Bright Horizons Fulham Wharf Day Nursery and Preschool

We've had such a great experience with Bright Horizons Fulham Wharf. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured, which was so important to us as it was our first year in London and our son didn't speak English. Everyone is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about the children.

Bright Horizon Nursery and Preschool has been an exceptional place for my daughter, who graduated this July. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the entire team, including the teachers, management, and even the chef. They were all incredibly kind and supportive. The dedication they showed in working with my daughter has truly been remarkable. Her confidence and well-being have flourished during her time there. I wholeheartedly appreciate all the positive experiences and heartfelt moments we have had at this wonderful establishment.

My daughter recently started at this lovely nursery at 16 months. I was a little worried about how she would settle into a nursery as we recently experienced some changes in life and she seemed shy a lot of the time. It turned out I didn't need to worry at all. The managers were so caring and gave us enough flexibility to ensure she settled in as smoothly as possible and at her own pace. Now, she goes to the nursery five days a week and always seems to have a great time. The activities that she does are both fun and educating and helping her develop in many aspects. The food must be amazing because she almost always finished everything! I can't praise the caring and friendly staff highly enough. Thank you for helping my baby daughter thrive.

Since our daughter started at Bright Horizons Fulham Wharf Day Nursery and Preschool over a year and a half ago now, we have been so pleased with her development and confidence she gained. Her teachers are exceptional at making sure children are feeling loved and well looked after, which, as parents, makes us really at ease. I can also say that, especially in the past six months, she has developed her vocabulary so much, it's astonishing. She tells us about the activities and projects she's done and plays in the outside space which is so lovely to hear. The management has also been so helpful and understanding with any issues, questions or requests we might have had so far. And we cannot thank them enough for that. Overall, we are pleased we chose Bright Horizons for our daughter's nursery.

Since my daughter joined the nursery, she has become more happy and more confident within herself. She had made wonderful bonds with the staff and is always happy to go each day. The staff team has made the transition easy for all of us with lots of reassurance.

My daughter has been going here since she was 7 months old. She absolutely loves it. I was skeptical at first for her to start so young however now I see that it has been the best place for her emotional, physical and educational development. The staff are brilliant, we are always greeted with a smile and my daughter runs in happily. The staff have been very helpful to adjust our schedule and preferences. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Bright Horizons, Fulham Wharf Nursery to any parent considering sending their child here. Our daughter loves attending daily and enjoys the diverse amount of options of play/learning available to her. It is wonderful to see her continued progression knowing that her developmental needs are fully supported by her teachers. Our daughter speaks about all of the teachers with fondness! Special mention to the certain staff who are always incredibly warm, welcoming and happy to discuss any questions that we have through out the year.

I have already recommended this nursery to other parents. We are extremely happy with the care of our daughter and the staff at Bright Horizons Fulham Wharf. Our daughter always goes to nursery with a smile and leaves with a smile. I believe the hours are much better than a lot of other nurseries. Last but not least, we visited a number of nurseries before selecting Fulham Wharf. They have the best site - spacious and with a big garden. 5/5.

Amongst possibly the most challenging of times the staff and the nursery have gone above and beyond for the parents and the children. I can't imagine how hard it must have been at times for the staff but to have offered any semblance of continuity, normality, and familiarity for the little ones amid all the uncertainty and change is fantastic. Our little boy loves it, we have had some worries about his development but he has really progressed so much in the last few months. The managers have always been there with a kind word and expert support. They have been fantastic. You can see they love their jobs.

My child enjoys the Fulham Wharf nursery a lot. She always goes in with a big smile on her face. She has made many friends. The nursery team and staff have always been super supportive and flexible. It's probably the only nursery they have this big outdoor space in the area. Mu older child attended this nursery a few years ago, he enjoyed every minute of it. Amazing team!

We would highly recommend Bright Horizons. Our little one started nursery in September. It's been a challenging period for everyone, despite this, the staff have been extremely flexible, supportive and accommodating. Our little one has struggled to settle, and the staff have gone out of their way to make suggestions and make adjustments in his schedule to help. This has truly paid off as he didn't want to leave the last time I collected him. The children are outside every day, which was important to us, and the outdoor space is one of the best we have seen in the area. We highly recommend to all.

My daughter has been going to this nursery regularly, and we have been very happy about sending her. The staff are compassionate, professional and engaging with my daughter, and also to myself and my husband. My daughter really loves the environment, the staff and the other children, and we get regular updates on her progress. We found the nursery well organised, with plenty of opportunities to play and it is well supervised. We are very sad my daughter will leave the nursery as she has really enjoyed her time there. If we weren't leaving the country, she would have stayed at this nursery full time. Thank you to all staff at Bright Horizons for giving my daughter a fab experience.

Management and staff are encouraging, friendly and professional, flexible providing days or swapping the days around, always there to help.

I doubt my son would have had so many activities if he stayed at home with me or with a nanny.

My 3.5 year old daughter wakes up every morning excited to go to nursery. Everything about it is just great, from the big premises with many extra activities to excellent personnel. I can't wait for my 4 month old daughter to join her big sister next month.

The management team are very helpful and friendly and advised me that I could enroll my granddaughter for a holiday club during the school holidays. My granddaughter's parents have work commitments and I look after her in the holidays until we found this amazing nursery with a lovely preschool team. My granddaughter turns 5 soon and the nursery have amazing activities to suit her age group during term holidays.

My second daughter is in the baby room and she receives amazing attention and great input. She is happy with her key person and generally visibly comfortable with other staff.
