Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road Day Nursery and Preschool

The only remark I'd make is around the amount of food intake by the child that's registered on the app. We often see the All+ on it for the different meals yet we're surprised at how hungry our child is when coming back home. If possible I'd prefer to know if he's been eating less. Could also be we just have a hungry toddler :)

I highly recommend this nursery to any parents considering childcare for their children. Our daughter joined this setting when she turned 1. She is 3 years old now and the care we see being given to her by the amazing nursery staff is commendable. My daughter has shown immense growth and made such lovely friendships here, she absolutely loves going there everyday and talks about all staff with lots of love and regard. I can completely trust that she is good hands and in a safe environment when she is away from us, which what any parent would want.

Unfortunately, due to these repeated incidents and the lack of response from the nursery, I would not recommend

The pattern of injuries was not isolated. This was repeated, which is what ultimately led me to file formal complaints with both Ofsted and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

We're very grateful to all the staff, including Catherine, Anila, Bernie and Victoria, for welcoming our son so warmly and giving him exceptional care. He loves going every day, is always happy to play, learn and interact with other children, and has built a great bond with his carers. We also really appreciate the regular updates throughout the day, which give us peace of mind and make us feel involved in his daily activities. Highly recommended for families in W12 and surrounding areas.

The facilities are great and we get wonderful updates throughout the day of how things ars going and all the activities that the children are enjoying. We moved from a different local nursery and wish we had just joined Bright Horizons from the start!

A great nursery with wonderful teachers and kind staff. The daily activities enable the kids to learn something new and explore. My child is having a great time and I'm so glad we found this nursery.

We are so satisfied and happy for both of our little girls; Both Pre-school & baby settlements are filled with caring people and professionalism; Every week our girls are engaged in new activities that bring new lessons and fun!

I have two little ones going to this nursery so I can say that we have been through a fair share of the nursery's rooms. The nursery is very well kept. The staff in every room have been amazing and very patient with my kids. They have always worked towards understanding what both my kids need and worked along with me to help the kids learn and feel a sense of belongingness. Although they have an app that updates me about my kids daily activities the room staff always make it a point to briefly inform me in person as well. I'm glad we chose this nursery.

My daughter has now attended Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road now for well over 12 months, having started as one of the first children in the centre. We are extremely satisfied with the level of care, educational experiences, and professionalism of the staff. In particular we are so grateful for the multicultural aspect of the centre; the educators make considerable effort to incorporate language, music, literature and culture from all over the world. Our family is not from the UK and we delight in knowing our daughter can share her culture with her nursery friends as well as learn about the culture of others through authentic experiences. Our daughter is now in the toddler room, transitioning into preschool and we are delighted she has returned under the care of the exemplary educators she had started with last year.

I absolutely love this nursery, the staff are so friendly and attentive to my LO who has been going there for 6+ months, it truly is a home from home environment. A good balance of nutritious meals and snacks, my LO spend time learning through play inside and outside. The nursey has a plan that hones in on things that my LO needs to develop whilst incorporating their interests through play such as motor skill and communication. I look forward to the weekly round up where I am updated with activities that took place each week which features pictures.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road nursery for about 7 months now and he really loves it. We have found all the staff so caring and attentive. It seems he is always doing fun activities that are also educational, and they try to get the families involved as much as possible which is great. They spend a lot of time outside in the garden and even sometimes do trips to the park. He has developed so much since starting - we have been very happy with our experience here so far

My 1yr old daughter started her settling in last week and has loved it there so much. I can tell she's enjoying her time there, the staff are so nice and I can rest assured she is well looked after in a safe, clean environment. Love this nursery especially after visiting a few others nearby where there is a lot of children in one room with limited staff members and doesn't look as hygienic.

Beyond academics, the variety of hands-on activities is amazing-homemade playdough, water play, dressing up, storytelling, and so much more. She comes home excited to share her experiences, and it's clear she's thriving in this engaging and stimulating environment.

Our son started at Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road about 6 months ago and absolutely loves it! At first it was tough to transition for him to nursery after he had spent a year at home with his parents, but the staff in his room are just so caring and amazing, he quickly bonded with them and especially with his key person, whom he absolutely adores. Now his face lights up when he sees his practitioners and he practically jumps out of my arms when I drop him off as he's so excited to engage in the different fun and educational activities they plan every day. I am really impressed with how deliberate the staff are about helping the babies learn and develop--each week has a theme and there are learning activities to go along with it and lots of play to develop the babies' senses and skills. The facilities are positively amazing--the building has been recently refurbished and is positively beautiful, spotless, with a big garden. We could not be happier with every aspect of the nursery!

Our child loves the food. The food seems to be nutritious and healthy, although I have not seen it, the menu sounds great.

I really value the amount of communication from the nursery; from hosting a parents' evening to the detailed handover each day, I feel very well informed and able to share any concerns or opinions I may have.
