Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Preschool

An amazing nursery with the most caring and supportive team - we couldn't be happier! We feel so fortunate to have our little one here. The staff are approachable, warm and truly supportive. The baby room team were wonderful in helping him settle, and we've seen such lovely progress since. We love the thoughtful updates and photos each day, and even the kitchen staff greeted him by name early on - a small gesture that meant so much. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a nurturing and happy environment!

Our youngest started in January 25 and has had the best start. We braced ourself for a rocky start but have had the exact opposite. She looks forward to going and gets excited as soon as she sees the door. The baby room staff are just amazing. Our daughter has the most amazing bond with her key worker, if she sees her at the front door she wants to be carried up to the room by her not us! The range of activities and experiences they offer is great and seems to have got even better over the years. We can't thank the staff enough for supporting not only our children but also us as parents through the transition of starting nursery.

My child loves attending Bright Horizons at Fair Oak; I am more than confident that my child will be fully prepared for school in the future due to the efforts that this nursery goes to.

I'm so pleased we started him at BH so young, we are absolutely certain that being in such a nurturing and sociable environment from a young age has made him a gregarious and adaptable little boy, and helped him to enjoy new situations and new people without getting anxious. I'd recommend BH to anyone, particularly the wonderful baby team!

Really happy with the progress our child is making at the nursery. The staff are always very helpful and kind. We feel very confident that our child is happy while at nursery and we have no concerns about their care while they are there. Our child seems to love attending nursery.

The team in the babies room were amazing and my little boy has developed so much thanks to their help! Amazing job! They are always welcoming and giving advice and the little one has made real connections with them making the whole process easier.

Both my children love going to nursery at a right Horizons Fair Oak. Our son just recently left baby room where he was so happy. The staff really were amazing settling him into nursery life. The team were always so warm, kind and very informative about how the day had been. He has transitioned into toddlers really well and having a great time. My daughter is in pre school room too and loving it!

The nursery is brilliant, staff are friendly, very helpful and give great reports. My child is very happy at this nursery and so are we as parents. We've never had any issues and so pleased with all that our son has achieved here. Thank you all.

His key worker is amazing, as are all the staff across the nursery. He experiences different things each day and the updates we get via the app are so gratefully received!

My son (and indeed my daughter) have attended since they were 11 months old and as my son headed off this morning for his last day before heading off to start Primary school soon I have been reflecting on what an incredible nursery we have been fortunate enough to send our children to. Both children have utterly loved their time there. From day one to this final day I only have positive words to say about Bright Horizons Fair Oak and the incredible team there. Despite having only just turned 4 as an August baby my son is so well equipped to start school with confidence due to the amazing care and activities he has had in the lead up.

My daughter is very happy here, thanks to the care of the nursery staff.

The management of the nursery is also outstanding. I'm sure they have their challenges at times but you would not know this as they maintain a caring and professional environment at all times. Our children absolutely love it there!

As a new mother, I was very apprehensive about leaving my son at a nursery however Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Preschool has made all my worries vanish! They have such amazing staff that take such care of my son. They've been very patient with him whilst he was learning to settle into a new environment without his mummy and daddy being there, he's now settled so well and he continues to be the happy boy he always is whilst at nursery and we know this is all thanks to the staff at Bright Horizons. We honestly couldn't have picked a better nursery.

The staff are professional and just so lovely - we feel safe with our baby being in their hands.

The staff are absolutely amazing and excellent at communicating what my child gets up to when she goes. I love the posts with photos showing this. My child loves going and interacting with the other children. It also gives her the opportunity to make her own circle of friends who aren't her big sisters.

Friendly staff and always helpful with our child. My child enjoys being here and has learnt a lot in his time and enjoys being outside and has become better socially. He is enjoying coming to pre-school.

My daughter is always excited to go to nursery, she enjoys her time so much. My daughter is incredibly supported by all her nursery workers and her speech and her learning has come on so much. I am confident that sending my daughter to nursery has given her the best start in life and I am so grateful for the support and love the nursery gives my daughter and to me. Overall, I am extremely happy with the services that the preschool provides. My daughter absolutely loves going to preschool, there is a wide variety of activities offered within the setting which are both fun and educational. My daughter’s personal development has been fantastic, and I have been amazed at her progress since starting at the preschool. All the staff are very approachable, friendly and helpful and I am always given an extensive handover when I pick my daughter up. Lots of information is also uploaded onto the preschool’s online portal. I would highly recommend the preschool to all family and friends.
