We have had such a wonderful experience. Our little boy has just started nursery and finds drop off hard. The support from the staff has been so reassuring. He has so many wonderful experiences provided, and I feel he is in the best place for his development.

Rosa seems to be settling in well at nursery and has showns lots of development in her short time here and likes the staff. The app is also great to have regular updates throughout the week/day.

Always a welcoming atmosphere. I love how each room has a large garden. The food menus are amazing, lots of healthy choices. Staff members in the baby room and preschool are all trusting, caring and friendly.

We have been at First Class since my son was 1, and through the baby, two's and preschool rooms, we cannot fault the service. The staff genuinely care for the children, and it shows. The facilities are great and ever improving, communication is great, and they genuinely care for your child. We would always recommend First Class Nursery to anyone looking for quality childcare.

My son has flourished during his time at First Class. Over the years, the facilities have really improved with the extension and extra safety measures; therefore, it's now an excellent nursery. But, most importantly, the team working at First Class are superb. We will really miss them. Can't thank them enough.

First class is absolutely fantastic! All the staff are caring, nurturing, fun + kind. My family and I cannot recommend First Class Nursery highly enough. Both of my children attended the nursery and had a very positive experience. The staff are so attentive in every room, and the management is effective and responsive. My children have learned so much at First Class, academically and emotionally. We cannot thank the team at First Class enough for their hard work since my eldest joined the nursery in 2020.

My daughter has recently potty trained, and the support from nursery has been superb. This has been a big change and challenge for her, but the staff have shown nothing but kindness and encouragement. She has been treated with dignity and respect, and given so much encouragement.

We had a great time at our daughters 'spring time' stay and play in the two's room. It was wonderful to see how excited she was to show us around the room, running from station to station. The staff were amazing as always and it is clear to see our daughter has built up a genuine relationship with all of her care givers. It's wonderful to see how much she enjoys her nursery days with her peers and the staff at Firs Class Nursery.

We couldn't be happier with the decision to send our son to this nursery. The staff are amazing! Such a knowledgeable, kind team who make it stress and worry free leaving your child for the day.

Both our boys attend 44 St Swithin Street, one in babies and one in pre-school. All the staff are fantastic, extremely professional and great with all the children. The staff are constantly coming up with new and engaging activities and our boys both thoroughly enjoy their days at nursery.

Our daughter has attended the Baby Room at 44 St Swithin St for the past 8 months and she has absolutely thrived there. The staff are fantastic and our daughter has a brilliant bond with her keyworker and the rest of the team. The daily activities for the children are varied, with lots of time outside, in the community and doing themed play-based activities that are targeted for the stages of their development. The app is a great source of updates, with lots of photos every day, regular updates on naps, meals and play. They also regularly offer parents the chance to attend "stay and play" sessions and do virtual parent partnership updates. The staff are extremely approachable and always keen to discuss our daughter's interests - we also regularly receive detailed updates on our daughter's learning journey through her key worker's updates on the app. We really appreciate the time and effort it must take to provide such personalised updates. We are so happy with our experience overall.

Treehouse nursery has been the most perfect setting for our 2 boys. Both have been since 9 months old and instantly settled into the babies room. The warm & nurturing nature of all the staff helped them to have no problem attending. Our older boy has progressed up the rooms and created a great bond with both staff & kids. Would highly recommend Treehouse nursery to anyone. The outside areas are so fab our boys love exploring all the areas & activities put on. A big thank you to all!
