Busy Bees Sevenoaks

We would recommend this nursery to anyone in the area and cannot thank the team enough for looking after the children with such love and care everyday.

My daughter has been at Busybees for 8 months in the foundation class. She absolutely loves coming into nursery every day and has made great friends. The team are all wonderful, really caring and nurturing. My 8 month old twins will be joining when they turn 1 years old and I'm certain they will also have a fantastic experience.

Our little boy started there in November at 9 months and has been happy there ever since. We had a great introduction and felt his settling in sessions worked well. As first time parents we found the tears when we left equally upsetting but the staff reassured us the separation anxiety was normal and gave us updates through the app and told us when he was happy again. It's now been 4 months and he is so happy to be at nursery. He is developing so well and adores the ladies who look after him in the babies room - especially Bridie and we always get a thorough debrief when we collect him. There is a theme each week and he loves learning the songs.The staff are always keen to tell us of any bumps he has and how he is learning how to eat with utensils. Very happy to keep him here.

I have two children at this nursery now, and they both absolutely love it. My first child started back in October 2022 and I had zero reservations about sending my second child there (and will be sending my third!).

The staff are incredible and truly care for the children throughout all the age groups of classes. They can tell me specific details about my girls' personalities and what they enjoy, which is very lovely to hear.

My children continue to learn new skills as they are exposed to new activities and encouraged to develop. The outdoor space is great for the kids and I know they make the most of the fresh air as much as possible.

Happy children who are making friends and learning while doing so - it's great! I highly recommend it.

My child has come such a long way since starting Busy Bees Sevenoaks, she never likes to leave me, even when it's with family, and she used to cry every morning at nursery drop-off but now she just goes in happily ready for her day. She talks about her "school" all the time, things she's done, the staff and her friends. She's so happy and confident and now looks forward to going in. She enjoys all the activities and gets so excited to tell me everything she's done. Her bond with all the staff is amazing and we honestly couldn't be happier. She also loves the food and talks about the chef. She is so very happy at Busy Bees Sevenoaks and I couldn't ask for better.

My son has now been attending Busy Bees for a year now, the progress he has made has been highly noted, his speech, his interaction with others. The nursery workers are so helpful and always reassuring, especially when my little one does not want to go in on a day. They are always on hand when I have questions or worries, really helpful for a parent.

Overall, I’m happy so far and my child is enjoying her time there. Lovely and friendly staff that truly care about children. The room, overall, is clean and has a nice set-up for different activities that take place during the day.

This is a wonderful nursery with excellent levels of care. My daughter absolutely loves it and is thriving. Great communication with parents, wonderful activities and a good range of food. Would definitely recommend.

My son started at Busy Bees when he was 2.5 after his previous nursery closed. It initially took him some time to settle and I was unsure if it was the right place for him, however, after a few months, he had adapted very well. The current staff are wonderful, they are all very friendly and feel more like a family. When my son left recently to start school we were all very sad to say goodbye and he still talks of his time at Busy Bees a lot. It’s extremely clean and organised and I like the warmth the staff have towards the children, always there for a cuddle if needed. There’s a good mix of ages and skills within the team there now and the Manager and Room Leaders are always very cooperative and understanding.

We started the nursery just as our daughter was diagnosed with RETT syndrome and we were devastated but the manager and all the staff have been so brilliant and helpful, always accommodating to our daughter’s special needs and she absolutely loves going there, which gives us great peace of mind knowing she is happy there. The nursery even gave us advice and guidance regarding any help that is out there for disabled children which was greatly appreciated as we were completely lost at the beginning. Just want to say thanks so much for all their help.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Busy Bees for anyone looking for an outstanding nursery for their little ones!

Great healthy meals, look after my son so well. They are so loving and I really appreciate the attention to detail provided in feeding back to us about his day. Very good communication about any bumps or accidents had with courtesy calls.

Ever since our daughter started at Busy Bees she has been receiving amazing care. The staff were very flexible to help us settle her in gradually, slowly and in just a week, she was already walking into the nursery quite happy. Everyone is super friendly, nice, attentive and everyone knows her well, not only her key worker but all staff have got to know her. It is a wonderful place for her - full of activities that combine creativity, reading and outdoor activities. Our daughter has got so much better at speaking English (she speaks Spanish at home).

We are very pleased with our child's attendance at Busy Bees in Sevenoaks. The staff always take time to talk to us about our son's day. Dietary requirements are followed and our son loves his time there. The staff have a good connection with the parents and have been very helpful and flexible with us through some difficult times.

Our boys are really happy at the nursery and that’s the main thing from my point of view. I think this is mainly due to the caring atmosphere, the friendliness and caring nature of the staff and the opportunities for play along with interaction with their peers. We are always all welcomed by a friendly face and any concerns or feedback is welcomed and acted on. We’ve always been happy with Busy Bees Sevenoaks and will continue to send our boys there until school.

My children have been with Busy Bees for 2 years and the care that they have received throughout this time has been outstanding. They have had a number of carers during this time but they have all been excellent, both at caring for the children as well as helping them developmentally. Also, management have been proactive and visionary in constantly improving the nursery, maintaining high standards and most especially, dealing with the covid crisis swiftly, efficiently and intelligently. Nowhere is perfect and the only small, adverse comment to note is that on some occasions (very few though they've been!) messages given to staff are not always passed on to other staff but having said that, once highlighted, this is always rectified immediately. It's a testament to the nursery that this is the only criticism I can find. Overall, it's evident that all staff have the welfare of the children as the highest priority and their experience and professionalism is always exemplary.
