Kids Planet Kidderminster

I couldn't recommend kids planet enough if I tried. My little boy has been going since he was 11 months old and he's been in baby room, tots room and now in the toddler room. He's always happy to go in, I feel he is thriving massively in the toddler room and he looks forward to going. He has made loads of friends and feels he learns very well with all the staff. He is thriving and I'm happy I get daily updates with his food, naps and all other aspects. I'm a very happy parent and he's built close relationships with staff.

Both my child and myself love this nursery. He started in babies and is now loving life in toddlers. He looks forward to coming to nursery and always leaves happy which is big plus for us. Every single staff member in toddlers goes above and beyond for my little boy. He loves the activities, food and I love that they take him out to places such as the park. Finally extra special praise for the room leader and the two management girls, you make the whole experience 5 star. We won't be going anywhere else.

I absolutely love this nursery! The staff are incredible - honest, kind, caring and always so helpful. My daughter took a little while to settle in at first, but the team were so patient, supportive and reassuring throughout. Once she settled, she completely blossomed and now gets so excited to go every day and loves seeing all the staff in her room.

It's such a lovely feeling knowing she is happy, well cared for and genuinely enjoys her time there. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they do - I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a caring and nurturing environment for their child.

Staff are always helpful and attentive to my son and make sure they build a good relationship and focus on his interests. They encourage his learning journey and always have time to discuss ways we can continue his learning at home. Food is balanced and there is a variety of meals offered. We love receiving updates on the app. The trips outside of preschool have been brilliant and we feel that our son is very safe and learns lots.

Preschool staff are simply amazing. They are dedicated, nurturing kind individuals that have brought my daughters confidence, social skills and learning so far. Management are helpful, reassuring and efficient and my daughter has had the best experience through her journey from tots to preschool

Friendly and very warm environment. Really has nurtured our little one and helped developed a whole range of his skills from communication and play to social skills and emotional development.

They give us lots of info and are very easy to deal with.

I am incredibly thankful for the way you consistently provide helpful information and work collaboratively with professionals to support his progress. Your care, patience, and understanding mean so much to our family, and we couldn't be more appreciative of everything you do.

Kids Planet Kidderminster has been fantastic with my little one. They are also very helpful as a first time mum and make your little one settle in slowly so it does not get over-whelming for them. my little one loves going to nursery and the staff are fantastic and so welcoming and very helpful. If there is an issue they are quick to let you know and also keep you updated with your little one. They do so much with the little ones and they put so much effort into doing things and its nice to know when i pick My little one up that they have had a busy day. It was lovely that they had Santa come and visit and made Christmas cards and also engage with the the little ones and take them out to feed the ducks along the canal. It sure tires my little one out and he enjoys going. kids planet have been amazing. Also my little one loves their home cooked food and they have different meals each time which is really nice. Thank you to all staff at Kids Planet Kidderminster.

My only feedback is that it would be nice to have a few more updates on the app about what they've been doing during the day. That being said we always get a really lovely handover when I pick him up and the staff take the time to tell me about his day.

It's clear that the whole team really care about the children, and the positive impact it's had on our son already is incredible. We're so grateful to them all!

We couldn't be happier with the support & treatment our son gets at KidsPlanet Kidderminster. He loves going to pre-school, and he has thrived while in their care. The changes in the Nursery setting over the last 6 months have been fantastic, and the kids love it. The staff are super helpful and friendly, and always happy to take time to chat and discuss anything we raise. You have all been amazing, shaping our wee man. Thank you

I would highly recommend this nursery, all staff throughout the nursery have been great with my daughter. Although at times she has struggled to settle into new rooms the staff have been so kind and caring in helping her feel comfortable and nothing is to much trouble. The rooms are always set up with different activities each day and we receive regular updates throughout the day of what she's been up to and how these activities relate to her learning journey.

My son has settled really well going into nursery. The first few weeks he had bad separation anxiety but the nursery handled him really well and kept us updated. He has come on really well and we are very happy with Kids Planet.

It would be better if they added more photographs/learning taking place on the app.

Over the past couple of years, we've noticed a significant investment in the nursery, from new equipment to refreshed learning spaces. This commitment to improvement is evident in the vibrant atmosphere and the enriching activities provided. Our son frequently talks about nursery, excitedly sharing stories about his day and the things he's learned. This, more than anything, speaks volumes about the positive impact the nursery has had on him. We couldn't be happier with the care and education he receives

Would recommend nursery to everyone. Staff are amazing. Creative, caring and with passion. Never had an issue with them. Rooms are filled with different things for kids to do. My son came out of his shell. Teachers helped him develop in every aspect. Kids Planet was a perfect choice for him.

Our daughter started at Kids Planet in Oct 2023 when she was 2 years old and settled in very quickly. The staff are all amazing and go above and beyond. My daughter loves it here and kids planet have helped her be the happy, confident girl she is today. They have helped her grow so much and have prepared her well to transition to 'Big School' in September. My little boy will be joining in October 2025 and I have no doubt he will have the best experience.

The app is great for updates too, although I feel more updates on development/friendships/ activities etc would be nice to hear in conversation more.
