Hi, I am Charlie Milner, the Centre Director here at Busy Bees Cricklewood. I have been working in childcare for 7 years now, and throughout that time, I have developed a real passion for supporting children in their early development. I am committed to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. I love working closely with families and my team to make sure we are providing the highest standard of care and education. Seeing children grow in confidence and curiosity is the most rewarding part of what I do. 

Hi, I’m Dora Stoupi, the Deputy Manager here at Busy Bees Cricklewood. I’m a qualified Early Years Teacher with a Master’s degree in Early Years Education from UCL’s Institute of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education. I’ve been working in Early Years education for over 10 years, and I’m passionate about creating a calm, caring, and inspiring environment where every child feels safe, happy, and ready to learn. I believe that when children’s wellbeing comes first, everything else follows naturally — curiosity, confidence, and a love for learning. I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with families and supporting my team to provide the very best start for every child.
