I love Busy Bees for my little girl, she has thrived so much and come on in leaps and bounds. The staff in her room (rabbits) are always reassuring to myself and my little girl when and if needed. My little one is always happy when coming into nursery and is always happy when I collect her. My little
one has a good bond with all her staff in the room. I am very happy with her care and would recommend Busy Bees to anyone looking for childcare. Thank you Busy Bees, so much.

My daughter always comes home happy after a day at nursery. She has formed good bonds with staff and children. My daughter always comes home with a clean face, which I like. Handovers are always thorough and staff always polite. A star - very happy.

The nursery has come on so much in the past year and a half it's gone from a nursery I was prepared to take my son out of, to one I'm now sending my daughter to when I go back to work. My son gets upset every time I drop him off but the staff always make sure he is comforted and happy and within 5 minutes
he is playing happily with his friends. The staff are amazing and make the setting what it is with staff members staying long-term in the setting. They update the app with photos and I can see all the things my son is playing with. He always comes out with a full belly and a smile on his face ready to tell me all about his day. A special mention to his current key worker who always goes above and beyond and you can tell she really loves her job which is lovely when you are leaving the most precious thing to you in the care of somebody else. My only flaw of the nursery is that they still have pre covid rules regarding pick up and drop off which need updating.

My son attends Busy Bees Pre-School. His confidence has improved immensely since attending the nursery, especially in pre-school. He has a close relationship with his key worker, she supports him with tasks on a daily basis. He completes lots of fun activities and loves running around the playground
with friends. We have found his language and emotional intelligence has definitely improved.
The only thing we have found since he has gone up to pre-school is there are more children and on occasion, things have been missed. We also don't get quite as much of a handover at the end of the day as when he was younger and in a smaller class. However, it is good for his independence and preparation for school.

Our daughter has been going to Busy Bees Maidstone Hospital for 5 months, she has settled in well and her keyworker and room leader are wonderful, as well as the other staff in their room. They always keep us well informed and show us what she is up to throughout the day using the app. We are happy
with her progress and pleased she is exploring foods she wouldn't normally eat at home. The environment is welcoming with a lovely garden and every staff member we have met has been very polite and welcoming.

We have been attending Busy bees for the last 7 years and both our girls have thoroughly enjoyed their time there. They both have developed friendships, created beautiful artwork, had a lot of fun in the lovely garden. The teachers are amazing and ever so lovely. The nursery is very well run by the
manager. Both girls were looking forward to going every morning and had plenty to tell us in the afternoon. I would recommend Busy bees at Maidstone Hospital to any parents looking for the very best place for their child.

My son was non-verbal when he joined Busy Bees a year ago. Now he is so confident, chatty and comfortable with any situation. He is always happy to go into nursery and we always love to hear and see what he has been up to on the app. He is always doing something crafty, reading or singing and dancing
or in the garden, which he really enjoys. I'm very glad I chose Busy Bees.

My eldest son who is now 9 previously attended busy bees at Maidstone hospital from 7 months old, so when it came to my youngest it was a no brainier where he would be going. The staff there have provided our family with not only impeccable childcare over the years but such a warm and friendly environment.
My youngest will be leaving to start big school soon and although we will be sad to go, we will be taking lovely memories. Thank you so much to all the staff and could not recommend more highly!

This is the first time that we put our daughter into nursery. We go by parents review and we decided to join our daughter in Busy Bees. (Just a suggestion there should be a proper explanation of things of what needs to be done prior the start of the child) this is the only thing that I can complain.
Overall Maidstone Busy Bees is excellent on their care, teaching, my daughter is always excited to come to her school. The staff always did excellent job. Well done to them. Thank you all for the hard work. We really appreciate everything.

It is always scary leaving your baby at the nursery for the first time but thanks to the great staff at Busy Bees at Maidstone Hospital our boy just loves it there. After viewing multiple nurseries in the area, we are happy with our choice and always feel our boy will be safe and well looked after at
the nursery. He loves the food and there seem to be enough activities to keep him busy during the day. We would definitely recommend Busy Bees at Maidstone Hospital.

I highly recommend this nursery and pre-school to parents with young children. My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 8 months. She is now 3. She absolutely loves going to the nursery and is excited each morning when getting ready. She even asks over the weekend whether she can attend.
Her development has been great. The staff are friendly and they work with parents to ensure that the needs of children are met and that milestones are achieved. My daughter has made really good friends at the nursery. We will really miss Busy Bees at Maidstone Hospital when she leaves for Reception.

My son has been here for almost 2 years. I am beyond glad I chose this nursery. The staff are so welcoming, and my son absolutely loves coming here. The range of food cooked for the children is fantastic. He learns so much every time he goes. We have had no issues even throughout the whole pandemic.
They have worked so hard to make sure that every child and their staff are looked after in a safe environment. I would 100% recommend.

My 20 months old son goes to Busy Bees Nursery at Maidstone Hospital since September. He has settled really well and is always happy in the mornings when he goes to Nursery. Staff are always friendly and caring. The nursery is clean with lots of activities to keep children occupied. Also, homemade food
is brilliant with a variety of choice. We are lucky to get a space there and be part of the Busy Bees Nursery family!

I have two children currently attending Busy Bees, one in foundation class and one in under twos. My kids joined Jan 2020, with my oldest moving from another nursery and my youngest being almost 8 months. The transition period was hard for my oldest but the team at Busy Bees were so supportive, kept
me completely up to date with her progress and supported both me and her the whole way through. My youngest has an amazing connection with the staff and the bond between him and his key worker is wonderful. Again, constant updated and support. I would highly recommend Busy Bees. The only thing that my kids struggle with is the menu, on some occasions, my kids have refused to eat what is served and the only alternative offered is bread and butter. I fully support trying to encourage healthier meals but I know for a fact my kids will at least try the meals and refuse.

Job Title: Centre Director Joined: 2013

Hello, I am Emma and am the Centre Director for Maidstone Hospital.

I have been working at Busy Bees since May 2013 and have supported a number of settings. I was the Centre Director at Brompton until August 2021 when we achieved an 'Outstanding' Judgement with Ofsted in January 2019.

I have moved across to Maidstone Hospital to embark on a new venture which I am very excited about.

I have a level 4 in childcare and management and have been in a managerial role across other settings since March 2004. I am dedicated, hardworking and very passionate about what I do and love sharing that vision in the setting with the team to ensure the little people we care about and nurture every day are getting the absolute best they deserve.

I have a beautiful daughter who is growing up too fast but makes me proud every day how she copes with her type 1 Diabetes since being diagnosed at the age of 5. It just goes to show the strength and determination these little people have, developing into their own characters which I am proud to be a part of.
