I couldnt rate this nursery higher! My daughter has been going since she was about 6 months old and loves it. She has great attachments with the adults and looks forward to seeing them. Feedback is thorough and they respect decisions from home and replicate in nursery! She continues to develop at nursery and I enjoy seeing the snapshots we get sent of their day!

I'm so glad we chose Busy Bees Trinity Road for our son. Right from day one, all the staff have been warm and welcoming and my son loves going in every day. He always has loads to say when we pick him up and talks about all his friends and the staff regularly at home. It's great getting the updates in the app too, especially what he's been eating through the day.

Overall an amazing nursery!

My son started nursery in July, he only goes one day a week at the moment but all the staff have been amazing with him and I can tell he enjoys it every time. They were so supportive when he first started and continued that throughout. The app is amazing as I can see what he has eaten throughout the day and his nap times. Sometimes he has unsettling days but the staff always contact me to reassure me his ok and what his been doing. They also send me photos sometimes which I love. He just recently moved into the 2-3 room and his new key worker is amazing, in fact, all the staff are. I strongly recommend you send your child to this nursery because it's been the best thing ever for my little boy, his learning so much and as a single mum it's so good for him to interact with new people and he is doing so well.

My eldest (now 8) went to the nursery from 7 months old and loved her time at the nursery and they still welcome her at pick-ups.

I can't fault this nursery. My little girl absolutely loves going to nursery and always tells me how much fun she has had. Her key worker in particular, always gets spoken about at home. I really enjoy that they try lots of different healthy meals and have lots of time outside come rain or sunshine. I would 100% recommend this particular Busy Bees to anyone looking for an amazing nursery for their children! In fact all the staff are incredible and were hugely reassuring when my daughter found it hard to begin with when it came to separation. They always called to reassure me she was just fine and was settled.

All the staff are lovely and welcoming from the very first day.

Both of my children started at Busy Bees, Trinity Road, in September. They are 1 year old and 2 years old. The nursery and staff are warm and welcoming and it didn't take long for the children to settle in with their key worker. The rooms are clean, friendly and engaging and the activities the children do during the day are fun and educational. Both of my children have made good progress overall, particularly in speech and language. I was apprehensive about them starting nursery, but I really didn't need to be, the children love it!

She loves it there, runs off and doesn't look back. Fed well and feels at home. Loves cuddles with three members of staff, well everyone really! Moving this year and in two minds whether to move her nursery, as she loves them so much! Thank you Busy Bees, Trinity Road.

Both my children love the nursery. Great setting, friendly, helpful, caring staff. Very well organised, communication is great, food amazing and most of all the children are happy and well looked after and love to attend.

It has been such a challenging year but this nursery has powered through and delivered the best care and service during such difficult times. Thank you all.

We are very sad to be saying goodbye to the wonderful team at Trinity Road. We could not possibly have chosen a better, more caring and professional nursery for our son and daughter, and will always be grateful for the start the team has given them. Thank you!

I have been very impressed with the steps/measures put in place for the children to return to nursery safely. At first, I was unsure, but now I am glad I did. It is as normal as it can be for the children and great to try and get back to some normality during such a difficult time. The common location weekly via email and the Q&A on Facebook was very helpful and reassuring.

My child had been going to this nursery since she was around 1 year old, she is now in the pre-school and sadly leaving at the end of August. The entire time she has been at this nursery, I have been nothing but impressed and happy with the service they provide. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They’ll do anything they can to make your life a little easier. My child loves going to nursery and has learnt so much from being there as well as making lots of friends. We even moved out of Ashford town but kept her at the nursery as she is so happy there and we have zero complaints. I have often recommended this nursery to friends and family as they are just wonderful, couldn’t be happier with our choice!

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 9 months old and I returned to work, she enjoys her days there and has built relationships with all of the staff. I never need to worry about her once I've dropped her off and know that if I ever need anything I can just give the nursery a quick call and they will always be happy to help.

We are pleased with the safety measures at Trinity Road. Our son has become a confident, carefree and inquisitive individual largely due to the influence of his very capable and caring team of teachers. We will always be grateful for the fantastic start he has been given in life!
