My daughter was premature so I was a little nervous about sending her to nursery at a year old, I just wasn't sure it was the right time.I have had the best experience here, two ladies in particular looked after her in the baby room, they could see I was nervous and would message to say she settled well once I dropped her off. Also, my daughter couldn't wait to see them each time I dropped her off, one thing I appreciate the most was the beautiful photos and updates they send, it really makes me smile knowing she's looked after.she's now moved into the toddler room, still still waves at the ladies from the baby room but her eyes are now on another incredible lady. This particular staff member always supports my daughter with her physio and keeps me well informed. Thank you for all you do! We're so glad we sent our daughter here xx

My child's key worker has been nothing but incredible with my child. My child cannot wait to see her and instantly puts her hands out when she is being dropped off. Hannah lets us know exactly how our child's day has been. She also gives us plenty of advice and tips for our child's development that we can help with at home. This is very helpful. We also get photos which always brightens up my day.

Staff really care for the children and develop nurturing relationships. My son has a strong relationship with his key worker and it is clear he feels safe at nursery and able to enjoy his time there. The feedback given to parents is thorough and time is given for great communication. Parents are always kept up to date with what their child has been up to and enjoyed that day. Bright Horizons North Baddesley is a superb nursery. Our daughter has thrived here since starting in September 2023. The baby room staff were outstanding and this has continued into toddlers, alongside the management team, and all other staff including catering! We can't recommend it enough.

Our son has been attending North Baddelsey Bright Horizons for just over 13 months now. When we were looking and visiting nurseries in the build up to his arrival we were just so impressed with the welcome and lovely atmosphere we experienced during our visit. As we both work and my other half wanted to continue her career, we were always going to need a nursery from when he turned 4 months old. He’s been attending now 2 days a week since Oct 2022 and will move to 3 days a week this April. Whilst there may well be “cheaper” options, they do not stack up to the care, attention to his individual development, daily feedback and genuine love from his key person we would receive at other nurseries. The whole 13 months have been superb and our son loves going to nursery. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. When we meet with friends with children of similar ages, the difference in development, especially socially is defined.

We cannot recommend Bright Horizons North Baddesley highly enough. We moved our 2-year-old son here last September after a bad experience with another nursery. Bright Horizons could not have been more professional yet friendly if they had tried. The parent and key worker relationship has been outstanding, as have their efforts to help settle our son as quickly as possible. Our son is extremely happy here and loves going to nursery. The reports of his progress are beautifully written, with time, care and attention to detail from the staff obvious to see. The staff in particular within the Toddler room is outstanding, she spends a lot of time talking about our son's day at pick up and it really feels like she genuinely cares and has such a passion for her job role which is so lovely to see. We will miss her now our son is transitioning into the Nursery room but have no doubt the same bonds will be formed here. It feels like a family! We couldn’t be happier we chose Bright Horizons North Baddesley.
