nursery and often speak of the experiences they've had. Our eldest absolutely loves going swimming and to his dance class! It's been wonderful to see their progress and how well the staff know them.

Staff are excellent & the facilities especially outdoors are very good. Both my daughters love going to nursery and have developed close relationships with the staff and made friends with the other children.

A lovely nursery, that is extremely child-centred and nurturing. Our little one had a great transition plan which contributed to her feeling secure and settled. Pixie enjoys the activities, sensory trays and the garden. Overall its a great nursery, good communication and ensure parents feel comfortable in discussing any areas of care and consideration.

All staff are so friendly & welcoming staff go the extra mile to ensure your child is happy & their needs are met. Very satisfied.

Excellent nursery with a bunch of friendly staff. My son always loves going to nursery and enjoys the variety of activities he gets to do while at nursery. The meal choices they have is great as well. Staff are always ready to assist with any queries I have and provided the best support possible throughout my son's learning journey.

I cannot fault the nursery, we love it! Wonderfully kind & caring staff who make a real effort to know & understand not only your children but their family too. A massive selling point for us is the outdoor spaces which are brilliant & a real highlight for our outdoor loving boys. Would highly recommend the nursery to all.

Mine and my kids have had an absolutely amazing experience with Treehouse. My kids have bonded with every one of your staff that they love coming here every day. Everyone here are amazing at their job and a real credit to Bright Horizons.

Our child loves the Treehouse nursery. The genuine care shown is fantastic and all staff share a strong bond with our daughter. The mix of activities and learning and use of the outdoor space is fantastic. The food is excellent and it is sometimes difficult to get our daughter to leave as she has so much fun.

My daughter has been with Bright Horizons (Treehouse) since she was a baby. She is currently in the '2's' room. We cannot express how much she enjoys her time at nursery. The staff are wonderful, so attentive and caring. The activities that they come up with are really creative and I love seeing how engaged my daughter is with them in photos. From management to Martin the chef, everyone at Treehouse really deserves huge praise for the wonderful nursery environment they have created! We have been delighted with our experience with Bright Horizons treehouse nursery so far! The management and staff are approachable and delightful people, they all really seem to care. The building and garden facilities are great. We really enjoy the app used for updates & communication. Communication overall is good and the app updates give us a view into all the fun activities our son is getting to do/learn about.

They have been great at dealing with our son's allergies, he still has a lovely varied diet while he is there. They also really take the child's comfort into consideration before moving between rooms.

Our son has come on leaps and bounds since he joined and he seems to absolutely love it there. Would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.
