Our daughter has been at BH Kingston Nursery and Preschool since she was 2, and could not be happier. She's made great progress, especially in her social communication, thanks to the fantastic support from her key worker, staff and management. They also keep us regularly updated on her progress, which

I started my son at this nursery in April, and have found the staff super welcoming and friendly. My son is quickly acclimatising to the nursery and they have made the drops offs and pick ups easier than expected. The updates on the app are super helpful to ease my worries about how he's getting on;
and I enjoy seeing photo updates, and would love to see them more frequently. I highly recommend this nursery.

My son seems really happy and engaged with the carers and activities provided by the great team at West Hampstead Station. The rooms and facilities are wonderful, spacious and clean, with every effort made for the children's enjoyment and comfort. They are diligent and kind, and seem to really care

We recently moved to another nursery in Kingston, and care and attention were our top priorities. Thanks to recommendations from friends, we found the right and safe place for our child.


The nursery manager and deputy manager are very experienced. You really feel like you are talking to another mother

who understands you, but at the same time they are very professional and experienced. They are always smiling and very solution-oriented.


Because of their experience, they have seen everything and they solve things in a very practical way. They support you with anything, from sleep routine to settling in.


The whole team is also very helpful. Even in urgent situations, like ad hoc days or sudden changes in plans, they always respond quickly and try to help.


They also take children's safety very seriously, which gives us peace of mind.


Staff know all the children, even if they are not in the same class, and they always try to support you.


My son is very happy here, and that means ever

We're extremely happy with how well supported our daughter is at Elm Grove. She has attended since 10 months and the staff in each room she has been in have been brilliant in getting to know her and create an environment she feels comfortable to be herself (now 22 months). The management team are great

Our son is very happy at the nursery. It is well run and all the staff are caring and kind. The manager and deputy manager are excellent. The amount of indoor space for the children to play in is really very good indeed.

After thoroughly reviweing several montesorris nearby and doing a detailed visit we have been highly impressed with Haydon Hall Montesorri approach. The environment is so positive and thriving. Our Son began developing core skills in just 2nd hour of his settling session. The place is clean, staff are
super supportive and polite, they are willing to out of their way to accomodate our needs. They are patient and flexible. The space is extremely clean and airy. Alison and George take personal interest in every child and go through great lengths to make Parents and grandparents feel confident and comfortable. Their curriculum, food, teachers are highly attentive and accomodating. By far the best thriving Montessori in NorthWest London

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Bright Horizons Spitalfields since our son started in September 2025. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's wellbeing and development.
The progress our son has made in such a short
time has been remarkable. His confidence has grown, his communication skills have flourished, and he's become so much more curious and engaged with the world around him. It's clear that the nursery provides a nurturing and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, learn, and express themselves.

We have had a positive experience at Highbury nursery. Our son joined when he was 10 months and he has progressed through 2 rooms which have provided a wonderful support for his development. We get lots of opportunities to spend time with him in the nursery and can see how much he enjoys it and how
engaged all staff are with the children. We also have up to date information on his eating and sleeping and love seeing the photos of his activities. We appreciate all the different activities that staff do with our son and can see the positive impact on him.

If you are unlucky enough to be a separated parent from a bully and controlling mother, this nursery will be your perfect hell.
Without discussing their job with the children (also because they have decided to keep the father out of the equation) I am a father with parental rights, no restriction orders
and CAO in place. I have let the mother be the one entering contractual relationship with this nursery. Paid by her with my money. Once I discovered the level of total control the mother exerted, even with equal parental rights, the mother has given instruction to the nursery to not allow me in first of all, and even less to be able to see or collect my child. Totally against any rational family law in the UK. All defended by: you are not the contracting parent!
Nurseries should be there to mitigate frictions not to fire us already delicate relationships between parents.
This nursery has and currently is breaching any basic family law I can name.
Disgusted.

My daughter has been at this nursery for over 2 years, she is very happy and the staff are amazing. The staff make the atmosphere- it's friendly, supportive and positive. The facilities are good and children are well looked after. She's been supported through potty training too which was very helpful!

Our child has been attending Bright Horizons Meadway for six months, and we couldn't be happier with our experience so far.
From the very beginning, the team has made us feel incredibly welcome and reassured, during what can be a daunting transition. The settling-in process was thoughtful and supportive,
and the staff took care to understand our child as an individual - their routines, personality, and interests.
The baby room is a wonderful environment, and M and the team have been exceptional. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care are clear every day, and it's reassuring to know our child is supported by such nurturing professionals!
The nursery has been very understanding and supportive of our work responsibilities; providing attentive care and reassurance during times of sickness. The management team are always approachable, responsive, and incredibly helpful.
We're very grateful to the whole team for creating such an open, positive, and caring environment.

We had a rocky start when it came to finding a place where my daughter would settle. I came to Bright Horizons desperate and not feeling positive at all due to previous setting. From the beginning, Alyson, Hasina and team were amazingly reassuring about the process and within a few days she was a BH
baby! The baby room staff have been amazing, so patient and kind with my clingy one and they even managed to get her to sleep on her first day (unheard of!). I'm so so pleased, we look forward to the updates on the app and from the photos they send, we can tell she is genuinely happy there. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Since my daughter started in the toddler room, she absolutely loves going to nursery and has always had a great bond with her carers. They're nurturing, friendly and fun. She's now just about to move to preschool and this remains the same.
The general environment
of the nursery feels like a big welcoming family, and the management team are also very approachable and effective, always ready to help.
The space I like the most of the setting is the garden. Big and beautiful. Children have plenty of space to run around safely. All the rooms have many different age-appropriate resources and the activities provided are engaging. The app gives parents daily information about our children and we also get lovely posts with photos of the activities they have been doing. I definitely encourage any prospective parents to join this nursery.

I am very disappointed with this nursery and feel I need to share my experience with other parents.
There have been multiple incidents involving my child, and each time there was little to no communication or reaction from the staff. What concerns me the most is the lack of responsibility and urgency
when something happens. As a parent, you trust that your child will be safe and properly cared for, but that has not been my experience.
The most serious incident was when my child had a bad injury in his mouth while at the nursery (he needed X-eay and potentially life dentists checks). I was extremely upset not only because of the injury itself, but because the staff did not react appropriately and did not treat the situation with the seriousness it required. I was not properly informed, the way the situation was handled made me feel that my child's safety was not a priority.
Unfortunately, due to these repeated incidents and the lack of response from the nursery, I would not recommend

Our daughter has been attending this nursery since September 2025, and she settled in incredibly quickly. From the start, the key staff and other team members in her room have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She is always happy and excited to see them, which is so reassuring as a parent.


During

her time here, we've noticed a huge improvement in her speech. She's constantly coming home with new words, songs, and little things she's learned throughout the day, which has been wonderful to see.


It's clear that she is very well cared for. From the daily handovers at pick-up to the photos we receive, she seems to have consistently happy and engaging days.


We're really glad we chose this nursery. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she's in such safe, caring, and capable hands.

Serious safeguarding concerns.
My child attended Bright Horizons Goldhawk Road for 12 months. During that time, they sustained multiple unexplained injuries, the most recent of which required a hospital visit and X-rays.
On each occasion, staff claimed they had not seen the injury occur and were
unable to provide any explanation. This was the response almost every single time I raised concerns.
The instability at this nursery extends beyond safety. In 12 months, my child has had four different key persons - making any meaningful relationship, consistency, or developmental progress virtually impossible. We have seen no evidence of learning or development during his entire time there.
The pattern of injuries was not isolated. This was repeated, which is what ultimately led me to file formal complaints with both Ofsted and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
