Bright Horizons Highams Park Day Nursery and Preschool

Both my children have attended Highams Park Bright Horizons, with the youngest just graduating. He has thrived during his time in pre school, and benefited from a nurturing, caring and committed staff group who offered fantastic learning opportunities and activities that really developed and encouraged his interests. It was evident that the staff really got to know my son and formed strong, supportive and nurturing bonds with him. He was so happy there, he didn't want to leave at the end of the day!

In terms of downsides, BH is a little limited in terms of outside space and some promised outings to local woodland and park have never materialised due to staff shortages. But these are minor quibbles. For me, the utmost important thing is they put a smile on my daughter's face every single day.

Seeing how excited she is to go in each morning says it all. We would highly recommend Bright Horizons to any parent looking for a caring, nurturing and professional nursery. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do!

We have two children at Highams Park Bright Horizons and are so happy with our experience. The staff are kind and loving, and the kids seem well entertained with a variety of tasks. We just completed preschool graduation and could tell that there are so many strong bonds that have been built over the years.

Really lovely nursery, my child has gone from strength to strength since attending and absolutely loves it there. Staff are amazing, genuinely care, activities excellent and food great. Shout out to the preschool staff who are just incredible

The app too is helpful as we can keep on track with what the kids are up to.

Out daughter only attended twice a week, for a matter of house, but we pulled our daughter out that day.

Both my children have attended Bright Horizons in Highams Park since the age of two. My eldest is now 8 and the youngest is 4 and in the pre-school room. Both children have thrived at the nursery, learned lots, built confidence and made excellent friends. The staff are kind and engaged and build strong relationships with all the children and their families. We have had nothing but positive things to say about the nursery and will be sad when the time comes for our youngest to leave in September.

We couldn't be happier with the nursery - it is a very nurturing environment and my son has made great connections with the staff and children.

Third child currently in toddler room, our older two having graduated in the last three and a half years. Can't fault anything, all have had/are having a great experience and the nursery has set them up really well for the transition to reception.

My son is always happy to come to nursery and loves all the staff and his friends. He is increasingly confident, chatty and independent. Really growing into his own - the amount of activities and learning topics they cover are brilliant! The food is varied and delicious too. Thanks everyone, highly recommend and trust you!

Our toddler loves going to his Bright Horizons Highams Park Nursery and Preschool because the staff are so friendly and caring and they do lots of fun and creative activities. The nursery has excellent and thorough management. The waiting time to get a place was two and a half years but it was worth it. The outside play area is slightly on the smaller side but it doesn't seem to bother the kids at all.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness, generosity, and genuine concern for our well-being during a challenging time in our lives. Their dedication to their profession and their genuine love for the children in their care make them true heroes in our eyes.

My son has started the nursery a month ago, the staff has supported him and us to settle into nursery so well. Just being at the nursery, he has been so busy with all the different activities they provide. The communication is brilliant in what he been doing during the day as well as what he has been learning. Thank you.

Bright Horizons have been amazing to my son and he gets all the help he needs. Staff are amazing and very helpful and we get the daily updates. Management is always helpful and very supportive. My son is always very keen on going into the nursery and enjoying the time there.

Our son has been going to this nursery for 6 months now and they have been absolutely brilliant with him. His progress has been exceptional for the 3 days a week he goes. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful and the facilities are excellent. We can monitor his daily food intake, sleep, nappies and pictures of activities through their mobile app. The food they give the children is varied and well-balanced. We couldn't ask for more from a nursery.

I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Highams Park. I’ve had 2 children at the nursery and have been through all the rooms (babies, toddlers and preschool). Both mine have loved it. The staff are so caring, reassuring and on the ball, they really know the children and look after them so well. They do tons of fun activities and help prepare the kids for school. We feel really lucky!

Highams Park Nursery is lovely. The staff really do care about all the children and families! They were very supportive and flexible during our daughter's settling in and have always been there to give advice on everything, from simple changes in routine to toilet training. We are kept up to date with our daughter's learning with regular development reviews and observations as well as daily updates about activities, sleep, food and nappy changes/toilet visits all within the family app, allowing me and my partner to check how our little one is doing at any time of the day. Our daughter absolutely loves being at the nursery, she talks about the staff and her friends and the activities they have been doing all the time at home!

My son has been going to the nursery since he was 8 months old. At first, he found settling in difficult, but the staff in babies did their best to help him settle. Over the years he has really come out with his personality and is now a very confident little boy. He has loved being at nursery and all the staff has been like a second family to him. He has recently started school and has said that he misses his nursery.
