Busy Bees Epsom

The staff always let me know in detail how he’s been, what he’s eaten etc. Friendly atmosphere. The staff are so lovely and show him so much care and attention which makes me feel ok about leaving him.

Busy Bees is the best nursery you could send to your child to, they go above and beyond and do anything asked of them. My child has severe allergies and I will never move him due to the prompt action they took to make the nursery environment safe for him, kids come first and I could not recommend them enough.

I recommend the nursery. Very nice teachers, they teach children. My child has learned a lot. Lots of fun-themed parties. Very helpful staff, answers all my questions. Meals in nursery are delicious, which my fussy eater likes. Contact with the nursery is easy.

Lovely to see my toddler happily trotting in for his sessions at the nursery. The staff are polite and chatty and always happy to update me on the days going's on. Since joining in September of last year the team have made my transition back to work much less stressful.

Clean and new activities set up at the end of each day.

My son is in the preschool room and it is well equipped with lots of toys to play with and different activity tables as well as the addition of having access to the garden area throughout the day which my son loves. More recently, the teacher has returned from maternity leave and since her being there I can see my son has taken more interest in learning numbers and studying the letters in books. They covered the theme about the solar system and my son has taken a real interest in this to the point where he saw a book in the library which the teacher had read to them in preschool - so he also had to get it too to read at home. I hope he will have the same positive experience for when he starts school in September.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery, the staff are extremely caring and make the effort to know every child. The manager has always been very efficient and helpful when needed too.

All staff at the nursery love their jobs and genuinely care about my daughter. They are great at communicating on pick-up. They are always approachable should you need anything. We will be sad to leave when we move on to primary school.

My son goes to nursery 3 days a week and although he often gets emotional arriving, he always has the best time while being there. The staff in preschool are all really lovely and genuinely care about the children. I love that there is fun being had and equally it is evident that they are learning and preparing for school too.

My children have been at Busy Bees since 2019 and my daughter thrived at the nursery, having been there from the baby room through to pre-school. The staff are kind and supportive. Whenever I have had any minor concerns, these have been addressed by the centre director quickly and professionally and have always been resolved. Currently, the staff in the Hippo room are fantastic and my youngest child really enjoys being there with the staff and friends he has made at the nursery.

Very nice nursery, that has just been refurbished. The staff are really lovely too. The little one I collect really likes it there. The meals are all freshly cooked on site. All good.

Our son is pleased with the nursery. As his mum, every time I have a complaint or don't feel pleased with something, the staff are accommodating and open to making good changes for my son's wellbeing. I believe the facilities could be bigger, but still good and great garden!

Very good staff who took care of my little daughter, who needed more attention. Great food suitable for children, also suitable for children with allergies. Every day something different. Large garden, children spend a lot of time outdoors.

At the phone call meeting with the management discussing my concerns today, instead of being empathetic the deputy manager was very defensive and made me even more angry. When I mentioned that if they refund me the remaining sessions when my daughter is not attending in September, I would be less unhappy, the deputy manager immediately accused me that I only care about money, not children's safety. Left me speechless.

Our daughter has been attending the nursery for over two years now, from the baby room to now pre-school and absolutely loves it. All the staff are so friendly and kind and you can tell they genuinely care for the children they look after. Our daughter is always happy when it’s a nursery day, the setting and activities have given her so much confidence. We would highly recommend Busy Bees at Epsom to anyone looking for childcare in Epsom and have recommended it to several friends and neighbours.

Our daughter has been in this nursery since she was 10 months old. Initially, I was quite apprehensive of leaving her, albeit for only 1 day a week. I needn't have worried as she absolutely loves her time in nursery. She is still in the baby room but the staff are lovely and very attentive to her needs. She always comes home really happy and I know she's done a variety of activities each day to stimulate her development.

I have no reservations about leaving my daughter in the care of this nursery and would recommend it to other families living in the Epsom area.

All the staff at this nursery are friendly, caring and kind. Our child has been attending for 2 years now and absolutely loves it. The standard of learning in preschool is fabulous, every day coming home with new projects or sheets they’ve completed. They are always encouraging being active, eating healthy and good manners. The admin team are great and very supporting and understanding.

Busy Bees at Epsom has been a wonderful place for my daughter for the last 3 years. The staff are caring and friendly, they really do look after your children as if they are their own. During lockdown they have made the children feel safe even having birthday parties for them when the rest of the world has been challenged. Highly recommended!
