Situated in a spacious purpose-built setting, the nursery offers a wide range of activities suitable for children ranging from 3 months to 5 years of age. Conveniently located near Winchester Road (B3354), it is an ideal choice for parents working in the area or commuting. All the practitioners are trained in First Aid and the nursery has specialist SEND staff for children with special educational needs. Additionally, a Family app is in place to keep parents updated throughout your child's day.
Within the nursery, each of the four rooms provides ample space for children to develop motor skills, coordination and engage in academic pursuits. There are also extracurricular activities, such as indoor physical activities like yoga.
The Fair Oak nursery boasts separate, soft gardens for both babies and toddlers, ensuring their safety during outdoor play. Older children have free access to a large outdoor space with room for bikes, plenty of play equipment and even a vegetable patch. An enriching Ready for School programme gives every child the opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence to thrive in school and beyond.
Children at this nursery early anticipate frequent excursions on the nursery's minibus. These outings include activities like picking their own pumpkins, visits to the library, the local garden centre, and Marwell, making them an integral part of the nursery's regular routine.
They are excited to be part of your child’s journey. Book your personal tour today.

An amazing nursery with the most caring and supportive team - we couldn't be happier! We feel so fortunate to have our little one here. The staff are approachable, warm and truly supportive. The baby room team were wonderful in helping him settle, and we've seen such lovely progress since. We love the thoughtful updates and photos each day, and even the kitchen staff greeted him by name early on - a small gesture that meant so much. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a nurturing and happy environment!
Thank you for your lovely feedback. We're delighted your little one has settled so well at Bright Horizons Fair Oak and that you've seen such wonderful progress supported by the whole team.
We have two children currently at Bright Horizons Fair Oak. Our eldest took a while to settle - however this was due to his personality not the nursery. The staff at the nursery went over and above exploring a huge range of techniques and unique programmes to help in settle and he is absolutely...
Our youngest started in January 25 and has had the best start. We braced ourself for a rocky start but have had the exact opposite. She looks forward to going and gets excited as soon as she sees the door. The baby room staff are just amazing. Our daughter has the most amazing bond with her key worker, if she sees her at the front door she wants to be carried up to the room by her not us! The range of activities and experiences they offer is great and seems to have got even better over the years. We can't thank the staff enough for supporting not only our children but also us as parents through the transition of starting nursery.
Thank you for your heartfelt review. We're so glad both children are thriving and that you've felt truly supported throughout their nursery journey.
The staff in the baby room, and across the entire nursery, are lovely people and clearly care so much about the children. The children...
My child loves attending Bright Horizons at Fair Oak; I am more than confident that my child will be fully prepared for school in the future due to the efforts that this nursery goes to.
Thank you for your kind feedback. We're glad the settling-in sessions and ongoing support helped your return to work, and it's great to hear your child is thriving and enjoying their time at Fair Oak.
Bright Horizons have been incredible with our son and we are so grateful for everything they do. He started very young and they were so welcoming, understanding and accommodating of everything that came along with that, particularly with his weaning and trying new foods. He loves nursery so much...
I'm so pleased we started him at BH so young, we are absolutely certain that being in such a nurturing and sociable environment from a young age has made him a gregarious and adaptable little boy, and helped him to enjoy new situations and new people without getting anxious. I'd recommend BH to anyone, particularly the wonderful baby team!
Thank you for such detailed and thoughtful feedback. We're delighted to hear how well your son has settled and thrived with us. It's fantastic that the app, our approach to weaning and the support from the baby team have made such a positive impact. Thank you for your recommendation.
Really happy with the progress our child is making at the nursery. The staff are always very helpful and kind. We feel very confident that our child is happy while at nursery and we have no concerns about their care while they are there. Our child seems to love attending nursery.

Thank you for your five-star review and for sharing your positive feedback with us!
My son recently moved up from the toddler room to the next room and given his personality, we were worried he'd not like the change and cry at drop-off....
His key worker is amazing, as are all the staff across the nursery. He experiences different things each day and the updates we get via the app are so gratefully received!

My son (and indeed my daughter) have attended since they were 11 months old and as my son headed off this morning for his last day before heading off to start Primary school soon I have been reflecting on what an incredible nursery we have been fortunate enough to send our children to. Both children have utterly loved their time there. From day one to this final day I only have positive words to say about Bright Horizons Fair Oak and the incredible team there. Despite having only just turned 4 as an August baby my son is so well equipped to start school with confidence due to the amazing care and activities he has had in the lead up.

I couldn't possibly say a bad word about anyone or anything at this nursery. Every member of staff cares for your child and knows them by name, even if they have never been in their class. The children and their development and happiness are the most important...
The management of the nursery is also outstanding. I'm sure they have their challenges at times but you would not know this as they maintain a caring and professional environment at all times. Our children absolutely love it there!
Thank you for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to be considered the gold standard for nurseries. We're delighted your children love being here as much as we love having them! Thank you.

As a new mother, I was very apprehensive about leaving my son at a nursery however Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Preschool has made all my worries vanish! They have such amazing staff that take such care of my son. They've been very patient with him whilst he was learning to settle into a new environment without his mummy and daddy being there, he's now settled so well and he continues to be the happy boy he always is whilst at nursery and we know this is all thanks to the staff at Bright Horizons. We honestly couldn't have picked a better nursery.
Thank you for your five-star feedback and for sharing your experience with us.
Just the loveliest nursery. We started our baby in the middle of his separation anxiety phase and the staff were patient and so loving. He's now past this stage and just loving it so much - he is very happy going to nursery and we feel like he's come on so much in the short time he has been...
The staff are professional and just so lovely - we feel safe with our baby being in their hands.

My daughter absolutely loves going to preschool, there is a wide variety of activities offered within the setting which are both fun and educational. My daughter’s personal development has been fantastic, and I have been amazed at her progress since starting at the preschool. All the staff are very approachable, friendly and helpful and I am always given an extensive handover when I pick my daughter up. Lots of information is also uploaded onto the preschool’s online portal. I would highly recommend the preschool to all family and friends.
