Our son is almost a year and a half, has been at Spitalfields about 6 months now and absolutely loves it. Dropping him off in the morning used to be a worry but he runs off happily without looking back! We also love the regular picture updates of the babies out and about
The staff are very caring
and look after him well. The head office have also been very accommodating when I've asked for some flexibility on dates / pick up times. All in all highly recommended

My daughter (13 months) started her nursery settles in February. I have found the nursery to be excellent so far and staff to be friendly and helpful.
Compared to other nurseries in the area they offered 8-9 settle sessions which I feel really helped make the transition easier.
They have fantastic
access to outside space, directly accessible from each room which again I didn't
easily find in other nurseries. My daughter really loves playing outside and they get to do a wide range of play including sensory play.
The nursery have really robust allergy protocols and a good menu.
The app is really useful to see real time updates about my daughter's day for sleep, food and nappies. We really love seeing photos when they are uploaded to the app (consent was requested).
The key worker system is lovely.
Highly recommend this nursery. Attend an open day to see the range of play and learning that is offered in a child-led setting.

This is a brilliant nursery, I definitely recommend.
The staff are all friendly and professional.
Both of my babies attend this nursery, they have grown confident learning through play and making new friends.
The nursery adapts to dietary needs, having a selection of different healthy foods that
both of my babies enjoy.
They both settled in very well and I can see that they are both happy at the end of the day when I collect them.
It is reassuring to be replaced by a nursery that can care for my babies as I do.

Our son has been in baby room since October 2025.
Our experience with the nursery have excelled what we expected. The equipment and facilities are fantastic and the meals are varied and nutritional, in fact our son eats more varied meals here than at home!
The staff are incredible - friendly, happy
and genuinely care for the children.
We have seen our son develop leaps and bounds since starting - he is walking, and his speech has really come on.
We have felt 100% safe and comfortable since day 1.

Absolutely brilliant all round! The activities for book week were fantastic and Archie loves his nursery because of all the fun and varied activites. A special mention to his key worker Mia who is beyond fantastic. Archies speech - table manners and overallt development has come on leaps and bounds
and I put a large part of this down to the nursery. Keep up the good work.

Our daughter's nursery absolutely brilliant and the teachers are so lovely and supportive especially Chelsey at the reception always helping with little bits and bobs. I would recommend to any parent that lives in Richmond borough to send their children to this nursery.

All the staff have been amazing in ensuring my daughter had a great transition. I was fortunate to find BH Purley for my middle child as the care is always top tier, I have just started sending my youngest here now too and I'm astounded how attentive, kind, loving and professional all the staff are. They've made me and my children feel comfortable and the meals make me jealous!
Great communication, location and opening times. They all need a pay rise!

We wouldn't recommend this nursery and think there are better settings locally. Our concerns stem from the amount of accidents our child had whilst attending the nursery. Accident forms were a weekly occurrence and we experienced, alongside other parents a large amount of biting. Our child was bitten
weekly at one point. Lots of accidents involving hitting, biting and falling, which led us to believe the children were poorly supervised and left to their own devices a lot of the time. Other parents at the nursery had similar experiences. Our child has moved to another setting and we've not had a single accident form after a considerable period of time.

During this time, we carried out detailed observations to better understand what was happening and identified the behaviours as developmental. In response, the team adapted the environment, increased supervision in key areas, worked closely with parents, and embedded a nurture-based approach to support emotional regulation. Staff were also supported with additional training to help children manage emotions and communicate their needs safely, and the situation continued to be closely monitored.

My son is attending Bright Horizon Ewell Road nusery since January 2026 and he did settle in really well. Staff are extremely caring and are reviewing the child development continuesly to support them as and where needed. We also had to change one of our nursery days and the team managed to get us a
changed routine at short notice. Very much appreciated! So overall we are very happy with attending Ewell Rd nursery. My little one starts smiling when he sees his contact person at the nursery and waves bye-bye when leaving.

My son has been attending for the past 7 months and I honestly could not be happier with the care he is receiving. In that time, I have seen such a huge leap in his independence and confidence. The team encourages independence in such a thoughtful, age-appropriate way and it truly shows.
I especially
love that they follow Montessori-led learning. It has been brilliant for his development. At home he now insists on feeding himself and I can clearly see the skills and habits he is picking up at nursery coming through in everyday life.
The teachers are fantastic. They are truly wonderful people who genuinely love children. Their warmth, patience and care shine through in everything they do.
The regular pictures and updates mean so much to me and help me feel connected to his day. Knowing he is safe, cared for and genuinely happy gives me complete peace of mind and allows me to work full time from home without worry.
We are so grateful for everything the staff do.
