Bright Horizons Purley Day Nursery and Preschool

I had to move my child to Bright Horizons Purley after a really bad experience at another nursery. The staff truly restored my faith in child care. Management were compasionate and extremely thorough in making sure that my child would settle smoothly into the nursery. The team also took extra precautions to ensure that my childs allergy was well documented and all processes were in place. The staff at this nursery are extremely warm, friendly and professional. Management are highly proactive and are in the detail of each child's care which is impressive and reassuring. Room leaders are creative in their planning of the activities run to deliver education to our kids. What also stands out is how thoughtful the staff are. They always ask if your child had a good night and if you ever have a drop off that is unsettled they always send pictures and update you to let you know that your child is happy and settled. The nursery is impressive and genuinely the best nursery I have encountered.

Well done to the Purley Team. It's been our second child with the nursery and things the experience has been at the same quality. In terms of feedback, I do feel there were more activities last year. Football academy, music sessions etc. but overall still a great nursery.

I am very happy with Bright Horizons Nursery. The staff are all very friendly and caring. The food is good, and the activities are excellent and engaging for the children. The nursery is always clean and well maintained. I also really appreciate the way the staff look after the children with care and attention. Fabulous nursery and staff! Honestly I can't praise them enough! Most helpful, kind, caring, considerate and understanding. I've sent both my kids here from the age of one and couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else and I know they've been well looked after and attended too!

The nursery itself is such a great place. Staff and management are so attentive and we know we leave our little one there in the best hands. The app is really helpful for us as parents to check in on what they're up to during the day, to include personal care, food, activities etc. It really gives us peace of mind and lovely insight into the fun things they get up to!

All the staff have been amazing in ensuring my daughter had a great transition. She loves nursery and I feel genuinely comfortable dropping her off every morning knowing she will be safe and taken care of. The staff are friendly, kind and go the extra mile to be helpful. I am particularly grateful to the caterpillar team, Jan, Tia, Chloe and Vanessa and the admin team, Bobbie and Gemma, who always greet you with a smile.

I was fortunate to find BH Purley for my middle child as the care is always top tier, I have just started sending my youngest here now too and I'm astounded how attentive, kind, loving and professional all the staff are. They've made me and my children feel comfortable and the meals make me jealous! Great communication, location and opening times. They all need a pay rise!

My daughter started with the nursery in September, shes has been used to one to one care at home so the transition was a bit mind boggling for her but the nursery has been so accommodating, patience and extremely supportive of her transition into new lifestyle for her. She's a fussy and picky eater and they try so hard to encourage her to eat and try things. As scary as joining a nursery may be for the first time I can confidently say Bright Horizon Purley has made this change as smooth as possible for my family.

My son has been at the nursery for over 2 years now and they have been really great at supportive the whole time. He really enjoys his time there and they have worked so well with us from weaning to potty training. I will be so sad when the time comes for us to leave!

We have 2 kids in nursery and we are very happy with the care provided to both of them. All the staff are very friendly from front of house to everyone you meet. Both kids really enjoy going and it is clear that both are flourishing.

We are really happy with the care and support our daughter receives at the nursery. She looks forward to coming in every day and has grown so much in her confidence, independence, and social skills. We also really love the photos and updates on the app, it's lovely to see what she's been doing throughout the day.

No complaints about the nursery - settled my daughter in perfectly and are very attentive. During the day we were kept up to date and at pickup we are given a rundown of what she's been up to. Staff all friendly and welcoming, greeted with smiles every morning and a clear enjoyment for their jobs.

I highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking in the Purley area. The care, teaching, inclusivity, and partnership with parents have been outstanding. My youngest will be joining in the new year.

We could not be happier with Bright Horizons purley! They have always been so wonderful to both of our children. Our son was there for 3 years (18 months - school age) and our daughter is currently thriving there and she is 10 months (started at 7.5 months). They really care about our children and my husband and I feel confident that our children are cared for well. We even visit with our eldest and he is always excited to see his old teachers.
