Overall Experience

Our son has attended the nursery for over a year and he still loves it, he looks forward to nursery everyday and that speaks volumes to us, that's the biggest perk that he enjoys it.

I think it all comes down to the staff, each member of staff is amazing and extremely supportive to staff and the

children. Us as parents and our child think very highly of every one of them.

The facilities there are great and the garden is huge, really good for children to play and explore all year round. The nursery document his meals and he eats better than we do, varied meals with a good balanced diet.

We did have issues with billing, days / times that we preferred however thanks to the integrity of a staff member this was resolved, giving more trust in us picking the right nursery for our child.

Our son comes home with a smile everyday so I couldn't ask for anything more, a big thank you to every member of staff from the parents of Oliver. We really appreciate you. Highly recommended nursery !

Overall Experience

Both of our daughters have attended this nursery and we are thrilled that they have - such a welcoming and inclusive environment for children and parents alike, with so much feedback given to parents on a daily basis - it has a real "family" feel to it and we love it!

Overall Experience

I couldn't be happier with the care and attention my daughter receives at this nursery. One of the things I appreciate most is the wide range of activities they provide - from creative crafts and sensory play to outdoor exploration and group games, there is always something new and exciting for the

children to enjoy.
What really stands out is how the staff take the time to notice what my daughter is particularly interested in and then encourage her to explore those areas further. She always comes home excited to tell me about what she's been doing, and it's wonderful to see her growing in confidence and developing new skills while having so much fun.
It's reassuring to know she's in such a nurturing environment where her individuality is valued and her curiosity is supported. I'm so grateful to the team for making learning such an engaging and joyful experience for her.

Overall Experience

The staff are wonderful and the nursery, we couldn't be happier with. Our son has developed massively and been catered for so well in education, confidence, physically and behaviour.
The facility is always spotless (and for a nursery this is outstanding) and the staff are so encouraging that all the

kids are challenged and involved.
A side note is that I have always joked that my son eats better than me when he is offered a massive varied menu and, for a picky eater, hearing all the food he's tried (or wolfed down) is magic.
Would strongly recommend to anyone considering this nursery to get at least a look in.

Overall Experience

Wonderful learning environment, always something new and interesting that the children then come home and discuss. The meals and snacks are always a hit too, fuelling them for their next adventure or activity. All the activities are well thought out/adapted to match the age group.

Overall Experience

My child loves attending preschool at Kids Planet. He enjoys playing with his friends and nursery workers with activities he is interested in a natural way. My child has formed brilliant bonds with all the nursery staff he interacts with and they are all so friendly and personable.

Nothing is too much trouble. We love the family app to see what they get up to.

Overall Experience

My eldest attended the nursery from 2021 and my youngest has been there a year so far.
The setting is lovely and the team are fabulous.
I have always valued how child lead they are - whenever an interest is shown , they always build on it with learning and play opportunities. Many of the staff have

been there a long time and I feel they all know each child, it makes for a welcoming and friendly place. It is important to me that I get to hear about my child's day so I really like that they promote this parent relationship by great communication at pick up and drop off. My boys enjoy how much the nursery offers - they can use their imagination, be messy, play outside as much as possible and sing lots of wonderful songs.
From stay and plays, to beautiful graduations, countless baking, crafts and learning experiences- we are so happy we chose this nursery , it has been wonderful for our family.

My third child is currently at Kids Planet Durham and my older two also attended. My daughter absolutely loves going to nursery, she has such a good relationship with the staff, it is so reassuring for us as parents. My daughter talks about the ladies in her room all the time even though she only goes to nursery 2 days a week. We tried a couple of different nurseries but the staff

didn't interact with her half as well and also the rooms were set out differently- mostly plastic toys. We appreciate the rooms are set out at the nursery, creating an opportunity for imaginative play, my daughter responded to this very well. The nursery always seems to provide opportunities for sensory/messy play which my daughter loves. The garden is fantastic, lots of space and well equipped and they go out at least once a day. We are so very grateful that we found this nursery and for the staff who make my daughter's time there so much fun.

Overall Experience

We have been using Kids Planet Durham for over two years now for daycare for our two little ones (1 and 3 years old). Handing your baby over to what are almost complete strangers is one of the most daunting and worrying things any new Mam can do, however I felt completely at ease from day 1. The staff

here absolutely make the place what it is and the experience the children clearly get is amazing. There are too many individuals to name but they're all stars and our two children always come home having had a great day with their little friends, all of which is logged and can be monitored through the app. Thank you to everyone at Kids Planet for nurturing and caring so much for the children, we can't thank you enough.

Overall Experience

We're very pleased with our decision to send our child to Kids Planet High Bank. It wasn't smooth at the start, she was quite emotional in the baby room but she has thrived since. It has brought her on so much and the staff have all been brilliant. We can't speak highly enough of the staff. We love

hearing about all of the activities the children get up to. The only things that could be improved that we can think of are, the app which is being changed and some times we don't hear back about potentially swapping days.

Overall Experience

Kids Planet Durham has been a second home to my daughter since she was 9 months old. She has just left pre-school ready to start reception next week. The staff are what really makes this place special. The genuine care and love they have for the children is amazing. Staff across the whole nursery have

helped foster a love of learning and always encourage process over product/outcome. The curriculum is broad and allows the children to explore a wide range of topics.
Communication is brilliant, I love hearing about the day at pick up and I've always enjoyed stay and plays. The chance to spend some quality time at nursery with my daughter was priceless. It will always have a special place in our hearts.

Overall Experience

Kids Planet Durham is a fantastic day nursery. My child has attended for over 2 years, starting in the toddler room and leaving from pre-school. He has had a great experience the whole time and as parents, we are so happy with the level of care our child has received. The management and staff are exceptional

and are truly caring. There are core members of staff in each room so the children see regular staff every day. The facilities are excellent and the food has also been very good. This nursery goes above and beyond in all areas of the nursery. There is a big playground/garden out the back as well where kids have lots of room to run around. The 15/30 hours of funded childcare can also be spread over 51 weeks which has worked very well for us, ensuring we have care all year round for our children while we both work.
