The nursery has been great to all three of my children, from my eldest started in 2014, to my youngest currently attending. The staff have always gone out of their way to make me feel comfortable with my children's care, even when I need attention given to something specific! My children have always been happy at Busy Bees and the staff have made lots of effort to build relationships with the parents, as well as the kids. Also, my favourite thing about the facilities is the open-plan setting, which allows the kids to view the whole space and even learn from the older children. The garden is lovely and spacious too, giving them plenty of space to explore and play freely. I’d definitely recommend the nursery.

From day 1 my child felt at home in the nursery they are cared for in a great way every day she had a smile on her face and always had such fun. I would recommend the nursery to any family who are worried about leaving their child because this nursery looks after them brilliantly.

I couldn't be happier with Busy Bees, Heathrow! This is a fantastic nursery and I would highly recommend it to any other parent. We have always found the nursery to be a lovely, nurturing, fun and warm environment. The team are very professional and friendly and always keep me well informed of my daughter's progress. She attends full time, which works out cheaper than part time and has always loved going. There’s so much for her to play with and a big garden for her to run around, which she loves. I get good feedback from the staff about her day and the meals served look great. This nursery came recommended from a friend who was spot on. It has great transport links for me for work and lots of parking when my wife pick up. A great choice for anyone looking for good quality childcare in the area.

My son had the best time at Busy Bees over the past couple of years! The nursery is clean in a good location and the staff/management can’t do enough for you. It’s really reassuring and refreshing to deal with a business that is run so well and staff that really care and are always willing to go the extra mile. Bravo to Busy Bees!

Both my sons have attended here over the last 4 years from being babies to pre-schoolers, and I wouldn't have it any other way. They received so much care and attention from every member of the team. All parents receive daily feedback on activities/meals/naps, as well as regular parent evenings, where I'm always astounded by how much my children are doing. And the recent refresh of the premises is just lovely.

My eldest started school last September with a few other Busy Bees children and their abilities and levels of confidence definitely shone. My youngest is a fast learner and instead of being left to just play at nursery, his key worker at Busy Bees is now helping him with phonics, writing and basic sums at just 3 years old.

My children are polite, clever, fun, well rounded little boys, and as a full time working mum, I have to attribute some of these foundation skills to the care they have received at Busy Bees. Thank you to the manager and the team!

Nothing has changed in the last year and I fear that nothing will change forward and I feel sorry for those who accept the excuses offered by the manager as they choose to defend and ignore bad practices.
