I started my 2 year old son at this nursery due to a house move. After reading all the great reviews I and seeing the nursery I was confident that it would be a great place for him to be. However, my son would cry every time I dropped off which I understand can be due to numerous factors not to do
with the nursery specifically. My son is a vegetarian and I was expected to complete a lengthly form stating all his information which I did however clearly no one reads it. In the space of less than 2 months he was fed non vegetarian foods on 3 occassions. I was informed that it was inputted wrong on the food diary but 3 times does not seem to be a simple error. I felt I was being lied too and after reassuring it would never happen again, it did and was fed the same story.
I was sold that more dates would become available in the next month or so when signing up however I have been on the waiting list now for 3 months and there is no urgency or care. Would not recommend, disappointed.

My daughter has been part of the Busy Bees family for the past two years, starting in Bumbles and progressing through to the Buzz preschool room. Throughout her time at nursery, she has always felt happy, settled, and excited to attend - a true reflection of the warm and welcoming environment created
by the staff.
Communication from the team has been consistently excellent. I've always felt well-informed about my daughter's progress and the variety of engaging activities planned each day. The staff take great care in creating fun, purposeful learning opportunities, and I've especially appreciated how supportive and encouraging they've been with my daughter's development - particularly around mealtimes. For a long time, my daughter didn't eat lunch at nursery, but thanks to the team's patience and encouragement, she has recently started trying and enjoying her meals - a big milestone for her!
Now, my daughter prepares for her next big step into school, I'm truly grateful to Busy Bee a BIG THANK YOU !

My daughter has been in the preschool room for 15 months. What started as a positive experience quickly turned incredibly negative, so much so that it could have had a huge impact on our family. We looked at another nursery and at the same time met with management to make a complaint. Their reassurances
convinced us to give it another try. Oh my goodness, their actions dealing with our complaint, coupled with several staff and management changes have completely changed our views! Our daughter is now absolutely thriving! The manager has been brilliant as manager, and another member of staff is a godsend! For anyone who has reservations after hearing anything negative, then please do visit as it is like a different nursery to even 6 months ago!

My son is in the preschoolers room. He was very shy when first starting but now his confidence is shining. He says every morning how he's so happy to be going to nursery and that's all down to the amazing staff. They've helped him develop into such a beautiful little boy. The communication between the
staff and myself is brilliant so we can all be working together.

Staff are fantastic. They were so patient with our child whilst he was settling in. They show a genuine interest in his hobbies and home life.
The nursery is always clean and the activities they provide are excellent!
We love that they offer extracurriculars such as football and sensory music classes.

Worst ever management of a nursery. A very well-established branches across the UK but very poor management. It almost changed and I regret I wasted so much time of my son and my hard-earned money. Nursery failed to provide a happy and child-friendly environment. From opening a nursery door for parents
to awful meal planning to failure to upload and update parents. A nursery where they failed to even know your child's last day and you have to remind them. Parents who are working and couldn't find a space are happy. Awful nursery and Ofsted rating showed. Poor staff experience and ill-organised.

Our little boy has been at the nursery for 1 year and his development has been fab. He is always happy to go to the nursery and enjoys his time there.
Though we previously noticed a dip in the quality of care and attention this has changed substantially in the last month with staff taking a more active

We have been at the nursery since the beginning of February. My daughter has settled in amazingly, the staff are very friendly and have listened to all our needs. My daughter get the opportunity to partake in many different activities and always has an amazing day.

Very friendly and professional staff. The place is very clean, lots of toys, a big outdoor playground. Very good location. Very safe for kids in any age group.

Overall really impressed with Busy Bees Addlestone, this has been our first experience working with a nursery for our son and the process couldn’t have been easier. Settling went really quickly, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this setting to others.
