Busy Bees, Egham are fantastic! So far our little one has been there a year and has several allergies. They look after them so well and ensure red plates and 1:1s at all times throughout meals.
The meals are always catered for allergies too.
When there has been a reaction, they were so quick to give the medication and call us.
The communication is always great and clear.
There is always so much variety in the activities they do, the pictures are so heart melting and reassure us what a great day they're having!
Initially it was difficult for us to let go but we needed to go to work, the staff there made us all feel so welcome and nothing was ever to much trouble.

We are very thankful for the hard work all of the staff do for our little one and would recommend this nursery to anyone!

So happy we decided to move to Busy Bees. Our son was 2 when he started. Staff were all friendly and personable. Our son loved his transition. Every day we get a 1:1 personalised debrief of his day and staff want to hear from us what he likes to do, what techniques work etc. They have also given us some good tips.
He quickly moved upstairs to preschool when he turned 3. Again, his transition was seamless. He loves his key workers who continue to provide a personalised service.

The back office is very organised and communications are seamless. I'm struggling to think of a way this nursery could improve.

Our son loves the nursery! He runs in excited in the morning and leaves a happy little boy. The staff take great care of him and are very knowledgeable about his day and also take a keen interest in his general development. The staff are also proactive in coming up with ideas to help him progress further. The staff are approachable and kind, keeping us informed of any issues promptly, and giving us peace of mind when he is there. Covid-19 has stopped us from visiting. The internal areas are warm and inviting, offering lots of activities for the children. The outdoor facilities also look good and offer a variety of activities. We are satisfied that the setting offers good value for money.

Our son is in the 0-2 room at Egham Busy Bees. Since attending, we have seen a massive positive change in him. Being a lockdown baby, he was pretty sheltered in his first year, so attending nursery has definitely aided his social skills and confidence. His vocabulary and word skills have improved greatly during this past year. The feedback and advice on development from staff is great. We always feel confident when we drop him off, that he will be well looked after and cared for. The staff are excellent and you can tell they really care about each child, individually.

We have been nothing but impressed with Egham, Busy Bees. Our son loves every day that he attends. We get regular, thorough updates and we always feel that our son is genuinely loved and cared for by all the staff. Our son has developed into a lovely, kind, sweet little boy which we definitely credit this in part to his key workers. The staff work with us to ensure he develops in the best way possible

I've had a brilliant experience with this nursery. The staff are massively supportive when settling in or any time you're dropping off an upset child. They also give detailed updates along with updating the app regularly. If I need advice they help and will support me throughout. So grateful for these girls!

Busy Bees at Egham have provided our daughter with an outstanding start in life. She has been attending for 2 years and has grown in confidence and loves her time at nursery. The food is excellent, the activities varied and engaging and the staff are incredible. They genuinely care and do everything they can to develop and care for the children. We couldn't ask for anything more.

My daughter has been going to Busy Bees at Egham for over eighteen months and we are really happy with the quality of care we have seen. The settling process was very well managed and you could tell they do it all the time and anticipated our needs and worries. The staff were so proactive when we were potty training her and took on a lot of the training and encouraging.

Amazing!! The staff are absolutely brilliant with my little girl and were amazing settling her into the nursery. The garden is brilliant as the kiddies can play out there all year round and the room is always set out lovely for them. I get pictures throughout my daughters day and it’s lovely to see her smiling and enjoying mixing with other children throughout the door. I cannot fault the nursery for anything as they are always up to date and on the bull with things. Would definitely recommend you to send you little ones here! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since being here. Thank you, everyone, at Egham nursery your amazing!

