My children have loved this nursery. They have been well looked after, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond their job. My children have been at the nursery for 2 years now. They love going to nursery to see their friends and join in with the lovely activities that they

My daughter joined nursery at 16 months old. It's not an easy transition for a small child or mother but I can honestly say she has loved every day - she has now moved up to the preschool. As her mother, I can manage my full time job knowing she is happy, having fun and safe. I'm so grateful, especially
to the long standing nursery manager who has been there since my now 14 year old attended, also as a baby through to school. It was an easy choice to make.

The staff are welcoming when greeting my child on arrival. A good variety of activities are on offer which I like hearing about on the nursery app and looking at the photos. Staff are informative when letting me know how my child has been during the day and what they have been up to.

My daughter joined Busy Bees Gravesend in October 2018. She was offered a lot of support and attention to allow her to settle in. My son then joined in 2019 and I can honestly say that they are so happy and content when I leave them. They smile and wave bye to me which makes me so happy, allowing me
to get on with my day. The staff are so friendly and informative and always update the parent zone app daily, allowing me to review their day without phoning 24/7

My daughter loves her time at nursery and admires the girls in her room. The girls are caring and lovely and show care for the whole family. I love the Iconnect parent zone as it is easy to use and I can keep up with my daughter's development and love the activities I see her doing. I believe the nursery
is good value for money and there is a good range of food provided for the child. The management team are very helpful and easy to get on with as well as supportive. Thank you for everything you do for my daughter/family.

After 6 years at the nursery with both my children, I will be very sad to not see the lovely staff anymore. Both my children have done so very well at this nursery. The staff don't just look after the children they care for them. My daughter is now 7 and still loves going in to collect her brother.
She knows there are happy and smiling faces and big hugs waiting for her and people who care asking her about school. Thank you for looking after my babies so very well we will miss you all.

My son is very happy at Busy Bees and enjoys going there. His key person regularly puts information on the iconnect regarding what he has got up to and his progress.
We find this very useful in finding out what he has been up to at nursery/preschool.
He talks about the other children in his class
and what he has done.
His little sister will certainly be going to this nursery.

My nephew had been going here for 3 years. He had worked his way around from babies to pre school and he loves every moment he has been here. The staff have been amazing in helping his development and his current keyworker in preschool is always happy and helpful, and my nephew has formed a great relationship
with her and always talks about her at home. Anyone looking for a nursery should look no further than Busy Bees at Gravesend.

My little girl started at Busy Bees at Gravesend in September. It took her a while to settle with lots of tears, but all the staff were fantastic and very caring quickly gaining her trust and friendship. My daughter has food allergies, so for me, it was also a big worry to leave her unattended to eat
but again the staff have an excellent procedure in place for the kids with allergies, the communication was superb, so both my daughter and I feel safe and constantly reassured that she is in safe hands.
The management has also been great, no query too big or small in such a busy environment they are always so available and friendly. It's clean, friendly and welcoming just what I would expect. Very happy with our decision to send our daughter to Busy Bees at Gravesend.

My daughter started at the age of one and has bonded with all the staff who are very friendly and always happy. My daughter has become very advanced for her age which the nursery has been a big help towards. One of the workers who my daughter is very fond of, she is so kind and caring my daughter immediately
calls for her as soon as we enter the Busy Bees reception. I like the fact I am able to check on my daughter's daily progress through the parent zone website, a very good nursery and would recommend to all.

Both my children have/are attending this nursery (1st child left 2014 to go to school) Both are well looked after and cared for by all staff who all make you feel welcome and part of the family. The activities they provide are great and my two have learnt a lot from attending here. They are always happy
and willing to help. It's great to see the children's work on display as well as hearing what they have been doing each day. I can't praise the team there enough and will be sad to say goodbye when my little one leaves to go to school next year.

The service provided to my daughter at the nursery is impeccable. The management and staff are all committed, dedicated and always willing to go that extra mile. I feel confident that my child is being cared for when i leave her every morning, and my daughter wants to go to nursery which makes things
easier for me.
The I connect system is also a great facility that is interactive and evidences all the positive interventions and interactions completed with my daughter.

My name is Sarah and I have worked for Busy Bees since 2014, I joined Busy Bees at Gravesend in August 2023. I have completed training and qualifications needed to meet requirements of a centre director and accessed Busy Bees extensive training opportunities.
