Day Nurseries Owned by Bright Horizons Family Solutions Ltd in Leicestershire

We can't thank Bright Horizons Hinckley enough for helping our daughter settle into the nursery. The settling in process is excellent and has been great for us all to get use to nursery life. She has developed extremely well within there care and you can see the progress she is making. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She also gets a variety of different healthy foods which she loves and gives us great ideas for at home.

I cannot rave enough about the nursery and the staff. Both of my children have been so happy and left for school with a great foundation and life skills to setup for school life. The structure and support with flexibility and agility to cater to individual needs has been exceptional. The staff are absolutely amazing and so caring, I trust them completely with the development and welfare of my children. 100% recommend this nursery.

We have used Bright Horizons for the last 7 years, for our older daughter and our son, who has just graduated. Every staff member that we have spoken to over the years has been amazing. Everyone cares about each individual child, their needs, interests and emotional wellbeing. We will genuinely miss coming here each day. It is a fab place to bring your child.

From starting at nursery at 10 months old to finishing at 4 years old I cannot thank the staff enough for all their support and care. Navigating changes in rooms, days and hours attending nursery everyone has been wonderful. I really want to thank all the staff in pre-school for getting his confidence up and getting him ready for school. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons to anyone and already signed up baby number 2 to attend.

Very well planned graduation. Love the set-up and all the keepsake presents for the kids. So so thoughtful and I'm sure it took a lot of time to put this together. No complaints just praises for Bright Horizons and the leadership. Our son has had the most brilliant and beautiful start.

My child has been attending Bright Horizons Hinckley since he was 11 months old he is now nearly 36 months. He settled in really well into the nursery setting with the help of the staff. The settling in sessions prior to starting and moving rooms are frequent. My son's development has really improved! The meals are nutritious. Activities they do throughout the day are always different no day is the same for him! He has built great friendships within his room and really good bonds with the staff. I'm glad I sent my son to this nursery it really puts me at ease knowing he's safe and enjoys going!

Our children genuinely love attending nursery and are always happy and excited to go in. The menu also looks fantastic with lots of fruit and vegetables incorporated!

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. From the first day, the team have made me feel completely comfortable and confident as a Mum - something every parent hopes for but doesn't always find. The care, kindness and genuine love they show to my son is truly incredible. The staff go above and beyond every day, and the time they have all taken to get to know my son, understand his personality, his needs and routine, is so reassuring. Knowing my son is not only safe, but happy, nurtured and encouraged to grow has given me total peace of mind. I am so grateful to have found this nursery. They are more than just childcare providers - they genuinely feel like an extenxion of our family. I cannot thank them enough.

The nursery staff are quite simply amazing in the baby room. Our little boy has struggled with the transition into nursery and they have been so caring and patient. The Bright Horizons app is wonderful and helps us know how he is doing through the day and is often updated with pictures and videos which reassure us constantly. We always get comprehensive handovers at the end of the day too. Can not reccomend Bright Horizons enough!

My little one has been with the nursery for a little over one month now. I couldn't be happier with how supportive and encouraging they have been with both me and my daughter during this settling-in period. I have been so grateful for the care they have shown my daughter and how they have eased us both into the nursery experience. I was so impressed with their settling-in policy of building up sessions towards her start date. All free of charge and done to help my daughter feel safe and secure within her new environment. My husband and I are always appreciative for the updates we receive throughout the day, which helps us feel involved and up to date with how she has been throughout the day. The weekly development updates show how seriously they take your child's development regardless of their age. I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a positive, happy, caring and professional place to send their little ones.

Our daughter is always excited to attend nursery. The staff are always friendly and creative - thinking of new ways to help our daughter. Our daughter has formed a strong bond with everyone. We are very happy with our chosen nursery.

In summary, we are truly happy with our choice and cannot recommend it enough!

Our son has grown so much in the year and a half he has been at Bright Horizons. His speech has come on no end and his friendship groups are fantastic. I would/will send all my future children here.

Brilliant nursery that looks after my daughter very well. Her confidence has grown so much since being at Bright Horizons and she tells me all about her friends. I get updates now on how my daughter is doing every week and am happy to raise any concerns i have which is very few.
