The staff are incredible - so warm, kind, and genuinely caring. They really take the time to give him one-to-one attention, which has made such a positive impact on his development. We've seen his confidence grow so much, and it's been wonderful to watch.
Most importantly, he has the best time there and always comes home happy, which says everything. The whole team are brilliant, and the nursery has such a welcoming, nurturing atmosphere.

My son has been going to this nursery for 8 months now and loves it! He has bonded really well with his key worker, he sleeps and eats well there, and they do lovely actitvities. The app is fantastic and lets you know what your child has been up to during the day. All the staff are lovely. Would highly recommend!

We started our son at the nursery when he was just 4 and a half months old, part-time, and I was naturally very anxious about him being so young. From the very beginning, the staff were incredible. They kept me regularly updated and reassured, which made such a difference in those early days.
He settled so well in the baby room and was always happy and excited to see the girls there. Moving up into the next room, he had the exact same positive experience. Now, he loves seeing all the staff and his little friends, which is so reassuring as a parent because I know he feels safe and comfortable.
Since increasing his days, he has absolutely flourished. It's so clear how much he enjoys being there, and that makes me feel really happy and confident in our choice. The staff are always warm, caring, and genuinely seem to love every child they look after.

Bright Horizons is a very welcoming and friendly nursery where my daughter just loves to come. She has recently moved up a classroom and the staff made the transition easy and comfortable for her. I love the daily updates on the app so I can see what she has been up to and the communication from staff is great. Bright Horizons Westchester House have been so supportive and accommodating in settling my children in and adapting to their needs over the time. Tracy has been working in nurseries for over 20 years across various settings, ensuring that her nurseries operate to the highest standards.
Her passion lies in seeing children thrive in a nurturing and stimulating environment. She is dedicated to supporting parents, providing them with all the information and support they need from their first personal tour at the nursery, and fostering a strong partnership between parents and the nursery from the very beginning. When in the nursery rooms, Tracy loves sharing her passion for reading books and music and enjoys teaching preschoolers new songs and rhymes.
Tracy has two grown-up children, and in her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching musicals.
Since graduating from university in 2015 with a BA (Hons) in Primary Education specialising in Physical Education, Vanessa has dedicated her career to Early Years education. She began her journey at Westchester House Nursery in 2018 and has progressed through various roles, including Room Leader, Senior, Third in Charge, and currently, Deputy Manager.
She is deeply passionate about providing high-quality childcare and nurturing every child in their setting. Her dedication to early childhood education is fueled by the joy of watching children grow and supporting them on their educational journey.
Her primary goal is to give all children the best possible start in life by creating a creative, nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment. At Westchester, the team works tirelessly to achieve this, collaborating closely with parents to understand how best to support each child’s growth and help them reach their full potential.
