Busy Bees Camberley

Busy Bees in Camberley - Our child became very anxious, cried daily about attending, and described being made to lie on the floor in silence and being shouted at or roughly handled by staff. We found some staff communication rude and unhelpful, frequent temporary staff with language barriers, poor hygiene. Drop-offs and pick-ups felt secretive, with blinds closed and children discouraged from going to their parents. Although the new branch director is trying to improve things, serious issues remain. Our biggest regret is not leaving sooner, I hope these issues are thoroughly investigated as this setting should not be allowed to continue to operate in this state.

My son been at Busy Bees Camberley for the past 3 years and it's been an amazing adventure with lots of fun, growth and development. I cannot thank enough for all the love, kindness and dedication all staff put into my son's early years education and preparation for Reception. I highly recommend Busy Bees for all services they provide from education to nutritious meals, care, compassion and support.

The staff really make this place special and I can honestly highly recommend this nursery.

The staff at this nursery are incredibly friendly, always greeting us with a happy smile and positivity. This is our first time using a nursery, and the team has been extremely kind and helpful during the settling-in process. They are always available to address any concerns or worries, making us feel at ease. Overall, a wonderful nursery experience!

Busybees is definitely the nursery for us. We would feel our daughter would be safe and well looked after here!

Lovely nursery, friendly and capable staff. Very happy! Both of my children have been at Busy Bees since 12 months plus. They love it and have developed into confident, kind and happy children. Cannot recommend enough!

My son started with Busy Bees when he was only just 6 months old I was so worried knowing how small he was and that I couldn't be there as I was returning back to work early on. From the moment I walked into the building, the team made me feel welcome and comfortable just from settling in sessions getting to know my son and understanding his routine at home and not wanting him to rush to change him over to their routine which really put me at ease knowing when his bottles were needed and his comforters that he has. From that moment I knew my baby was safe and secure and moving on he's been there for over 2 months now he is learning so much and shining daily. I can't thank the girls at Busy Bees Camberley for looking after my baby and protecting him every time he is there. From photos to observation and beautiful handovers in the evening from his key worker and key buddy within his room and doing activities that can't be done at home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our little boy has been at Busy Bees since September 2023! From when he started up until now, we have seen a massive in increase in all areas of his development. All of the teachers are brilliant at communicating when doing a handover. The app is updated regularly which we really like so we can track how our boy’s day is going. Everyone at Busy Bees is so welcoming, friendly and engaging. We would love to thank everyone who has been involved in looking after our little boy, as time has gone on he has become more and more excited every time we arrive at nursery. Would recommend Busy Bees to any parent who is looking to put their child into nursery. Well done to all at Busy Bees and a massive thank you from us (first time parents).

Great nursery, my boy has been here since the age of 1 and is now 3. He loves all the staff (his adults!) who are all super friendly and have helped him develop into an outgoing, happy boy. There is a good mix of activities that they do every day and he looks forward to going in and seeing his friends! Highly recommend the team and nursery.

We had a vague idea of what to expect from the nursery experience but our expectations have been exceeded time and time again.

Two key development areas we would like to suggest, strategic planning in the form of a monthly events calendar so we as working parents can plan. And, being informed through discussion of transitioning to the next class; sometimes it appears to be unorganised which causes frustrations and confusion for our son.

The staff are kind and gentle and support his development. From an admin perspective, I have felt very supported when I have wanted to swap days or put him in for additional days. He eats a variety of healthy foods I wouldn't have the time to make him every day at home. He sleeps well and has built some lovely relationships with both the staff and other children. I'm delighted with how he has integrated into nursery life so seamlessly. Thank you!

Pre-school has a structured but fun approach to learning and I can see my daughter's progress since she moved up there. My son's experience definitely prepared him well for school and he is thriving in year 1 now.

My son has been going to Busy Bees Camberley for over 2 years now and he absolutely loves it there. He runs in super excited every day. He knows all the staff and they all know him. It's like a little family away from home, which is exactly what I want for him. He feels safe, listened to and cared for. The facilities are wonderful, the staff are incredible and I really couldn't recommend this nursery enough. Really impressed! Thank you Busy Bees Camberley for everything!

I love the behaviour of the teachers with the kids! They respect the kids and they are very friendly. Very attentive teachers they look after the kids well. For example, today my child was put on a sweater because he was cold in his face. The personnel are very creative so they do a lot of things indoors and outdoors with the kids which fits the age group and development stage. We are very happy with the Busy Bees team at Camberley.

Thank you everyone working at Busy Bees Camberley for your hard work, always committed to providing a fantastic and caring environment for our little ones! The two amazing managers have been open and helpful to all my requests and tried to accommodate all needs as much as possible. My older daughter who started school last September remembers everyone at Busy Bees and is asking to go and visit and my youngest daughter is so happy to go and spend time there. Thank you millions! You are all amazing in everything you do!

Highly recommend this nursery. The staff are so friendly and amazing. My little one (23 months old) is going for about 6 months now and he loves his key worker, other staff, the garden and the activities they do every day. He wasn't talking, not making eye-to-contact and wasn't even responding to his name, the team made a lot of effort to improve his social and interactive skills but now he is non-stop talking and repeats the word whatever we say. And we have always found him happy moving around and during the end of the day. They act proactively and tries to sort out the issues which is highly appreciable. Special mention to every single staff member. Thank you team you all are doing a great job!

We have been here for some time from another country and our son goes to Busy Bees in Camberley. The support we have received and continue to receive during the admission, settling in and with the application forms has helped us. The monitoring via the app works great and the staff are always responsive to parents' requests! I would recommend this nursery at any time. Thank you so much!

My daughter has attended Busy Bees Camberley nursery since she was 5 months old, she is now 3 and a half and is currently in the preschool room. She loves coming to nursery to see her adults and peers within the room. She has grown up into a lovely little girl who has the biggest heart. And it’s thanks to the girls at this centre for helping and supporting my daughter.
