Staff is absolutely amazing. They went out of their way to help my children settle in. They were so caring and sensitive to my children's needs. On the learning side there were lots of activities which stimulated children's imagination.

Overall Experience

Pleased with the progress my son has made in the babies room. Very supportive and patient practitioners, who make the experience easier for us as parents, knowing our children are in good hands. Updates are sent frequently to reassure us and keep us posted with our child's day. Also content with the frequency of stay and play sessions, which allow us to experience our children in their happy places. Thanks again to the team for everything.

Overall Experience
Just all around excellent care for our little boy.
He's always been happy and curious but he's becoming even more so since he started.
He started at six months old and the staff at nursery are like his second family now.
It's such a pleasure handing him over and knowing that he will be fine.
Bruce loves you all!

A special mention to Kelly who is amazing as his key worker and to Caitlyn who is just wonderful (although we do love you all!)

Overall Experience

Kids planet nursery has been great for my son. When he first joined nursery he was non-verbal but the girls still really tried their best to communicate with him. Since he started he now talks and the girls at nursery were just as excited as me and my partner were. Vicky has been amazing, she really helped him with going into nursery in the morning and the transition from home to nursery. I personally think all the girls are fab and genuinely do want the best for all the children. Special mention for the sendco Danielle too she's done anything and everything she possibly can for my boy.

We've just come to the end of our journey with Kids Planet Sale after putting both of our children through the nursery, and we've had a wonderful experience from start to finish.
It's clear to see the genuine love, care and dedication that all of the staff have for the children. They've made fantastic use of the outdoor space and, during the warmer months, the children spend as much time outside as possible, which has been brilliant.
The food has always been excellent, with a focus on fresh, healthy meals. The slice of fruit handed out at pick-up each day is such a lovely touch too!
A huge thank you to all of the staff for helping to shape our children's early years and giving them such a happy, nurturing start.

We would highly recommend Kids Planet Sale to any parent looking for a caring and supportive nursery

Overall Experience
A warm, friendly and professional environment. Due care taken by Management to get to know parents and all children including personality, characteristics and individual child milestones.
Team employees show care, comfort and enjoyment of assisting and supporting with learning and development, spending time with the planning and delivery of fun, focused activities.
Kitchen employees take care to plan weekly menus with food made daily on site and available for parents to see ahead of the the week to assist with home planning.

This nursery is warm, engaging and applies a personal and professional approach.

I have my daughter and son at kids planet nursery/ preschool. They absolutely love it. They been always well entertained and looked after. They made a lots of friends. My daughter always had the full support from the teachers. I'm absolutely happy very friendly and helpful teachers

Overall Experience

We are extremely happy with this nursery. Our daughter settled in brilliantly and absolutely loves attending. It's been wonderful to see how much she has developed and the key skills she's gained since starting. The communication from the team is fantastic, and we love the app for the regular updates, photos and observations on how she's getting on. We couldn't be happier with the care she receives and will be sending our son here in six months too. Thank you to all the staff!

My son Enzo has been going since April and honestly he loves it! I never have to worry about if he's having a good time because they always have activities planned. I love seeing how he's developing on the app and what he gets up to in his day. The staff are so friendly and bond with the children so quickly, as soon as we arrive he's already reaching for someone! Such a calm, clean and friendly environment too. I recommend to all my mum-to-be friends.

My little girl has attended this nursery for 2.5 years. Compared to other nurseries we visited, we felt that this nursery had so much more space, indoor and outdoor. Children have plenty of room to play. The staff are attentive and great at communicating. We have also been extremely grateful for the support we have received with our little one's SEND diagnosis. As she moves to reception, we feel she has made great progress thanks to the team at George Eliot. Thanks to you all.

Absolutely brilliant nursery! My little girl has been there almost a year now and she loves going! Every morning she runs to the breakfast table, the staff are absolutely lovely and genuinely care about your little ones. I get regular updates on what she's doing, often with pictures and a story, when you're working this is so nice to see!

The food offered is all fresh, they have an onsite cook and fresh fruit is always offered.

My son has attended for the last 3 years and has been treated like one of their own. He loves nursery and will miss all the staff when he goes. Staff are very focused on building relationships with the children and providing the highest standard of care. They also work with the parents and make life that little bit easier. Previous nursery just did not compare.

I love how efficient the managers are. They are attentive to my little boys needs with him being a bit poorly and slightly behind developmentally due to that. They cater to his dairy intolerance. They spend really good quality time with him throughout the day (as seen on the app). The setting is always clean and in order- I know this isn't always possible with so many children but they ensure they have the staff to watch the children and keep the setting fresh.

My daughter has attended kids planet Clarence since Jan 25 and has loved every single session , the staff are so attentive and understanding with my child , sometimes she isn't the easiest of kids to look after but they're always so patient with her , when she started nursery she couldn't speak a word and within a few months of nursery her speech improved so much she was finally meeting all her milestones , my child is always so happy to attend nursery she looks forward to it and on pick up she's always full of smiles so I know she's had a good day :) , the staff are amazing and so helpful , I'm always instantly told about accidents & I'm always told what she's eaten in a day and how much of the meal she's eaten, this nursery is such a lovely place you can tell the staff really care for all the children in their care and I wouldn't want my child to go anywhere else :)

My child has thrived wonderfully at this nursery. The staff are exceptionally kind, warm, and professional, making every drop-off easy and reassuring. The engaging daily activities and lovely outdoor play spaces provide a fantastic foundation. I could not ask for a more nurturing, safe, and supportive place for my boy to learn grow build friendships and build trust with all the staff, my little boy has made many memories here at kids planet and I will continue to recommend kids planet to family and friends

My daughters graduation was completely ruined. There was no pictures of her anywhere and no bag for her but every single other child had pictures and a bag made up. I was informed they didnt know she was attending even though multiple staff members were informed she was leaving and I even asked 1 week before graduation what time it was and I emailed asking the same question. I am not sure why it never clicked to anyone that I would ask about graduation if I didnt intend to go the only reason why I would ask about it if my child was going.

If I wasn't blocked in by all the cars I would not of stayed for it. My child was just an after thought and when I am clearly upset the manager is asking me what she can do about it and told me she would put pictures up and they were still not put up. They ruined the whole experience.

Such an amazing nursery. They have really helped my son come on leaps and bounds. They really do love and care for each child like their own. Even when he moved rooms old members of staff still chat to us and care about how he's doing. Will definitely be putting my little girl in once I go back to work. Highly recommend this nursery.
