Useful settling in perriod. My kid enjoys going to the nursery and he learns many things. Parents have good communication with the caregivers. Meals are good. Parents are invited regularly to the nursery. It would be great if they could provide discounts for the siblings.

Both of our sons are at Bright Horizons in Raynes Park, and they love it. My eldest has made lovely friends and asks on the weekends to go to nursery! The food is made on-site and of good quality. The staff are very timely at updating the app during the day, including pictures so you know how your children
are getting on. Friendly, caring staff, we would highly recommend the nursery.

My daughter has recently started preschool here and I could not be happier about it. The staff are so lovely and supportive that my daughter skips into nursery every time she has to go and looks forward to going there all the time. They have a lot of activities and food is made fresh on site. The app
is very good and staff leave paragraphs of information and multiple photos keeping me informed. I feel that enrolling my child here is one of the best decisions that I have ever made.

We are extremely happy with Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool. My son enjoys going to nursery every day, and often talks about how much he likes the staff (2 members in particular). He has made many friends and is absolutely thriving. The nursery have always offered support and encouragement
with my son's milestones and developments. I would highly recommend.

My son has been at attending the nursery since November 2017 and I wouldn’t want to send him anywhere else. Four members of staff, as well as others have made this place what it is. A caring, supportive and energetic environment. The staff truly care about the kids and give nothing but the best of themselves
to the nursery.

Both our children have been there since they were babies (our daughter started the day she turned 9 months). They have both thrived, including in Covid times. The staff are caring and friendly and they've dealt with the Covid rules in a way that we know the kids are safe but not in a way that negatively
impacts the kids' view of the world or their social interaction.
I looked at other nurseries and this one had "the feel". We have always been pleased with our choice and we will be very sad when our oldest leaves for school this summer.

Our son loves going to nursery and this is almost entirely down to the unbelievable staff who are not only professional but extremely caring of the children. He has also quickly learnt his numbers and letters and is now able to write his name! I know he will miss everyone here when he leaves for school
but we are so grateful for the three years of care they have provided!

My three grandchildren, 1 girl 4 and a half, twin boys 3, have been at nursery since the older girl was under 1 year, 4 years. There has been good continuity of staff who are always friendly and caring. Initially, using babycare, they were reassuring at this life-changing event for my daughter - leaving
her baby to go back to work. Through Toddlers and into Pre-school, the children have been nurtured into confident youngsters ready for school. It has been a very positive experience and we thank all the staff for their efforts.

My family has had a pleasant experience with Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool. My daughter started there in Sept 2014 and we have really enjoyed our time. My daughter made great friends and bonded with the staff. My son also joined in Sept 2016 and he has also had a good nursery
experience. For me, particular carers and their bond with your child is so important. I get along really well with parents who also use this nursery.
I would like to see better learning in the preschool however.

Current Review Score: 7.7 (7.748)

Overview of Review Score

The Review Score of 7.7 (7.748) out of 10 for Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.

  1. The Average Rating is 4.7 out of 5 from 1 Reviews in the last 24 months.
  2. The score for the number of positive Reviews is 3.1 out of 5 from 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.

Detailed Breakdown of Review Score

The maximum Review Score for a Day Nursery is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:

  1. 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months. The Average Rating of 4.667 for Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool is calculated as follows: ( (8 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) ) ÷ 12 Ratings = 4.667
  2. 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5'). The 3.081 Points relating to the number of positive Reviews for Bright Horizons Raynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool is based on 1 positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as per below:

The 5 points available are broken down as follows:

    1. 4 points are available for the first 10 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months; 3 points for the first Positive Review, and then 0.125 Points for each of the next four Positive Reviews and then 0.1 Points for the next five Positive Reviews. (1st = 3.000, 2nd = 0.125, 3rd = 0.125, 4th = 0.125, 5th = 0.125, 6th = 0.100, 7th = 0.100, 8th = 0.100, 9th = 0.100, 10th = 0.100) 3 = 3
    2. 1 point is available for the number of Positive Reviews reaching 20% of the number of registered child places in the last 24 months. If this number is partially reached, then that proportion of 1 point is given. eg a Day Nursery registered for a maximum of 50 child places has to reach 10 Positive Reviews to receive 1 point, if it has 7 reviews it will receive 0.7 points. 20% of the 62 number of registered child places is 12.4. 1 Positive Reviews ÷ 12.4 = 0.081
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
