Our daughter has had such a wonderful experience at the Bright Horizons Ewell Road, Surbiton branch, and we couldn't be happier with the care she receives. Lauren, her key worker, has been amazing, building such a lovely bond with her and creating a true "home from home" feeling. We feel completely confident knowing our daughter is in such caring hands.
Having experienced another nursery, we can honestly say the level of care, communication, parent app updates, activities, and freshly prepared meals are on a completely different level. Our daughter's development has come on tremendously, and we have had so many people comment on her progress and ask which nursery she attends.
Seeing how excited she is to arrive each morning and how happy she is to see Lauren, Meghan, Zahra, and Bruna says everything about how loved and secure she feels.
