The management team, Rachel, Jessica and Abbie, are absolute professionals, so kind and just superb. And a special shout out to Halimeh, Tracey, Na'Queena and Sukaina for all the love they've shown my son. We're completely heartbroken to leave! I can't thank the staff enough. I would recommend sending your child here.

Having our daughter at Bright Horizons Regents Park has been one of the best decisions for our family. My husband and I know our little girl is in excellent hands, and she has the best time with the incredible team in Baby Room 1 who are warm, extremely experienced, and invested in the development...
A small note: the team handled the heat waves really well with the children, but it would be great if BH worked on a solution to get proper AC in the building for the summer months.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We're delighted to hear how happy your daughter is and how much she enjoys her time with us. We really appreciate your kind words about the team and your helpful feedback too.

I couldn't be happier with the nursery - great communication, open 51 weeks out of the year, professional. My son is very happy and has made friends there, he's not even 2. He's growing very well, the staff there is amazing and dedicated. Some of the staff has been there for 10+ years, which is a...

This nursery is my daughter's home away from home. The entire staff are kind, caring, fun and nurturing. My 2 year old daughter is often running into the room with excitement when we get there in the morning and I can work at my job confidently knowing she is in good care.

He's really enjoyed his first days - especially discovering all the new toys! The staff are amazing and very attentive, making us feel completely at ease. I also really appreciate the chef's freshly prepared lunches with different veggies each day, and the convenient digital app where I can chat with his carers and see updates about his naps and meals. Overall, we're really happy and looking forward to the journey ahead

My daughter has been attending this nursery for about 9 months, she's settled in really well and has bonded well with her peers and practitioners. My daughter engages in lots of fun new activities which has helped her massively in her confidence and sensory development, we are so proud to see her doing well and the credit really goes to the team who go above and beyond. Her needs are taken very well care of by her key worker, my daughter mentions her name at home with excitement, I've had no issues from since she has started. It is also nice to see familiar faces for the last 9 months of my daughter started. The management team have been amazing from the start and very warming to approach. I would highly recommend this nursery.

BH Regent's Park have looked after our daughter on and off for 2 years and we have been really impressed by the kindness and quality of care of the nursery. They are accommodating and thoughtful and we immensely appreciate how well they have looked after our very lively little one. (Especially their very tasty kiddy loving breakfasts that many preschools don't offer). The deputy head (a lovely French lady) has always been diligent and kind with our questions and requests and clearly knows her stuff, staff and nursery exceptionally well!!! Overall a wonderful nursery that we are grateful to utilise!

My daughter started to go to Bright Horizons when she was 1 year old. So she started in the baby room which is a lovely space to grow in, with lots of space, lots of activities that help development, big windows, and an outdoor space just for the babies. The staff has always been amazing, very nice, patient, always giving lots of feedback on how the day has been for the baby/toddler whether it's in person or on the Bright Horizons app. The rooms are clean and the toilet for toddlers too. My daughter is now in the toddler room (2 years+) which is as nice as the baby room. They organise great daily activities which are essential for the child's development. Highly recommend this nursery! I just wish they would go to the playground in Regents park more often as it is just next to the nursery and my understanding was that they would do regular trips there with the kids. :)
Thank you so much for your lovely and detailed review! We're delighted to hear how much your daughter has thrived across both rooms. We appreciate your feedback about Bright Horizons Regents Park, our team will certainly take this on board as we continue to plan enriching experiences for the children. Thank you again for your kind words and recommendation!
Our experience from year 1 to graduation from preschool was excellent. The team, including management, is outstanding and food served always received highest praise by our boy. All in, a nursery to recommend.

Our daughter has been in Bright Horizons Regents Park Day Nursery and Preschool for a long time and for us, preschool is and extension of home. The team and management are brilliant with the kids and working with individual strengths and weaknesses whilst pushing the kids in the right direction. Our daughter has a thirst for knowledge, she will come home and discuss with great confidence and care the amount of activities (what was done) she has participated in (which is all of them). Our daughter can be shy at times but her confidence has come up leaps and bounds, she has definitely been given the best start pre-reception. I would especially like to thank management and all the team, they go beyond to support both parents and kids.
Thank you for your kind words! We're delighted to hear that Bright Horizons Regents Park feels like a second home for your daughter. It's great to know that our team's support has boosted her confidence and love for learning.

In general, the nursery has been great, the main staff that have stayed, especially one staff member have made our experience what it is! Another staff member always goes above and beyond, she's basically been the manager/ running things for as long as I can remember. Also, the other staff have also been great.
Thank you for your review! We're delighted to hear about your positive experience with Bright Horizons Regents Park. We're especially glad our dedicated staff members have made such a significant impact.

Bright Horizons Regents Park is a wonderful nursery and I feel lucky to have had the choice to sign up our daughter there. Initially, we started with 3 days a week, as she was just over 1 year old, we wanted to give her enough time to adapt, but with the tremendous support of both the brilliant staff and management team, we quickly scheduled her for 5 days (full-time). Over the past year, she learned so much, built new friends, became more independent. Thank you to the team at Bright Horizons Regents Park for your remarkable care!
Hello, we're thrilled to have played a role in your daughter's growth and happiness at Bright Horizons Regents Park. Thank you for entrusting us with her care and for your kind words!
Our child has been attending this nursery since he was 14 months old. He is now 3 years old and I can only say positive things about the nursery. The staff are all top. Friendly, dedicated and full of ideas for games and learning. They all have their hearts in the right place and educate the...
The only thing I’d wish for: no street shoes inside. Also, I’d improve the ratio of male and female carers but I do understand that it is still hard to find for early years education.

Rachel is delighted to be joining the team at Bright Horizons Regent’s Park. She has been working at Bright Horizons for nearly three years, having started her journey as an Early Years Teacher and progressed into a Nursery Manager role.
Her academic background includes a Primary Teaching degree from the University of Edinburgh, which led to her Qualified Teacher Status. Most recently, she completed her CACHE Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator in the Early Years. Her passion for supporting children in the early years with their learning and development has been reflected in the nurturing and safe environments she creates—spaces where all children can develop and flourish, and where collaboration with parents and families is central to her practice.
She looks forward to welcoming you to her nursery.
