We love this little nursery for our daughter. All the staff are so nice and welcoming and you always get a really good update through the app during the day but also at collection. Since our daughter has been going here (she started when she was 11 months old and she's now 2 and 3 months), she's come on so much and we know that part of this is because of her surroundings at nursery. We obviously love all the staff but our little girl has taken an extra special likening to Tilly and we often get told on mornings when she's going to nursery that she's 'off to play with Tilly's, which as a parent is so reassuring to hear.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Taking care of childrens and giving them as much education as they could. Very good comunication with parents. Always reporting by app what kid is doing and if something wrong always informing by text message.

I cannot imagine entrusting anyone else with my daughter's education in care in her most important formative years, Kids Planet have got her off to a brilliant start.

My daughter has been in this nursery in the baby room since January and we love it. Shes so extremely settled there now and happy. All the staff in the baby room are brilliant, especially Paula and Sophie. She eats brilliantly there and I love seeing all the little updates on the App of all the different activities she gets upto. I wouldn't want her to go anywhere else!

My son currently attends this nursery and has done since he was 11 months old. The staff go above and beyond, forming great relationships with the children and make them feel at ease. As a a parent I feel well informed and love to hear about his day. I couldn't recommend this nursery enough!

High Bank is a fantastic nursery! Our daughter has been going since 9 months and we have loved it from day 1. The facilities, ethos and staff are all amazing. Our daughter is a shy reserved child and the oatience/support she has been given has been greatly appreciated and beneficial.

A lovely nursery, friendly staff, amazing facilities and happy children. Our little one goes in happy and leaves happy every visit. I feel well informed and the nursery have regular catch ups and events that include the families so we are a part of nursery life.

Activities such as gardening, sports, and French help make the nursery's environment truly unique. They provide enriching experiences that support my children's growth and development, giving them the opportunity to thrive during such an important stage of their lives.

The food is fresh and home cooked and having tasted it personally I can see why my daughter always has seconds. Highly, highly reccomend.

My little boy recently started at Kids Planet High Bank in the babies room and I have been impressed with the facility so far. He settled in really quickly and the staff are really kind and caring, taking the time to get to know him and make sure he is happy and having fun. I love the outdoor space and there's always some fun activity going on to ensure he is learning and developing. I'm really looking forward to watching him grow at High Bank.

I would like to just add the staff are exceptional, caring.

We couldn't be happier with high bank nursery and the care our child receives. Since starting here in 2024, our child has grown so much in confidence, independence, and social skills. The progress we've seen has been amazing, and it's clear how thoughtfully the team supports each child's individual development.

The staff do a wonderful job of teaching key skills through fun, engaging activities, and the nursery places a strong emphasis on outdoor learning. The udeskole approach and the many opportunities to be outside have been fantastic for our child's development, encouraging curiosity, resilience, and a real love for learning in nature.

Our child settled in extremely well and is always happy and eager to attend, which is very reassuring for us as parents. The nursery provides a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment, with excellent communication and a truly dedicated team all staff go a. We would highly recommend this nursery to any family. We have our son joining this year.

We have always been incredibly impressed with the provision offered at High Bank. Since joining in the babies all the way through to the toddlers room I have always felt supported as a parent and that the staff genuinely care about the children. Our son has come out of his shell, is so confident and loves going to nursery. I can't recommend high bank enough!

Communication is good.

My son is loving the weekly football and French lessons as well as visiting the animals on the farm and the recent addition of the tipi preschool classroom. I highly recommend this nursery/preschool.
