Busy Bees Sudbury Hill is a modern, newly refurbished nursery which provides an environment that is ideal for all areas of pre-school learning, while having been established with all required health, safety and security guidelines. They are rated as 5* food hygiene by local authority and convenience located 3 minutes walk from Sudbury Hill Tube station (Piccadilly Line) & 5 minutes drive from Westway Cross Retail Park.

Children enjoy a wide range of activities and play opportunities, including free play and carer-led initiatives, all designed to support key curriculum objectives.

A parent partnership is in place so that regular feedback and discussion can also enhance child development, while any specific dietary requirements children have are also incorporated into the service.

My daughter started the nursery in the baby room and now is going Into the pre school room The staff has always been friendly and polite.
She enjoys going and on return to home will express what's she has been up to.
The update system has really helped keep us upto date on the food and daily In

It is also nice when your sat at work and you get to see the observations come through .

I have been really happy with our experience at Sudbury Hill Busy Bees. Every member of staff has been friendly and clearly cares a great deal about every child in the setting. I feel that my child's safety and wellbeing is well looked after, and she has learned so much since joining. She's comfortable
with the staff, and loves going to "play with her friends". They have been supporting us with toilet training, and my child has been really successful with their positive approach! I would definitely recommend this nursery in the future.

Our daughter has been attending Busy Bees Nursery in Sudbury Hill for a few months now, she is 15 months. We couldn't be happier with our experience. She has accomplished so many milestones in such a short time, and we truly believe it's thanks to the incredible teachers who care for her and support
her learning every day. The staff go above and beyond to create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment, and it's clear they genuinely love what they do. Seeing our little one thrive and grow with their guidance has been amazing. We are so grateful for the positive impact they are making in her life. Highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and enriching place for their child!

We have no complaints with Busy Bees, Sudbury Hill. Such friendly staff, always there to help and answer a question. My little one enjoys going and has learned and developed a lot from being there with other kids and adults. The app is great to keep up to date with what they eat, sleep, nappy change
etc.

The review relates to the whole time since my child is attending this nursery. I was always content with how they look after my child and his development while at nursery. It is hard to trust someone to look after my child, but at nursery from day one, they made me feel good about leaving my child for
full sessions. My child is learning so much, every day coming home with something new learnt there. Very supportive and helpful with parents and giving information and updates about child development. I would recommend this nursery even after 20 years. Praise to all staff and all their hard work in difficult times. I must add, lately, I am getting updates with a message about what my child had for lunch and tea, which is important for us as parents to know. I do like the fact that food is fresh, cooked just before their meal and is worth every penny. Thank you.

My baby is currently in the baby room, he loves coming to nursery and has made special bonds with his keyworker, carers in the setting and the babies in his room. From coming to Busy Bees Sudbury Hill my little one has learnt a lot through the activities offered to him. Also, the staff team are lovely
and have made me and my little one feel welcome and that I can trust them with the care of my child. We're looking forward to moving to the next room to see what new adventures he comes across.

Overall I'm happy with the service and care provided for my daughter. However, I do have an issue with one particular member of staff who at the end of the day presents my daughter back to me half-dressed. I would appreciate it if she can be presented to me the same way she arrives in the morning. One
example is she was given to me with no shoes on, coat undone, and rushed out.

Sudbury Hill Busy Bees is an extremely friendly and well-organised nursery. Both our children have been going since babies to pre-school age, and have received excellent care and great feedback on their activities and development. Without a doubt, this has been such a brilliant start for my daughter. The staff were so supportive, helping my daughter to settle immediately last year. I have seen her grow leaps and bounds. She's now 3 and loves her school, her friends and her teachers. Overall, everyone is very accommodating and
flexible to help us working parents with our time when we had work issues. The nursery and staff are extremely warm and caring. Highly, highly recommend this nursery. You won't be disappointed.

Busy Bees is a place of safety and care where a child can grow confidently ready for big school!
My son has attended since he was 1 and he will be 4 next month.
Busy Bees teach not only the academic lessons but also life skills such as toilet training and eating a variety of healthy food which would
be a struggle at home. Busy Bees is definitely the nursery I recommend to my friends and family.

Having known about this nursery because my brother did attend, I didn't even look at any other nurseries. The nursery is warm and welcoming and makes you as a parent, carer, sister, brother or grandparent comfortable to leave your children there. As parents, we can be a little bit particular about somethings
we would like the nursery to comply with. Anytime I have done that (including this month) they have done it to the best of their ability making the nursery what it is today. I have and will continue to recommend this nursery to anyone I came across looking for one.

I was recommended this nursery by a very close friend of mine. Her two-year-old went there when he was 7 months old. The one piece of advice she gave me was to judge for myself and go with my gut instinct. I did. From the moment my husband and baby daughter walked in for a visit, we were impressed by
the friendly staff, the other happy parents and smiling children.
We are first time parents and like all other parents, we were apprehensive about leaving our daughter at any nursery after a year of maternity leave. All of the staff helped us with settling in our daughter. They supported me enormously when my father passed away a month after my daughter started at the nursery and they continue to support us with our daughter's care at the nursery. All of the lovely staff are like a happy family to us. Our daughter enjoys it at nursery and she likes the staff there too.
The food is delicious and the chef is wonderful. I have also personally recommended this nursery to my NCT group.

My son has been part of the Busy Bees family since April 2017 and I honestly cannot thank the brilliant Busy Bees team enough. I have seen my lil boy blossom, develop a big hearty personality and every day is a new experience - bringing home all he learned at nursery.


I work full time and knowing

he is safe and nurtured every day makes me feel so much comfort.

The nursery staff in the baby room where my twin daughters are cared for are caring, considerate and compassionate people.
They update me daily and I look forward to hearing about my children's progress, development and day.
The food menus and the chef are also fantastic. All staff are informative,
attentive and very welcoming. I have older children and have used childcare facilities before. However, Busy Bees Sudbury Hill is second to none.

This nursery is fantastic. Both my daughters have attended this nursery from January 2012 and my youngest is still in pre-school. I have seen them progress greatly. All the staff from assistants to management are so helpful and very accommodating to mine nad my child's need. They look to maintain a
friendly and professional relationship with parents. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery and will be sad when my youngest child has to leave.

I'm Tracy Bishop and I am the manager here at Busy Bees Sudbury Hill. Having worked in the childcare industry for more than 2 decades I have a wealth of knowledge, expertise and understanding of how parents feel when first leaving their child. My staff and I are aware of the importance of giving parents the confidence to return to work knowing their child is in safe hands.


The staff at Sudbury Hill offers a range of experience and qualifications. They continuously work together, ensuring the health, safety and well-being of the children in their care is at the forefront of their minds. Their hard work and kindness often goes above and beyond their roles which is why we pride ourselves on being the best!


I thoroughly enjoy my role at Busy Bees Sudbury Hill – no day is ever the same! It is a real pleasure seeing all of the children grow and develop into their own individual personalities. I am very proud of my nursery and am dedicated to offering the best possible childcare in the area.
