Since our son started in September, Kids planet have been amazing at making sure he was settled and happy. He loves attending nursery and has really great bonds with all of the team members in his room. We get regular updates from them about what he has been getting up to and feel that they really know
our son. They are always willing to help and answer any questions we have.
The setting is immaculate! So clean and tidy, with beautiful toys and resources for the children to play with. The selling point for us was the indoor garden.

My daughter has been at Kids Planet Burgess Hill for nearly a year since she was 10 months old and every person there has been so kind and caring to her, and friendly to me. They have always been very professional and I feel that she is safe and happy. She loves her days with her little friends and
doing so many activities. I love getting updates on everything she does via the app. The indoor/outdoor garden is a particular asset - great she can spend time getting fresh air and exercise there. They seem very good at promoting her early years education and development, and at informing me about her progress.

Very poor communication and unfortunately lost confidence in management team and withdrew our child. Sensory room closed without notification to parents to allow another room of children. Staff seem overwhelmed and overstretched. Lots of training needed, as agreed by area managers.

The nursery staff are extremely attentive and my daughter looks forward to and enjoys her days at the nursery. They encourage her to participate and her vocabulary and interactions in general have improved dramatically since she started here. The management team are open, honest and friendly.

Since moving up to older babies we have found ours/our daughters experience to be so much more positive. The girls are so thoughtful, and call to update if drop off didn't go well. They are very nurturing to our daughters and have really helped her to settle. We originally weren't thrilled when she
was I. Younger babies, but the older babies staff and new management have changed our minds completely.

Everyone seems to know my little ones name even though she is not in their rooms
They have created a very safe fun space for my daughter to learn and thrive
She has picked up so many skills, and the staff know her so well they can tell when she is a little under the weather
or needs a little more attention. She is very independent since joining nursery, and there always seems to be new toys and activities for our little ones. Thank you all

As a new parent, sending my now one-year-old to nursery was a significant transition for our family, which started last October.
We have been impressed by the warm and welcoming environment created by the team. Each member is not only incredibly professional but also genuinely caring. My son has created
a strong bond with his key worker as well.
The level of attention and care they provide has truly eased my worries as a parent. I feel reassured knowing that he is in such capable hands. The team goes above and beyond to create a nurturing environment where he can explore, learn, and grow with other children.
I am forever grateful for the positive impact this nursery has had on his development.
Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and for making this transition a positive experience for our family. We couldn't be happier with our choice, and I highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe and loving environment for their little ones.

My daughter has recently moved rooms and was struggling with settling into a new environment. The staff were amazing and suggested creating a photo book of all of her favourite people. This really helped her and she is now absolutely loving her new room and really enjoys going to nursery.

Really pleased with the care and social development our daughter is receiving here. Perfect Start Day nursery Horsham and their lovely staff have gone above and beyond taking care of our little one. Our boy has gone to the nursery since he was one and now he is 3 in preschool. Our boy has special needs that would have gone completely under the radar if the nursery hadn't noticed them!
They supported us through this journey and have made every referral possible to get him seen and sorted. He feels very loved and secure in his classes and he adores his carers. We absolutely love and recommend Perfect Start Nursery at Horsham!

My child was in the baby room since March and loves her carers, specially her key worker. She would run to them every morning for a cuddle, and she loved playing and dancing and exploring. She has always been so happy to go to her class, it made going back to work so easy for me. They are lovely, caring,
warm and sweet ladies. She has now transitioned to the toddler room and they have made sure it was a gradual process for my child.

I was nervous for my little boy to start nursery, only being 10 months, but I was instantly filled with confidence when I saw how happy he was and how much he enjoyed spending the time with staff and enjoying the varied activities. Staff know him well and give a very thorough handover at the end of
the day. They know the children really well and everyone in the baby room seems content. All the staff have been so lovely, from the management to the baby room staff. They all do an amazing job. My son's reports are regularly updated so I can see his progress. He is always happy to be left in the care of his key worker and all the other staff members in the room. When collecting him, he's always busy engaging in an activity or having a cuddle with staff which as a parent is so lovely to see. We love them so much we've already signed up our unborn baby there! I cannot recommend enough.

My daughter has attended Perfect Start for six months now and we are very impressed with the facilities and level of care. She has so much fun there and the staff are lovely and very good with sharing info at the end of each day. Our daughter fell ill one day when she was at nursery and required an
ambulance and the staff and managers were incredible at looking after her until we arrived. Would (and have) recommend Perfect Start to anyone. No complaints from us.
