Our daughter has been at Spitalfields since she was 11 months old, she's three now and has thrived in that time. It's a supportive and nurturing environment - she loves it and we're incredibly grateful for the care each member of staff provides.

Our son is almost a year and a half, has been at Spitalfields about 6 months now and absolutely loves it. Dropping him off in the morning used to be a worry but he runs off happily without looking back! We also love the regular picture updates of the babies out and about
The staff are very caring
and look after him well. The head office have also been very accommodating when I've asked for some flexibility on dates / pick up times. All in all highly recommended

We had a great time at our daughters 'spring time' stay and play in the two's room. It was wonderful to see how excited she was to show us around the room, running from station to station. The staff were amazing as always and it is clear to see our daughter has built up a genuine relationship with all
of her care givers. It's wonderful to see how much she enjoys her nursery days with her peers and the staff at Firs Class Nursery.

My daughter (13 months) started her nursery settles in February. I have found the nursery to be excellent so far and staff to be friendly and helpful.
Compared to other nurseries in the area they offered 8-9 settle sessions which I feel really helped make the transition easier.
They have fantastic
access to outside space, directly accessible from each room which again I didn't
easily find in other nurseries. My daughter really loves playing outside and they get to do a wide range of play including sensory play.
The nursery have really robust allergy protocols and a good menu.
The app is really useful to see real time updates about my daughter's day for sleep, food and nappies. We really love seeing photos when they are uploaded to the app (consent was requested).
The key worker system is lovely.
Highly recommend this nursery. Attend an open day to see the range of play and learning that is offered in a child-led setting.

We're very happy with this nursery. The staff are kind, caring and very supportive to the children. My daughter really enjoys going every day and has grown in confidence since starting here.

Our daughter has attended BH Chineham since she turned one, through to Pre-School, where she is now. Leaving your child for the first time is never easy, but the settling-in days and wonderful staff made the transition much easier for both us and our daughter. They helped us feel confident she was in
a safe, caring and welcoming environment.
The purpose-built building is bright and spacious, and as children move through the nursery they experience new environments and opportunities to learn and grow.
Since those early weeks, our daughter has loved nursery. She now tells us how much she enjoys it and often runs to the door excited to see her many "best friends".
The team at BH have played a huge role in her development, helping her grow in confidence while supporting her communication and learning. We are always kept well informed about her progress.
As she prepares to start school this September, the nursery has been very supportive in helping us prepare her for this next step.

This is a brilliant nursery, I definitely recommend.
The staff are all friendly and professional.
Both of my babies attend this nursery, they have grown confident learning through play and making new friends.
The nursery adapts to dietary needs, having a selection of different healthy foods that
both of my babies enjoy.
They both settled in very well and I can see that they are both happy at the end of the day when I collect them.
It is reassuring to be replaced by a nursery that can care for my babies as I do.

Our son has been in baby room since October 2025.
Our experience with the nursery have excelled what we expected. The equipment and facilities are fantastic and the meals are varied and nutritional, in fact our son eats more varied meals here than at home!
The staff are incredible - friendly, happy
and genuinely care for the children.
We have seen our son develop leaps and bounds since starting - he is walking, and his speech has really come on.
We have felt 100% safe and comfortable since day 1.

Our child has been at Bright Horizons Woking for 9 months now and we are very happy with the experience. Perhaps more importantly, little one loves his time with the team. The nursery is well run, safe, and always friendly. The daily planned activities have really helped develop key skills in a fun
way and the staff always talk them through to help coordinate with what you are doing at home, which has made life much easier. Little one tends to sleeps well after a day with his friends at the nursery. When we started the team said that the garden areas were due a refresh and that has just been completed in time for the warm weather. Full marks!

the day team in the room are friendly and approachable. Usually, on arrival you get a good quick overview to supplement the data on the app. We enjoy looking at the daily pictures to get a overview of what our child and peers have been up to with the room practitioners.
There is usually a good variety
of activities on offer as well as outdoor play and excursions
The management team are always approachable and everyone clearly knows all the children and engage with them around the building.

My daughter joined the nursery in January after a few great weeks of settling-in sessions. The team in Baby Room 2 instantly put me at ease and made both my daughter and me feel comfortable from the very beginning.
Her transition to nursery has been much easier than I ever expected. In such a short
space of time, she has built strong relationships with her key staff members and absolutely loves her time there.
Since starting nursery, her confidence has grown massively and she is much happier in group settings.
The meals provided are great and are always enjoyed by my daughter, which has helped her experience and try a wider range of foods.
A special mention to the Baby Room 2 team and Megan from management, who is always on hand to help and support.

Absolutely brilliant all round! The activities for book week were fantastic and Archie loves his nursery because of all the fun and varied activites. A special mention to his key worker Mia who is beyond fantastic. Archies speech - table manners and overallt development has come on leaps and bounds
and I put a large part of this down to the nursery. Keep up the good work.

After moving my son from another nursery where he had become very anxious about attending, we decided to try Bright Horizons. From the very first visit, the team was incredibly welcoming, supportive and understanding.
The environment immediately stood out to us - especially the beautiful outdoor garden
and green space where the children can explore and play freely.
During the settling period, the manager quickly noticed that we were struggling and suggested an approach that made a huge difference for my son. Within just a few days of following her advice, he went from being scared of nursery to happily walking in and enjoying his time there, which meant the world to us as parents.
The staff are exceptionally caring, calm and attentive. It's clear they genuinely love and nurture the children, treating them with kindness and patience every day. Thanks to their support, we are also starting our second baby here and I feel so much more relaxed. Wonderful team!