The Egham Nursery is a lovely and spacious nursery. The management are lovely and always smiling no matter what time of day I come to collect or drop off my child. The staff within the rooms are enthusiastic, smiley and always happy to help. Transitioning to another room is helpful and easy, allowing parents to meet with staff in advance. I was taken to see my child's next room and spoken to by his new key person, who reassured me he would be absolutely fine! Which he was! I'm always happy with feedback given at the end of the day. My child absolutely loves playing in the garden, he enjoys riding the scooters and playing in the sandpit with his friends. I have received many lovely photos sent home to me via ParentZona app. I am updated throughout the day with notifications regarding food, sleep and nappies. I could not recommend a better nursery for your child to attend! The Egham Nursery has made nursery experiences for my child and family enjoyable and I cannot thank them enough!

The Egham Nursery and Preschool Academy have always gone the extra mile to make sure that my son is happy when coming into nursery. All of the staff at the nursery go that extra mile when it comes to the children's needs. The staff are always really welcoming and nothing is ever too much work. The nursery itself is very clean and whenever I go into the building the children are always engaged and engrossed in the activities provided. The management team are always very welcoming and understanding and will always try to accommodate where possible. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone.

We moved to Preschool as I went for maternity and wanted to keep her local.
Our kid didn’t have a peg for 2 months. She asked why she doesn’t have one like other kids.
The way parents are informed about illnesses needs improvement. When I was pregnant there was chickenpox in the nursery and no one told us about it - our kid got it the day our son was born. When we asked why we weren’t informed as it is dangerous for pregnant and new-borns we heard: there is an information on one of the boards. That’s not enough.
The update is poor - you get: She had a good day, they were in the garden. If you are not lucky: sorry I wasn’t here in the morning.
There are too many kids in preschool and not enough personal touch and facilities.
The last thing which matters to me is smoking by staff. People can do whatever they want during lunch break, but it is not right to me when I saw members of the staff smoking in public and my daughter was asking me: what is the lady doing?

After 3 months we moved her back.

I looked at lots of nurseries when choosing where to send my son but I knew as soon as I visited, that this was where I would send him and we've been so happy with the decision.

My son is very settled and happy at the nursery. He started in the baby room and is now in 2-3. The staff are what makes this nursery, all very friendly and professional. I wouldn't send my children anywhere else!

My son transferred to the Egham Nursery (from a different nursery) when he was a year old. It took him just a few days to settle, and even though he would sometimes cry when he was dropped off, he was always happy when he was picked up. For me, that was the biggest sign that he was well looked after.

Since then he has grown in confidence and has learnt many new skills and activities. The staff have been supportive throughout, and have always been flexible and accommodating. For example, we were on holiday around the time my son was due to transfer to a new class, but in order to maintain stability and ensure he was ready, he had a much longer transition period and he only moved when he was fully settled. The nursery is very well equipped with a variety of toys and activities and the outdoor play area is spacious and the children are always well supervised. I have already recommended this nursery to friends and thank all the staff and management for everything they do for the children.

Busy Bees has been a truly lovely experience for our children. Our daughter and son started at a very young age and have loved it from day one. The staff are wonderful with the children and we never have a worry about the care our children are in.

From the minute you walk in the staff are so upbeat and happy. They really care about the children and their needs. We absolutely love it.

The Egham Nursery was the best decision I made for my daughter.
I moved her to this nursery just before her first birthday and her development has been unbelievable.
The staff are incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to care for each and every child. Any member of staff that I speak to knows my daughter and what she is working towards.
I feel very confident in leaving my daughter at Nursery and she even calls it the “party”.

I would highly recommend this nursery and pre-school to anybody. The activities my daughter gets involved in are way beyond anything that I could offer at home - I am truly grateful for all they do.

My son joined The Egham Nursery & Pre-School Academy at 27 months and he has now progressed into the Pre-school. I am very happy that we chose this nursery as it offers a safe, clean, welcoming, friendly and caring environment for him to learn and play. The rooms are large and full of quality resources and there is a lovely garden filled with bikes and scooters and other toys. My son has communication difficulties and the staff have been very supportive with this issue as we work together to try to progress his speech and development. We also have access to a health visitor, hairdresser and a sports club while at nursery; my son really enjoys his time here and I'm confident that he is well cared for. I have recommended this nursery to friends and would highly recommend it to others too.
